I was told by ADT that I would receive a $gift cardAfter not receiving it for a month I called and was given a number to callThey gave me dish networks number! After calling a again then gave me the number to a contractor who installed my system he then gave me the number to MpellBasically ADT doesn't send you anything and this company requires you to jump through hoops and send them money for shipping and handlingCompletely ridiculous and borderline advertisingI now want to cancel my ADT contract but they want me to pay for months after telling me I would only be locked in for years! SCAM!

The promotional offer with a new ADT installation advertised I would receive a $gift card after mailing the redemption certificate along with a money orderI have mailed my redemption certificate and the requested money order on 09/11/and according to USPS delivery tracking it shows it was delivered on 09/19/ The money order was cashed on 9/21/ I still have not received my $gift card after weeks and it is very concerning that the redemption status shows “still has not been received for processing" I need to know where is my gift card is and have it mailed to me as soon as possible since I followed all the instructions on the terms and conditionsFor Reference here are some additional details: Certificate Code: [redacted]  Last Name: [redacted]

I may have used part of the first card at a [redacted] on [redacted] ***, which is near my home, but NOT at the location provided in the [redacted] location history on the second card (the transaction history shown on the 2nd card was [redacted] ***, which is located at [redacted] **; not at [redacted] ***, which is contrary to what you wrote in your 10/20/email to me) I'd love for you to provide the transaction history for the first card that I supposedly used at the "EXACT same locations" (assuming that you do not fabricate the history on it) I have NEVER been to ANY of those places that were listed as transactions on the 2nd card (which I did not receive) so there is no way that the transactions were "Exact", practically, or even closely identical Also, I have already told you that I live alone in a secure building with locked mailboxes, so there is no one in my household, who could have possibly stolen or used my mail It is rude to continue to insinuate that.I find it "interesting and extraordinary" that you fail to deliver the gift cards that are promised your customers in a timely manner using common sense methods of delivery including, but not limited to, using a tracking number, signature confirmation, or using a digital code through electronic means, while calling your customers liars when they follow your policy to contact you if they do not receive the gift cards within the time frame set by you.I also hope that your fraud department does investigate, and finds the person who stole the card, so that you can contact me to apologize I realize that an apology from you is only wishful thinking on my part, though Regards, [redacted] ***

Ms***,It is interesting and extraordinary that both your 1st $Gift Card and your 2nd $Gift Card were used at nearly the EXACT same locations We are assuming you used the 1st card since that is not discussed in your complaint While it is possible the 2nd card was stolen, it seems unlikely, given the nearly identical transaction history In similar cases, someone else in your household used the card As an interim solution, we will cover the loss from theft and turn the matter over to our fraud department for further investigation They will contact you directly should they discover fraudulent activity On October 23, we sent a business check via US Mail that is payable to you and must be endorsed by you You should be receiving that check this week Please let us know if you do not receive it Sincerely,Mpell Redemption Processing Center

I signed up for Bounce Energy Rewards Program (Account 1351338) when I moved to Houston October and I just terminated my service February After several conversations via chat and phone I gave up on ever receiveng my gift cards for making all my payments on time I never got anything in the mail from Mpell and I checked my email junk/spam folder for coorespondence from Mpell after Bounce told me that Mpell was notified of the issue Here is the last email I got from Bounce Support clearly stating that my $restaurant git card was demoted to a $credit (there was no issue when I selected the card, I never got it, they felt bad, and gave me something worth $LESS than the gift card), it also states that the other VISA $gift card was never received Bounce Support: Hello, this is a follow up on the inquiry we discussed in chat about your rewardsI have reviewed the account and found a few things outYour first reward for a $restaurant.com gift card was exchange for a bill credit for $There seems to been some issue when you selected that reward and the agent offered you a credit insteadThe credit for the amount of $was applied to the billed that was due on 08/01/instead of your month rewardYour month reward for the $visa gift card I have spoken with you aboutI contacted MPell who is our their party about the $visa gift card and they will contact you with findingsThe month reward was selected on 01/28/You will receive an email from MPell (check junk/spam folder) that you will need to confirmThen you will receive the reward in to weeks from the reward selection dateYou also have been on platinum status 3% after making months of on time paymentsThe only reward that was not received was the month rewardIn which this reward is no longer availableThe reward would have needed to be selected within days of when it was availableIf you have any questions please feel free to contact us Thank You, Latoya Bounce Energy Customer Service I paid my bills on time for over years, I never received anything from MPell that I was supposed to If Mpell keeps records of the cards they issue and track where the cards are used they should be able to tell that I didn't receive them Either Mpell never sent it or my local postman found an easy way to make some extra money I really don't see why Mpell even exists, people don't need it Bounce Energy could have just given me rewards via credits for being a good customer When this ordeal happened my initial reaction was to blame Bounce Energy, but they don't send out the cards, Mpell does Mpell messes up and Bounce loses my business because of it Still no word from Mpell as of February 5,
