The gift card you received is issued by [redacted] and distributed by Mpell. Mpell does not control the gift card terms or conditions.
Having said that, the $2.95 monthly inactivity fee is a standard and...
universal term on the [redacted] gift card and is clearly described in the advertising offer and your card carrier and the card tracking website. This term became effective with the 2009 Federal Gift Card Act.
Unfortunately, your complaint is not a valid reason to reissue the card. You have our sincerest apologies.

seems unlikely, given the nearly identical transaction history. In similar cases, someone else in your household used the card. As an interim solution, we will cover the loss from theft and turn the matter over to our fraud department for further investigation. They will contact you directly should they discover fraudulent activity. On October 23, we sent a business check via US Mail that is payable to you and must be endorsed by you.
