I had *** install a new alarm system with the promise of receiving a $*** Gift card, due to a promotion they were advertising at the timeAfter waiting an extremely long period of time I never received the cardWhen I called to complain, they put me in touch with MPELL Solutions who handlesthe processing of their *** Gift CardsMPELL Solutions informed me that they would no longer honor the promotion because I did not contact them in time to still receive the gift cardVery disappointed with their customer Service reps unwillingness to work with me to correct what was clearly a mistakeI installed the system and I should have received the Gift Card promised in the promotionI would strongly advise against doing business with this company as it certainly appears as though they set up procedures that some how enable them to wiggle out of their obligation to provide the gift card that was promised in promotion that I signed up

These people were supposed to issue a FREE $Gift Card from ADT Home Alarm services when I had my alarm system installedThat was on 3-7-They have not done so and I have wasted HOURS oh Computer HOLD (IGNORE) trying to get my $They have told me the "card was in the mail", then that they sent an application for the cardIt never cameNow they want me to send an EXTORTION CHECK for "shipping and handling" along with filling a new applicationDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MPELL SOLUTIONS or ADT as they lie and give you the runaroundI am mailing the new application along with the EXTORTION (shipping & handling) money today June 26, They want my email addressHAI predict SPAM for years if I give them my email addressI will update this IF and when the $card comesIf it does not come or if MPELL Solutions stalls, makes excuses or for any other reason does not send my $Gift Card I will update thisI will also POST to their Facebook page all the problems I have had with thesepeople

On January I signed up for ADT alarm system I was not informed that I was signed with a company called 'protect your home' I was promised a dollars *** card from *** I called ADT and was told to called the other company their affiliate Protect your home company said that the card would come from a company called 'mpell, I began calling this company 'mpell' in March and I even sent emails to the company I paid them dollars for the shipment of my card that was to come to mailed out the week of May By the second week of May I did not receive my card It took three additional phones calls to MPELL for me to find out that someone use my card I told them that I never received the card and I wanted them to send me another card I was told that I was never in the policy to replace a card that was stolen and activated I never receive any information from MPell about the policy and procedures regarding this card or what bank they were using

It is interesting and extraordinary that both your 1st $Gift Card and your 2nd $Gift Card were used at nearly the EXACT same locations We are assuming you used the 1st card since that is not discussed in your complaint While it is possible the 2nd card
was stolen, it seems unlikely, given the nearly identical transaction history In similar cases, someone else in your household used the card As an interim solution, we will cover the loss from theft and turn the matter over to our fraud department for further investigation They will contact you directly should they discover fraudulent activity On October 23, we sent a business check via US Mail that is payable to you and must be endorsed by you You should be receiving that check this week Please let us know if you do not receive it

I contracted with *** *** to monitor my home security and Mpell was responsible for sending me a $*** gift card according to the ad I had re:installing a new *** system in my homeWhen I asked the *** rep he said that *** had nothing to do with this promotion, that it was entirely separateI waited for my *** gift card but never received itI also received no information about applying for this gift card or anything elseNow I am told that it has to be applied for within days of my contract with *** but nowhere is that information clearly stated unless you go on Mpell's websiteI feel this is misleading advertising

I was supposed to receive a $gift card from MPell, per a contract with *** *** *** but it never arrivedAfter contacting them, they emailed that they would send me a check rather than trying to send another gift cardThe check arrived this past Saturday, August 13, and I deposited it in my bank account on Monday, August 15thI have received notice from my bank this morning that the check has bounced and I have been charged $by my bank for the returned deposit

They send a random email, that is supposed to contain your $gift certificate claim infoOnly 90days to claim, after which they can no longer honor itIt was never implied in the advertisements or said how it works

I signed up for Bounce Energy Rewards Program (Account 1351338) when I moved to Houston October and I just terminated my service February After several conversations via chat and phone I gave up on ever receiveng my gift cards for making all my payments on time I never got anything in the mail from Mpell and I checked my email junk/spam folder for coorespondence from Mpell after Bounce told me that Mpell was notified of the issue Here is the last email I got from Bounce Support clearly stating that my $restaurant git card was demoted to a $credit (there was no issue when I selected the card, I never got it, they felt bad, and gave me something worth $LESS than the gift card), it also states that the other VISA $gift card was never received

I paid my bills on time for over years, I never received anything from MPell that I was supposed to If Mpell keeps records of the cards they issue and track where the cards are used they should be able to tell that I didn't receive them Either Mpell never sent it or my local postman found an easy way to make some extra money I really don't see why Mpell even exists, people don't need it Bounce Energy could have just given me rewards via credits for being a good customer When this ordeal happened my initial reaction was to blame Bounce Energy, but they don't send out the cards, Mpell does Mpell messes up and Bounce loses my business because of it Still no word from Mpell as of February 5,

Per the attached image from your cardholder agreement, the $inactivity fee is a monthly charge, not a one time charge Again, Mpell is simply a distributor, not an issuer, of these gift cards Every bank issued gift card contains the same (or more punitive) terms

I have mailed my redemption certificate and the requested money order on 11/14/and according to USPS delivery tracking it shows it was delivered on 11/17/
I still have not received my $gift card after weeks and it is very concerning that the redemption status shows “still has not been received for processing.” The time frame to receive this gift card is 6-weeks
I need to know where is my gift card is and have it mailed to me as soon as possible since I followed all the instructions on the terms and conditions

My husband and I purchased ADT security services for your home As part of the promotion for signing up, there was an offer for a $gift card The provider for this refund was Mpell I submitted the rebate/gift card form within one week of obtaining service and was sent a Visa debit card that stated there was $loaded onto the card I attempted to use the card and found out there was a $balance I then called the number on the back of the card and was again informed there was no balance I then went online and registered the card to find out if there were any transactions on the card that would warrant the $balance The online service informed me there was NEVER a balance on the card, there were NEVER any transactions, and there is a $currently on the card I telephoned Mpell with no response I sent an email to Mpell with no response I want the promised amount issued immediately
