Mr. Electric

I recently moved into a mobile home. I started having problems with a couple of rooms starting to lose electricity. [redacted] from Mr. Electric came out to research the problem. He was always moving and diligent in trying to find out what was wrong. After finding no physical problems (other than the lack of electricity), he crawled under the home to find a short in one of the conjunction boxes. But one room was still without power. As frustrated as he was in trying to find the mystery problem, he went under the home again to find an unknown electrical outlet used to plug in heat tape for the plumbing. It had corroded and shorted out due to a leak from a replaced water heater. [redacted] is a fine representative of his company and I hope I get him again if I have anymore electrical problems or need assistance. This must be an excellent company, as I found it impossible to find any complaints online.

Ronald P[redacted] did a great job as a service professional when he installed a bathroom exhaust fan for me. He was punctual, explained the process clearly, and cultivated great customer relations.

This firm will solve complex electrical problems at a very fair price. They have prompt and courteous customer service. The electrician will show up timely, analyze the problem, complete the task in a professional manner and answer questions. My serviceman was Albert Rehm, a man of character and knowledge and an asset to his firm. I would not consider any other firm after the great service I received!

Awesome work!!! Albert & Corey are great; couldn't have asked for better customer service or higher caliber work. My kitchen went from looking like a florescent machine shop to a nice and cozy dining room & perfectly lit cooking area. Extremely discrete & virtually invisible LED lighting underneath the cabinets to highlight my countertops. Advised on proper positioning for all lighting as well to ensure entire kitchen was fully covered and balanced. 20+ years experience is difference between a nice job and amazing kitchen transformation. Slight changes, like the positioning of lights, can have a HUGE affect on the overall finished product. If I would have done it myself of hired someone less experienced, things would have turned out much differently. Veeeeeery happy & very much enjoying a beautiful kitchen now. Very positive experience today. Technician Mr. Mauricio O[redacted] came out, quoted us, and then replaced the seven smoke detectors throughout the house, fixing two that had never been wired correctly. He was helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, pleasant and efficient. We will use Mr Electric again when needed.

We called Mr Electric for a quote for an addition outlet for another work station. They were very accommodating and came out first thing the next morning. Mauricia O[redacted] was the electrician name that came out. I took him to our hospital building were the outlet was needed. He opened the panel to see what was going on to make sure we didn't need another breaker too. He promptly gave us a quote and we approved and the work was done very quickly. I have an older home built in the early 1950s with a fuse panel and breaker box. One of the fuses for the bedrooms and bathrooms has blown a number of times, and I completely lost electricity to the rooms on a Sunday night. The fuses were fine and we could not find anything apparently wrong. After searching the Revdex.com, I called Mr. Electric. Albert arrived mid-day and completed a thorough diagnostic, found the issue was a dead section of the fuse box and rerouted the wires to restore the electricity. He was hands-down the best service technician that has ever visited my home. He diligently checked the outlets, was patient in educating me on the fuse and breaker boxes, issues with how electricity was routed from the lights to outlets, and potential problem with the manner of the AC connections. I need to replace the fuse box, and at some point the breaker panel; but Albert didn’t push the replacement as most other technicians, such as plumbers and pool servicemen I have hired. He graciously provided a quote for the replacement. The cost to restore my electricity was incredibly low; his knowledge and professionalism was well beyond the electricians I hired to check the home when I first purchased it fours years ago. They get an A+++ from me. If you need an electrician – this is the company to hire!

Robert F[redacted] came to our house while doing work on our daughter's home next door. He did extensive work at her home and then came and installed an outlet in our laundry room. His service was fast, efficient, and professional in the big job and the small! We will ask for him by name next time we require an electrician.
