Affordable Transfer Co moved me from FL to GA in 5/17. This is the insurance "Company" they use. They are offering $60 for $13k in damages.
Affordable Transfer moved me from FL to GA in 5/17. I sent Movingclaims.net over 3 pages of written descriptions of all the damages including 2-4 pictures of each item showing the proof. Many items are antiques and irreplaceable. The appliances were 1-3 years old that now are dented and scratched. There were 2 items in particular with damage that the mover did notify me of the day of delivery that value over $2500.00 that he made the statement "You have insurance, they'll take care of it". The rest of the damage was discovered as we moved things. I paid over $500.00 for insurance. This company evidently is merely an arbitrator NOT insurance. I have documentation for over $13k worth of damage. I was offered $60.00 by Movingclaims.net. The employees of this company are rude and extremely combative. One of them threatened me by saying, "I don't like your tone of voice and I'm not going to even work this claim." I was hung up on. Nothing was done on the claim until the timeline was about to expire.

Desired Outcome

At the VERY least I would like the cost paid to the mover for INSURANCE refunded.

MovingClaims.net was the solution for my problem. I did not know how to file a claim and win the claim against some very cunning people of a reputed moving company. But it was MovingClaims.net which showed me the way. They have managed my claim with great professionalism and win the case for me. Though I thought that I will never get the demurrage from the moving company I used but eventually I received the demurrage for my broken piano and damaged furniture. Credit goes to the team of MovingClaims.net.

When I became tired of asking the movers to return some of my valuables that time I came to know about MovingClaims.Net. So, I called them and explained how my movers applied so many hidden fees on me and still kept many of my valuables. Mar, the claim adjust rep ensured me that I will get back my delicate items and he filed a claim against the movers on my behalf. Within just a week I got a call from the mover. Their manager apologized to me and returned all my valuables which were with them. Thanks a lot to Mark and MovingClaims.Net for making sure I get back my stuff.

I am a man of very few words. I am not going to write a lot. Just a couple of weeks ago I came to know about MovingClaims.Net. That time I was under severe stress because of the terrible moving services from the company I used. I wanted demurrage for my broken items and furniture. But the movers were never willing to pay even a single dime. However, after MovingClaims.Net came into the picture, things have changed rapidly. They negotiated with the movers and managed to get what I was demanding. I am highly impressed with the superb service of MovingClaims.Net.

It was a horrible experience using a moving company for my moving needs. They have stolen my valuables, damaged the floors and walls in both ends, made unnecessary delays for the pickup and delivery, damaged so many things and charged me double than the quoted amount. So, I went to MovingClaims.net and filed a claim against the moving company. [redacted] and [redacted] of MovingClaims.net did everything necessary in a professional way and settled the issue with the moving company I used. I am thankful to MovingClaims.net for getting the compensation on my behalf from the movers. I do appreciate their honesty and great negotiation skills.

I hired a moving company and paid them a good amount as advance but they never showed up!! So, I wanted full refund but then they started stretching the matter. After trying to get the refund for more than 2 months, I contacted MovingClaims.Net. Marvin, the claim adjust rep filed my claim and negotiated with the mover. It worked like magic, within a week I got full refund. For the ultimate service, I have become a fan of MovingClaims.Net.

My wife and I are senior citizens and we feel like our moving company took advantage of us. They overcharged us, were extremely late for delivery, did not communicate with us, and they broke multiple items in the process. Truly a heartbreaking experience. We just wanted to thank MovingClaims.net for being there to help resolve our issues. After being so mistreated it felt good to speak with Whitney Brown, a manager who was very accommodating. Upon request she even mailed us the application to begin our claim, due to us not being internet savvy. In end, the whole process was convenient and painless, not to mention we were (rightfully) compensated for the inconveniences. Thanks Moving Claims!

MovingClaims.net saved me in big time. Recently I used a moving company and they damaged plenty of my valuables during the move. I must say that their poor packing skills and low quality packing materials were the main reasons for the unwanted damage. However, I assigned MovingClaims.net to file a claim on my behalf. They did everything necessary, negotiated with the movers and arranged a healthy amount as compensation. And during the entire process I did not have to do anything which was just great. So, I am giving them 5 stars rating.

Thank you

February of 2018 almost 7 mths later, Networld Enterprises came back stating $60 in damages are due to us but we strongly feel $330 is entitled to us.
On July 27th, 2017 after our move was completed by Hercules Movers in NJ we had filed a claim with Networld Enterprises, Inc (movingclaims.net)since the Hercules movers damaged a heavy wooden credenza. Forms as well as documented photos were sent claiming cracked front leg to the credenza that weighed 300lbs along with three other wooden pieces that was purchased as a set with the credenza.
On August 9th, 2017 we received an email from Networld confirming receipt of the documents, stating within 30-60 days a written response will be sent.
On October 30th, 2017 we sent a email inquiring what the status is as we did not hear a written response on the claim.
The same day Networdl Enterprises responded by sending an email stating 'if you are satisfied with the information submitted up to date and do not wish to provide any additional damages or concerns against your moving company, simply put it in writing'. We were confused since the form we filled out clearly stated after sending the document in, we would not be allowed to send in additional documentation but we went ahead and sent a statement stating we were satisfied with the documents sent and had no other claims/ documents to send in.
After this email on November 15th, we received another email from Networld Enterprises stating acknowledgement of the email and we would have to wait
another 30-60 days from November 15th to receive final decision for the claim.
On February 17th, 2018 we sent another email inquiring status since it was around 90 days and we still did not hear the final determination of the claim.
Finally on February 19th, 2018 we received a pdf letter via email stating that $.60 per pound per article is covered by insurance coverage we selected thru Hercules
And that claim has been found to be in the amount of $60.00.
It took almost 7 months to receive this determination but our claim was for a damaged wooden crendenza weighing 300lbs which
the claim amount should hv been settled at $180 minimum. The wooden crendenza that was damaged by Hercules Movers is part of a unit and as a result we also claimed
Leg Desk that weighs 150lbs, Corner Unit that weighs 50lbs and a Hutch that weighs 50lbs. Total weight combined by 4 wooden pieces is 550lbs which equals to $330 if
$.60 per pound is covered by Networld Enterprises, Inc that Hercules Movers have hired to settled their insurance claims for furniture damages during the move.

Desired Outcome

We do not accept Networld Enterprises, Inc. final outcome that our claim is settled for $60.00 covering $.60 per pound damage. The damaged credenza weighs 300lbs which equals to $180 in damage. Not only that, 3 other wooden pieces that was purchased as a set with the credenza can't be used together now due to the damage. The 3 pieces weighs 250lbs which equals to $150 in damages, total of $330 should be due to us as insurance coverage. (all four pieces were well documented and claim sent to Networld Enterprises, along with receipts) Networld Enterprises clearly dragged out this ordeal for us for over 7 months and not returning the outcome within 3-60days as they claimed. We would like to note this point as a complaint that it isn't fair to the consumers the way they did not handle this claim in a timely manner. As stated we request $330 in total damages due to us.

Document Attached***
To *** Revdex.com Case: #XXXXXXXX

I have missed the deadline to respond back to Networld Enterprise's response to my complaint case #XXXXXXXX filed since being out of town, attending a major swim meet for several days. I am hoping my response can still be considered.

Original complaint/ desired resolution: We do not accept Networld Enterprises, Inc. final outcome that our claim for the
damage caused during the move by Hercules Movers back in August of 2017 has been settled for $60. The basic insurance coverage allows $.60 per lb and we strongly feel $330 is entitled to us. The damaged credenza weighs 300lbs which equal to $180 in insurance coverage. Not only that, 3 other wooden pieces that was purchased as a set with the damaged credenza can't be used together making the pieces worthless. The 3 pieces weighs 250lbs total which equals to $150 in damages a total of $330.

Networld Enterprises responded by stating they are a 3rd party hired by moving companies in order to provide claims processing services and they are not responsible for the outcome of the customer claim. I have called Hercules Moving company to verify this information and the owner, Ali has clearly stated Networld Enterprises is hired by the moving company to provide the claims processing and to determine the final outcome of the money owed to the customers who filed the claim. Once the amount of acceptable to the customer, the paperwork is sent to the moving company who sends the customer a check written in the agreed settlement amount.

Again the main complaint is that though Networld Enterprises were provided with full documentation of the damages,(see attached file) including photos, receipts as well as how much each furniture being claimed weighs was noted, the settlement is for $60, way under the $.60 per pound policy.

We asked the Networld Enterprises update the final settlement to $330 to be sent over to Hercules Movers for approval so that after waiting almost 8 months we can finally receive the settlement check due to us.

We also strongly urge Revdex.com to look into the business practiced by Networld Enterprises. Perhaps the claims process is exceedingly drawn-out months at a time, in hopes to discourage the claims to be not followed up, which avoids paying any settlement amount by the moving company.

I am more than just happy after getting the demurrage from the moving company I used last month but it was made possible only because of movingclaims.net. When I asked for the demurrage for my broken valuables they refused to pay a single penny but it was their poor packing skill which is the main reason for the mishap. However, when I involved movingclaims.net everything changed within a blink of an eye. Movingclaims.net filed a claim on my behalf and made sure I get what I wanted. So, I thank them for the great help.

MovingClaims.net Response • Mar 08, 2018

Thank you *** We are happy to learn that everything worked out at the end. Best of luck.

I filed a complaint against my moving company and this claim company arbitrarily lowered my $200 damages to $68.
The weight of the items I moved was more than 350 lb, so my claim for $200 was within the 60 cent per lb rule, but they lowered my damages anyway.

Desired Outcome

Settle my claim for $200.

I am more than just happy and impressed with the way movingclaims.net handled my claim. They were hired by my wife when I felt cheated by a moving company. My wife initially contacted with them and then I talked with them about how the movers damaged our belongings. It was movingclaims.net that did all necessary procedures regarding the claim and made sure we get a handsome amount as the compensation. Being honest I never had any hope whatsoever but miracle happened and it was only because of them. So, I am recommending movingclaims.net to everyone.

I moved from Portland TX to RI and the moving company subcontracted the job to another carrier. They used a trailer with holes in the roof and dragged & tossed my belongings. It rained on the way to RI. Everything a had got water damage or broken ,scratched, smashed. Moving claims only offered me $64.00 for all the damage. I sent them about 100 pictures. This company is useless for the customer. Moving companies must love them and their system

This is the first time I am reviewing online. Few days back I moved to another apartment and used a moving company for the full service but they did enough damage to claim for $2500. But the manager of the moving company was never willing to pay a single penny. So, I hired MovingClaims.Net and that did the trick. Marvin handled the whole matter, did the needful and made sure I get the amount I asked for and that too within a week. So, I had to thank them and recommend their services.

For guaranteed quality assurance, we serve as a liaison between the customers and their service provider's (Moving Companies). We reach out to all customers after their move is concluded to assure customer satisfaction. We inquire about their needs being met, if not exceeded, providing them with a survey and collecting their input accordingly. Once we collect that information, should we discover the customer is in any way displeased or unsatisfied with the services they've received we begin to seek resolution on behalf of their moving company, the responsible party. We understand how unforeseen, unfortunate events can take place so we focus on providing a hassle-free, convenient process for customers to file customer service complaints or claims for loss and damage when the unpredictable should happen.

Please note, while we regret when any customer is unsatisfied with the settlement rendered, please understand that MovingClaims.net is not the responsible party for the outcome of the customer claim.
We are not an insurance, moving nor repair company, we simply process claims/complaints. Therefore we cannot be held responsible for any actions taken by the customer's service provider (moving company).
Upon reviewing the customer's complaint it is CLEARLY not addressing our services and involvement in this process. Based on the information provided by the customer, their complaint is against the responsible party, which is their moving company NOT MovingClaims.com, which is the Claims processing company for their moving company.
Due to MovingClaims.net being wrongfully accused, we request to have the above referenced complaint removed from our records, and transferred to the respective party who is responsible, as it proposes an undeserving threat to our reputation, considering the services we provide are not related to the customer complaint.

A claim was processed for missing and damaged good during our move. We have filed all of the paperwork and proof of loss but were not compensated.
A moving company Long Distance Movers was hired for a move at the end of August 2017. When the delivery took place in a parking lot at a truck stop we did not see that we were missing a TV or the extent of the damage to our things. However, immediately upon unloading and discovering these things, a claim was filed with movingclaims.net. This company has several complaints against it. They pay only the bare minimum which is what they have offered us. The settlement they are proposing doesn't even cover the cost of our missing TV. We spent a great deal of money and time filing this claim, providing before AND after pictures showing the damage, yet they still said that since we signed for the items that we are responsible. The items listed on our BOL are not itemized therefore we were unable to "unaccept" a partial load. We hired a moving company, our items were insured, we filed a claim and we were not compensated.

Desired Outcome

We are seeking the claim amount of 413.21.

Just read your response and you will see the scam. You ask for unreasonable items that no customer will ever have. Original receipts?? I had a TV that was not on the load. I had taken before and after pictures but I guess since I didn't have a receipt for the TV I don't get reimbursed for it. Why would I save a receipt from 2 years ago just because a future moving company might need it? Why would I think that would happen? How could I anticipate this? The moving company did not itemize my items so how can I accept or deny when there are no details? They held our things hostage and I didn't think I would ever see them again. I signed it because I had no choice, but your "review" didn't ask about that did it? I trusted the process and I was denied what I had a right to receive. I had color copies showing the TV in the load and then no TV delivered. You are a scam like the moving company. I have accepted the measly settlement because I have no confidence that your company will do the right thing. Every review I have seen for movingclaims has received the same settlement of just over 60 dollars. I will never accept thisRevdex.com resolution because I think people should see that I had as much information as possible and still got denied for my losses. I have a right to receive reimbursement. You can say you are a third party all you want but you are still a scam for not doing your job. Blame the moving company, that is an easy out for you and a scamming response. You also ask for weights of the items? How would anyone know that? Your requests for information is unreasonable and causes unnecessary stress for the customers, especially when the experience has been negative. We moved in Sept of 2017 and yet I don't get a response until January of 2018. I complied with every request for information that was asked of us. When we were told the maximum time alloted by you, you took that maximum time for the response every time. When the process was said to be up to 30 days, the response took exactly 30 days. This is a scam and I will never resolve. If I can prevent one person from getting this treatment than I will be happy. I don't know how you can sleep at night knowing you are ripping people off. The moving company has treated us the same way. This move was the biggest nightmare I experienced. I am done getting upset about the way we are being treated. I hope the Revdex.com does the right thing and posts this for peope to see.

Moved from Mississippi to Orlando. Movers violated contract, over charged, held furniture hostage damaged and lost furniture. Contract violations
Hired affordable movers moving company to move myself and my daughter to Florida from Mississippi for a job. Moving company held belongings hostage, over charged, did not arrive on time which resulted in my having to stay in a hotel and start my new job late. In addition the movers were illegal and damaged furniture and lost belongings. I was told to file claim with moving claims.net. Offers me $70.00 on $963 of legit damages and $450 in losses. The process is difficult I followed all standards, pictures, estimates etc. after being hung up on by affordable movers and moving claims.net ( ***, ***, ***, ***) I am pursuing further action. I was willing to settle for $369 to replace the minimum. Movingclaims. Net reps (*** and ***) say they are not affiliated with the moving company but they are paid by the moving company and act as an insurer although they consistently say they are not an insurance company although classified as one. I can not get this resolved even close to being fair the formula per the government is .60 cents per pounds of damage. Either they can't multiply or they are just plain shady. I have moved before never had a problem this has affected my career start, my personal belongings and my bank account. Moving claims.net does not act on behalf of the consumer in fact they work to keep the claim low to re rice a better kickback. My brother is an attorney and will eat the cost of all fees. I am filing suit against both movingclaim.net and affordable movers due to neither failing to follow the law and contractual agreements. Moving claims.net states they are a third party company and again not an insurance company however they are hired and paid by affordable movers to complete insurance claims (affordable movers is self insured) and is hired by affordable movers. Not that it matters but the staff is rude and bullied a single mother trying to get what is fair. Again a small claim has been filed against both unless they want to settle now for $963 and additional action will be taken so the next person trying to move will not be taking advantage of. I just would like to have my furniture fixed and some of my belongings replaced. Instead I was screamed at, bullied and hung up on. Along with an extremely low ball estimate for replacement.

Desired Outcome

Refund money lost ; money for damaged furniture and replacement costs.

I am more than just thankful to MovingClaims.net. They helped me a lot when I needed most. Few days ago I sued a moving company but the experience with them was horrible. I ended up with so many broken and damaged furniture. So, I claimed for the compensation but they denied. Then I involved MovingClaims.net and since then everything started to change rapidly. I eventually got the compensation with apology and that too within a very short period of time.
