MovingClaims.net Reviews (%countItem)

Movingclaims.net is a wonderful company because of their wonderful staffs. Recently I took their service when I was simply robbed by a moving company. The moving company which I used damaged my piano and the pool table and when I claimed the demurrage the refused to pay anything though it happened because of their poor packing skills. However, when Movingclaims.net took this matter on my behalf things started to change. They knew how to file a claim and how to get the demurrage from the movers. It eventually worked for me. I got a good amount as the demurrage and that too within just a week.

Hello *** - Thank you so much! - Happy NEW YEAR!

MovingClaims.net is giving me the runaround. I filed a claim 3-4 times already and once again *** wants me to fill out pdf document confirmation
I have been getting the runaround since filing my claim back in Sept/ October. Lifetime Moving and Storage gave me bed bugs!! I had to throw out my bed, platform frame, head/footboard, linens, sweaters, etc. I also had to see a doctor, who confirmed in writing that I was indeed bit all down both of my legs by bed bugs. *** told me more than 4 times that he never got my claim materials even when the post office confirmed it was indeed received. The emails I sent were also SENT- he claims he never got them at least 3 times. Now, *** wants me to send a formal pdf document confirming I dont need to add any more documentation to my claim which he finally stated he received. he made me go through the extra step of mailing everything via snail mail, paying extra for certified mail proof only to tell me he made a mistake and did get the claim via email.
Im getting the runaround and now in debt because I had to buy a new bed, boxspring, frame, sheets, comforter, etc after spending money on a inflatable mattress which I slept on for 2 months. The property management company also had to spray my unit 2x, having never before had a bed bug problem prior to my occupying the unit.
It took a while to heal from the bed bug bites- disgusting. *** is not acting in good faith, complying by ethical and formal policy of completing the claim enabling me to obtain reimbursement for all the items I had to throw out due to bed bugs.
He sends me reply emails back stating he tried reaching me, but with no message or resolution.

Desired Outcome

full refund for the cost of all items I had to properly dispose of due to bed bugs. the total amount is over $500.

We inquire about their needs being met, if not exceeded, providing them with a survey and collecting their input accordingly. Please note, while we regret when any customer is unsatisfied with the settlement rendered, please understand that MovingClaims.net is not the responsible party for the outcome of the customer claim.
We are not an insurance, moving nor repair company, we simply process claims/complaints. Therefore we cannot be held responsible for any actions taken by the customer's service provider (moving company).
Upon reviewing the customer's complaint it is CLEARLY not addressing our services and involvement in this process. Based on the information provided by the customer, their complaint is against the responsible party, which is their moving company NOT MovingClaims.com, which is the Claims processing company for their moving company.
Due to MovingClaims.net being wrongfully accused, we request to have the above referenced complaint removed from our records, and transferred to the respective party who is responsible, as it proposes an undeserving threat to our reputation, considering the services we provide are not related to the customer complaint.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Right after having my last conversation with *** from MovingClaims.net, he offered me the total amount I was due according to my contract then came back with a payout of $50 for damages that were well over $1000. The moving company gave me bed bugs and no one is taking responsibility for the horrible disaster and inconvenience and medical bills I incurred. MovingClaims.Net is ABSOLUTELY partially responsible for the emotional, physical, financial and itemized damages I incurred.

They also gave me the run around the entire time my claim was being processed. *** kept having me re-do my claim and re-send my claim stating he never got it only for me to spend more time sending it certified mail just for him to then tell me he did in fact receive my papers and photos. The time, money and hassle I have had to go through is worth WAY more than $1000; offering me $50 is a slap in the face. I had to replace my bed, box spring, bed frame, all my linens, sweaters, broken dishes, nicked chair, and have an exterminator come into my unit several times; I got bit all over my legs consistent with bed bug bites and had a medical doctor confirm this diagnosis. Worse yet is a box labeled "kitchen" went missing which had medical-based nutritional recipes I had cultivated, researched and perfected; it took me over 4 years working full-time on the recipes only for them to go missing - still gone to this day - New Years 1/1/18.

Their reputation should be questioned; they did not do their proper job in processing my claim with a fair resolution. $50 is NOT a resolution for all I had to endure and financial items I had to replace.

A few of the emails:
12/19/17: Dear Valued Customer,
As explained in our previous emails, if you are satisfied with the information submitted up to date, and do not wish to provide any additional damages or concerns against your moving company, simply put it in writing!
Send us a SIGNED PDF LETTER stating that you are satisfied with the information submitted, and you are requesting to continue forward with your claim to the final stage which is, CLAIMS RESOLUTION STAGE.

11/30/17: Hello, I was told yesterday by *** that the application form was never received despite me sending it multiple times. Today, I spent more time and money going to the post office sending it certified mail because he requested I send it via CM since it was supposedly not received.
Please explain this confirmation email shown below, thank you. I also sent many documents (i.e. receipts) to 4 different Moving Claims emails, is this in reference to the receipts?
11/27/17: Dear ***,
Please contact me as soon as possible. I had to purchase a bed, bed frame, box spring, etc. and it has put me in financial duress this holiday season. I'm putting in a formal complaint with the Revdex.com today b/c I haven't heard back from you at all. I believe as though I'm getting the run around from you and your company, if it is you that is the Founder/ CEO/ CFO.
As per our conversation, we both agreed that you will MAIL the info via certified mail to the following address:
MovingClaims.net, P.O. Box XXXXXX, Miami, FL XXXXX.
Note: NO electronic media will be accepted in the forms of a File Download, Zip Files, CD, or Flash Drive, or fax

I DID MAIL CERTIFIED ONLY FOR HIM TO TELL ME HE DID IN FACT RECEIVE MY DOCUMENTS

11/13/17: *** - I already submitted the following items, second time now. Please call me to confirm you received everything.

11/10/17: *** - here is your claims packet in case it didn't forward to you via the website itself. CLAIMS PACKET SENT via email

10/31/17: Dear ***,
I never received any package. What address did you send it to?
Lifetime Moving and Storage knew I would be staying at my mother's until I had my own place. Never did I receive anything at her home. XXXXX W. Mt Vernon Ave, Wauwatosa WI XXXXX. It is in my assessment that you may have documented this in error to prolong the claim from being filed.

I recently brought all my stuff out of a brand new storage facility this past month I was able to rule out the storage facility as the bed bug place of origin because its a brand new building and the construction is impeccably clean. There was no occupancy next to the storage I was renting.
I'm currently sleeping on an air mattress in the living room. I had to throw out all my furniture and brand new sheets and brand new comforter etc. There's also a box with kitchen items missing. I found only one medical-based recipe I formulated over the years. It has taken my years to come up with recipes to heal clinical depression, anxiety, other mental health disorders as well as cancer and much more. This is irreplaceable and I have no idea how to put a dollar amount on this very valuable information I was collecting to put into my first book.
If you're unwilling to immediately facilitate a smooth agreement on monetary compensation, I have to call a local lawyer here in Waukesha as soon as possible. I don't have money to buy a brand new mattress, bed, linens, clothes, pillows (2 of them were $100!!!!) I had to throw it out. All of it.
Please reply back to this email with a contact phone number of where you can be reached. Thank you.

10/28/17: Dear Cristhian
I filed a claim with lifetime moving and storage and they are refusing to process my claim, stating that they never got my first complaint dated in august. I have a terrible case of bed bugs too!!! I've been bit all over due to someone else's belongings on the shared truck.
If Budget Van Lines doesn't intervene to help process my claim since I initially hired them I the first place, you'll be hearing from a lawyer I will hire asap.
I have to completely get rid of my only bed.
I have documentation of the bed bug diagnosis from both the property manager & my doctor.
NEVER in all the 14x I've moved have I EVER contracted bed bugs from a moving truck. I am appalled & disgusted.
These are the bites on my legs.
There are more emails of similar nature, my trying to get ahold of ***, get my claim received and processed, etc.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I'm sorry to hear you are upset with my claim. I will NOT be responsible for your inability to process my complaint properly I have already submitted 5+ pieces of documentation of items damaged by the move. I'm NOT going to list for a 6th time all items I had to purchase as a result of being infected with bed bugs and the chipping of my one and only chair.

You want me to write everything all over again for a 6th time, taking scanned photos of the bill of lading, etc. etc. ?? ABSOLUTELY NOT. You have wasted thousands of dollars of my time and money. I'm NOT going to play this game of yours any longer. If you refuse to work with the moving company to reimburse me the FULL amount now of my items, which total over $1,000 as we discussed numerous times, I will work with the Revdex.com to escalate this to a legal level.

***, we came to an agreement of $500, 3/4 less the cost of my damages. I'm now, as a result of you wasting my time, plan to proceed with collecting the FULL AMOUNT.

Just thanking Movingclaims.net won't be enough because they deserve a lot more than that. Few days ago I used a moving company to move my office but it was a complete mess because of their poor packing skills. I lost many of my valuables and ended up with some broken office furniture. So, I demanded for the demurrage but the movers were kept on trying to linger the matter. Then I took the help of Movingclaims.net and that worked really well for me. Guys from Movingclaims.net made sure they do everything which was necessary to make the claim strong. And eventually I got a healthy amount as the demurrage which was actually unexpected.

We get luck sometimes...))

Thank you Salvatore!

After taking the awesome service from Movingclaims.net I made friendship with their claims adjust rep Marvin and Mark. They both were very helpful and knew their job. It started when I demanded demurrage to my movers for the damages of my belongings because of their poor packing skills. But they had their lame excuses. So, I knocked the door of Movingclaims.net and that worked in the end. Mark and Marvin filed a claim on my behalf and did the needful. They negotiated with the movers and ensured a healthy amount as demurrage which helped me a lot for the damage control. So, I made friendship with these 2 fine people.

Wow *** ... Thank you so much!!!

Wishing you and your family happy holidays!!!

God Bless you guys!

I submitted a claim after All Over the State Moving & Storage tried to rip me off, but when I refused, they broke all my items before dumping them in my new apartment. I had to spend thousands $$$$ to replace everything, even some items when not replaceable and had sentimental value. The claims process is such BS as they give you all these ridiculous steps and instructions in the hope that you will GIVE UP and not follow through. Well I did, I played their game. After submitting my claim which was only for $642, because I waived full replacement coverage during the initial paperwork signing (my bad), but they settlement offer I received this piece of *** company was $60. Need I say more as to why I'm pursing legal action?? DO NOT USE.

This company was recommended by the moving company I was making a claim on and I believe it to be a scam.
(From Yelp review posted 11/21/2017)

As I began to write this review, I read some of the others, and sadly they are EXACTLY the same in nature. This company is a total scam, and maybe I should have seen the RED FLAGS since they were recommended by the very company of movers TRANSUNION VAN LINES that I was making the claim on.

After filling out a very lengthy claim packet, including high res images, etc., and waiting months for a result. I was offered $67 on what, at the least should have been several hundred dollars in restitution for the damage done and the behavior of the moving company TransUnion Van Lines (see review on them).

Here's the kicker. Even after receiving this paltry settlement offer, I decided to sign their contract anyway because I just wanted to be done with this whole moving mess. BUT, apparently it's company policy to have the settlement document NOTARIZED as well as signed. The average cost of a Notary is around $40. So in order to get my $67 I would need to spend $40?

This company should be ashamed of itself. Instead of offering solace, respect, and help in these awful situations, they only offer more stress.

I am not a review writer. I never have been. I think I have 1-2 reviews on this site which all relate to the same move, and that's the sum total of anything I've written as a review ever. THAT'S how terrible this company made me feel. I beg you, DO NOT waste your time and sanity dealing with them.

Desired Outcome

I want this company to be seriously looked at, and I want their policies made more transparent. I would also like to see if they are indeed connected to the companies that, we, the customers are making the claims on. I would also like compensation for my time and suffering.

Customer Response

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I don't want anything else to do with this company

This is one of the best companies in business that helps people. I contacted with John at the beginning and later Marvin and Michael helped a lot. One of the reputed moving companies took $1500 upfront and never showed up at the move day. When I claimed my money they gave me another moving date which I refused to take. But the movers were not willing to refund. Then I brought Movingclaims.net into play and they did wonders. I got the refund within just 2 business days. I don't know what Movingclaims.net actually did but I am more than just happy with the overall outcome.

MovingClaims.net Response

Thank you *** for your kind words!

It was a pleasure working with you - BEST of luck in your NEW home!

Company giving the run around and not processing claim for damaged furniture.
On Aug 7 the company acknowledged that I put in a claim for broken furniture (a wood nightstand that they dropped from the truck and scratched up entertainment center) from my moving company Economic Moving Group LLC. On Sept. 6 they then acknowledged receipt of my claim information that I had to mail to them. Then finally on Oct 16th I received a email stating that I have finally made it to the final stage of the claim process. But before they can continue they need me to MAIL them a signed letter stating that I am happy with the information that I have sent them. So I sent them a signed letter the same week. On Nov 13 I emailed them to find out the status of my claim. They just replied with that I need to send them a signed letter. I emailed them back stating I did do this. I have now also emailed them the signed letter in PDF format.

Desired Outcome

I would like them to process my claim and give me a reasonable refund. And stop the the run around. Moving is hard enough and when your moving company destroys your furniture then you have to deal with a company that is processing the claim in snail fashion does not help.

Yes, my claim against them because they are the one that is not processing the claim in a timely manner. As for a survey I reached out to them due to that is who the moving company told me to contact. I have had to contact this company many times on my claim. If they do not want to be held accountable for this then they should not be processing the claim. It is their processes that is the problem.

I did do that I even mailed it to them. But that wasn't good enough. I hadn't heard from then in over a month so I contacted them again. Then had to send it again this time I sent it via email. I just now got a confirmation once I told them I was filing a complaint with the Revdex.com.

This is not good business practices and people really need to know that your company is truly not working to help the individuals that have lost or damage. You emails always say "KINDLY ACCEPT OUR APOLOGIES FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE AND WE WISH YOU THE BEST IN YOUR NEW LOCATION!". However, your actions show none of this. But I am done with writing to complain. It will do no good

I really do not know how to thank movingclaims.net properly. John to be very precise was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The way they dealt with my claim against the moving company was something worth praising. I had no clue about how to file a claim and manage it for the damages done by the moving company. But everything seemed so easy with movingclaims.net and most importantly my claim was approved and I got the demurrage from the moving company I used last month.

To Whom It May Concern,
My wife (Seila Seth) and I (***) worked with Jason Stevens, Relocation Specialist with Fox Moving & Storage (XXX-XXX-XXXX) dba of Moving America LLC to finalize transport of a fine dining room suite from Charlotte, NC to Leesburg, VA. The dining suite consisted of a table with 3 expansion leaves, 6 chairs (2 masters + 4 sides) and a matching china cabinet (2-section - upper and lower). Jason and his supervisor called Seila and me prior to pickup day to explain their team had underestimated moving cost requirements for the china cabinet and that it would be an extra $200...cash...on delivery...to cover extra padding and shipping preparation, an extra precaution to ensure safe delivery of our furniture. If we agreed to the extra charge their movers would be there promptly the morning of 8/11/16 to dismantle and bundle everything up. She (the supervisor) assured us the moving team could deliver on the 8/12/16 given that the total trip should be a little less than 400 miles, about 6 hours or so. She was very clear the $200 "needed to be in cash...not check...not credit card charge directly to Fox...cash only. Ultimately, we did agree to the upcharge, despite a good deal of discussion and questioning the upcharge "cash" requirement, and our not feeling this was proper or legal (additional "cash" on delivery).

Seila's uncle, Roger Wyatt (XXX-XXX-XXXX) at the pick-up location in Charlotte, NC, called us the morning of 8/11/16 to say that Fox Moving's National Movers team (lead mover's name was "Roy") had arrived to pick up our dining room suite. Roger and his wife oversaw disassembly and packing of the furniture there in Charlotte and told us he and his wife felt it necessary to step in a few times to instruct the movers that the table legs and chairs needed to be wrapped more thoroughly and the china cabinet upper half needed additional packing/protection. The moving team said they were familiar with proper packing and would ensure everything would arrive safely.
The suite arrived at our Leesburg, VA home on 8/13/16 about 5:30P. My wife and I rearranged our plans so one of us would be at the house around the scheduled noon on 8/12/16 delivery as promised by Jason and supervisor. When the moving truck (an Enterprise rental) arrived, the lead mover "Roy" asked for the additional $200 up front. We paid in cash as agreed. The moving team consisted of Roy and two other gentlemen. The chairs, table and legs were brought in first. It was during this time while I was chatting with the two other movers about how their day had gone that they both commented they were still exhausted from an event yesterday (8/12/16). The one mover proceeded to tell me that during the drive up their truck had tipped over onto its side. He suspected taking a curve too fast. Possibly improper loading, but he couldn't say for sure. His teammate then commented they definitely took the curve too fast. They were forced to unload everything in that truck and reload into a new truck. They said it was a mess. I thought to myself that would certainly explain the delay in delivery. Suffice it to say I was now concerned to see everything unwrapped and safe.

Both halves of the china cabinet were brought into the house. The team set the still-wrapped upper half on the lower section and lined everything up. At this point the whole assembly was still sitting away from the wall about 2 feet. Quilts were removed from around the cabinet and then all the quilts inside the cabinet were removed. As the packing was removed it became obvious that two panels of the 3-panel mirror back panel had been shattered "into" the cavity of the cabinet suggesting force came from the backside inward somehow (See photos). Roy's teammates voiced their shock with a few expletives here and there. (This damage occurred despite the many quilts pushed inside the...

Continued from above * ...cabinet for protection and, honestly, with the amount of quilt packing inside I would have guessed the mirrors would have busted outward.) The rightmost door on the china cabinet literally fell off into Roy's hands as he opened it to get a better view of the damage. There was a crushed area in the wood (~2.5-3.0" across) on one of the "knees" of the lower section of the china cabinet (see photo). Roy instructed me to submit these items to the Claims Dept. Also, what I thought was a couple of loose bolt in the arms of the master chairs, upon closer inspection, turned out to be complete or nearly complete splits in the wood of the arms. (See photos. One left arm is split in the horizontal "rest". The other left arm is cracked on the vertical brace connected to the arm rest.) Based on the portion of the arm that remained in place on the first chair it would appear an outside-in force cracked the wood. Further, a couple of the feet on two of the side chairs was cracked. A couple of the photos show the splintered wood pieces. Roy was frustrated with his teammates as they had been studying the various damage with me. He commented that if they don't start helping "we never will get out of here". He told them to start picking up and moving the 25-30+ quilts outside so they could begin assembling the table. Once the table was finished, Roy focused on the china cabinet and asked the guys to push on the left side while he pushed on the right to slowly work it back against the wall. Several comments about how heavy it was. At one point, Roy started pushing *** the right side, sliding rather than picking up and moving into its final position. In doing so we heard a grinding sound. Then Roy noticed the gouge in our oak floor, roughly 16-18" long across 2 slats, leading up to the front right foot of the cabinet. He apologized and one of the team members looked and cursed. Once again, Roy recommended I call the Claims Dept and assured me they would take care of it. I asked him for their ph# and he said I should call the # for Fox Moving, the same group we've been working with. My wife and I have called Fox Moving at XXX-XXX-XXXX and spoken with Customer Service a few times (Jason and others), left multiple voicemails with their Claims Dept (among other voicemail boxes), and followed-up with three emails over the past 1+ months trying to connect with Jason Stevens, Support and/or Claims, to no avail. Hopefully we've reached the correct group at this point. I've included the initial and final contract documents with Fox Moving & Storage LLC and Moving America LLC, repair estimates from J & Son Furniture (571-659-8693 or XXX-XXX-XXXX) and several photos of the damage to the furniture and oak wood floor as well as screenshots of DiningRoomsOutlet.com with prices for each piece of furniture as an example of general product value and quality. We purchased the dining room set used from Roger Wyatt (PH# XXX-XXX-XXXX) in Charlotte, NC for $2100. I've included photos of the check and check clearing status from our Wells Fargo account. Total payment to Fox Moving was $1250 ($1050 charge + $200 cash to Moving America LLC). Repair of damage to the furniture is $840 minimum. Including cost to repair door hinge and oak floor, $990 total. Repair breakdown is as follows... - China cabinet (upper) - Replace two panes of mirror, repair scrapes / damage to facia - China cabinet (lower) - Repair damage to wood ("knee") area - Master chair #1 - Repair cracked left side arm rest - Master chair #2 - Repair split left side vertical arm rest brace - Side chairs #1 - Repair cracked leg - Side chairs #2 - Repair multiple damage / splintering to legs and feet The following still needs repair... - China cabinet (upper) - Replace upper hinge on right-most door (estimate $25 for part assuming I can locate/buy the hinge) - Oak floor - Repair or replace two gauged oak wood floor slats (estimate $125, mostly hourly labor)

Fox Moving's instructions were to submit my claims thru MovingClaims.net (PH# XXX-XXX-XXXX). Per MovingClaims...

***
XX-XX-XX - Customer failed to signed and provide us back the company terms and conditions - A NEW email was sent with instructions on how to continue with the process of the claim
***

Regarding the Terms & Conditions page, on 12/15/16 I responded via email and sent a signed copy via USPS Express for overnight delivery that same day. I've resent this T&C doc and requested to continue the claims.

***
XX-XX-XX - A NEW email was sent with instructions on how to continue with the process of the claim"

XX-XX-XX - Due to the claimant inability to respond and/or provide the necessary supporting documents
validating their claims/complaints against their service providers, a Claim Denial Letter was sent out
in accordance with FMCSA regulations.
***

In fact, my wife and I have not received the "NEW email" referred to on their 12/15/16 entry, nor have we received any notifications/letters via email (spam folder checked), USPS mail or phone from the latter two notes above (1/4/16 & 4/15/17).

On 10/19/17, I overnighted the original signed Terms & Conditions form send back on 12/15/16. In that letter, I requested that MovingClaims send copies of both of these notifications (1/4/16 & 4/15/17) so I can keep with my records. I've asked that this claim process continue forward as originally requested.

I am still not clear if MovingClaims.net is a legal / law firm entity acting on my behalf against Fox Moving. All law firms I've worked with have corresponded via USPS/letter to advise the status of a situation. I've yet to receive any kind of USPS response from this group, yet they have my address on file if they wish to. I'm very concerned that the three delivery men talked about their truck accident the night before (accident report on file?) and yet I get the sense that this investigation is being dragged out until such time as either company is no longer in business.

Please advise my next steps in seeing a proper resolution to this situation.

Respectfully,

False claim process or coverage of moving company damage.
Regarding claim #XXXXXX. Damage to our house occurred on 3/11/2017 from the moving company truck. The moving company would not give any insurance information saying all claims were done through Movingclaims.net. We were instructed by Movingclaims.net to file any claims after delivery of goods since only one opportunity for a claim was allowed. The claim filing instructions page 2 step 7 list the procedure for claims regarding premises damage. Goods were delivered and claim paperwork was submitted on 5/22/2017. Settlement of claim dated August 10 was never received. After a month we called and settlement was resent. Settlement was for $68.00 instead of the damage amount of $1'012.00. When I called to inquire about the amount I was told Moving claims.net does not cover property damage contradicting the instructions in the claims filing procedure paperwork and that it is the responsibility of the moving company.

Desired Outcome

To fulfill their obligation to cover for premises damage as clearly stated in their claims filing procedure.

When one of the reputed moving companies made my life miserable and that time I hired movingclaims.net to get a grip on the matter. The never ending dispute with the moving company finally came to a stop when movingclaims.net intervenes in the matter. Marvin, the claim adjust rep played a very crucial part and made sure I get the desired outcome which was ensuring $2200 as the compensation for my broken valuables from the moving company. In the end I can only recommendmovingclaims.net.

MovingClaims.net Response

Thank you *** - What a GREAT review - We are happy that your family is SAFE and well - THANK YOU!!

I just have to relocate because of the so called moving companies. Last time I hired a reputed company but the result was same. So many broken and damaged valuables!! When I claimed the demurrage they refused to pay which was not surprising. Then I involved movingclaims.net in this matter. They filed a claim on my behalf, did the needful and within a week managed to get the demurrage from the movers which I asked for. I can only thank movingclaims.net.

MovingClaims.net Response

Thank you *** for your kind review.... BEST OF LUCK!!!

This company tends to give you the runaround. They don't know anything and they only follow rules of the company that hired them.
This company is the paid claim handler for Moving Giant based out of New York that I used to move from Illinois to Florida. This company has taken a year plus to come back with a settlement of $60 some dollars. I've had thousands and thousands worth of damage and all I get was $60 and the reason "it was based on what I agreed to". when I asked fro this agreement that I signed they told me I have to go back to the moving company. When I go back to the moving company they refer me to this company. I had things missing, damaged, the people who delivered my furniture damaged the house. This company is a complete disaster, since they don't have the answers they give you some generic response.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund of what I paid for the move

I hired movingclaims.net while I was going through a dispute with a moving company regarding the compensation for the damages they have done to my furniture. It worked like magic. They handled the matter very professionally and within just few days the dispute came to a settlement. I am very impressed with their service and level of professionalism.

MovingClaims.net Response

Thank you ***!!! - Very nice review.... much appreciate your comments

Being a single mother it was not possible for me to file a claim against the moving company and drag the matter onwards. So, I hired movingclaims.net and they did the rest. Jenny was my initial contact and later Michael took the matter. He filed a claim against the moving company on my behalf because of the damages done by their men. We claimed for $3000 as the demurrage and eventually I got $2425 in my hand which was made possible only because of this company and it took just 9 days. I have to admit that I never expected that much. So, I am actually more than just happy.

MovingClaims.net Response

Thank you *** for this GREAT review!!

Best of luck (And Happy Birthday again from ***)

I am running short of words to praise movingclaims.net. These guys have done an excellent job for me. They actually saved me from being cheated. When I claimed $2300 to the moving company that I used, the movers denied paying the demurrage. I was very upset because of my broken valuables. But then my friend told me about movingclaims.net. I called them, talked with John, explained everything to Michael and then they did the needful. Within just 6 days I got the demurrage with an apology from the movers. These guys knew how to get the job done. That is why I can only thankmovingclaims.net.

MovingClaims.net Response

Thank you *** - What a wonderful review!!! - Thank you so much.... *** sending her regards .... :)

I am ready to bet on Movingclaims.net that they are the best whenever any moving dispute arises. Just a few days ago I took their service and I am more than just happy. I was having a dispute with the moving company I used. The sales rep of the moving company charged me double from the quoted amount which was non-ethical. When I involved Movingclaims.net, things got changed for the better reasons. Marvin, the claim adjust rep did everything necessary to establish my authority over the movers and eventually he settle the issue with both the parties. I would say that I am very much happy with the overall outcome of using Movingclaims.net.
