John was incredibly helpful, and MrElectric was so thorough, on time, and helpful, especially with needing help on the weekend!

I was in need of a bathroom light in my main bathroom There is no other light source I was having guests over the weekend I called early afternoon on Thursday 4/19/and was told a representative would come that afternoon before 3pm they called to say they were running behind would be later than expected TYhen they called and said they could not come that day and put me down for 8-am slot on Friday 4/20/ Again I got calls all day saying that they were running behind and would keep me informed as to when a technician would arrive at 6pm that night I got a call telling no one would be coming and they would put me down for Saturday 4/21/ I told them no that I would have to find someone elseI e-mailed them to complain on 4/and have not received a response as of yet

Jonathan has worked on several electrical issues at my home and he is always professional and knowledgeable He is respectful of my time and is totally focused on the work at hand Very pleasant young man

Mr Electric came out and evaluated our situation and got a team on site the next morning Our power line to the house came off in a wind stormI thought this was very prompt I called late in the afternoon and expected
no help at least for a day because of the wide spread wind damage

Brandon does very good work, very efficient and knowledgeable I would request him again
