We have an old duplex (*** *** *** *** ** ***) with a shared electric wire for cei*** fans of two apartmentsThe tenant of 7** *** *** moved out earlier and stopped the electricity service, which caused the electric off of cei*** fans from *** *** *** apartmentWe called MrElectric and they sent their electrician (Ian M.) on 5/11/Ian came, after a few minutes troubleshoot, he told us that shared wire is illegal, and he would buy a wire, so each apartment would have own dedicated wire for the cei*** fansHe totally charged us $994.65, including hour for troubleshoot, materials needed, and hour attic work We paid for it*** Apt does get power back for their cei*** fans after fixBut after the ex-tenant of *** *** St.'s Apt returned the keys to us on 6/5/2016, we found that the cei*** fans of *** *** do not work! We called MrElectric to report the issueAppointment was made on 6/16/at 9amHowever nobody showed upWe called them to ask

MrElectric came to give me an estimate the day after I contacted them The technician gave me a detailed job description and price The company never pressured me with follcalls I called a week later and was able to schedule the work at a time convenient to me The job was done quickly, professionally, and the tech cleaned up what little mess there was

We started using MrElectric in the last year and have found the company to be very professionalThe workers are always on time and call ahead to keep us up to date

Dennis was very understanding about my problem After some investigation he was able to determine the issue with my light fixture was not due to what I was trying to due, but due to faulty installation of the product He was able to correct and get the light working once again

We observed and participated with the installation of 2 separate whole house generators and they did a great job at a good price. Very dependable, clean and friendly.

After calling four other electricians who could not spare someone to help me, Mr. Electric said someone would be out soon. Shane called me within 15 minutes and arrived shortly after. He checked out the power to my water heater and quickly determined that the water heater control panel had gone bad. He referred me to Whirlpool customer service to get a new control panel under warranty. He said he would be happy to install the new panel when it comes in. Whirlpool has sent a new panel via UPS overnight. Mr. Electric did not charge me for this visit.

I have done business with Mr. Electric for a number of years and have always been satisfied with both cost and service............ until today. They came today and replaced two 3-way light switches and their costs $430 - $30 discount coupon or $400. Their cost included $168 to put a meter on each switch to test and $255 for cost and installation of the two $5 switches which took no more than 10 minutes each. They also performed a quick inspection of my switch box I did not ask for. I consider this as AN EXTREMELY unreasonable cost for the service that was performed.

We have contacted consumer and will have the wall repaired.

This company states that they have contacted us and will have the wall repaired. The company HAS NOT contacted us since the day they damaged the wall & the company HAS NOT stated they will repair the wall.

We mailed a check on 07/26/2016 to [redacted].  It is recorded in our [redacted].  In checking with our bank, it has not cleared.  We will stop payment and mail another.  The US Mail is usually very reliable, so I'm surprised. Please do not try to cash check if it comes in today. Bill E[redacted]Mgr of Corporate Administration.

Mr. Electric did offer a refund in part of $50...

and we agreed to accept that offer. However, they never actually refunded ANYTHING! A check was never received from Mr. Electric! Had Mr. Electric fulfilled one of their many promises to make the situation right --- this would be a moot point and the situation would be resolved as they believe this to be.
The job was in fact not completed for free as we were forced to pay for a portion of the job to the electrician himself in order to have it completed in full. That portion of payment has been swept under the rug by Mr. Electric as we were told sorry there is nothing we can do about that. Their employee came into our house, damaged our house, attempted to hide it and Mr. Electric has promised on multiple occasions to make the situation right and failed to follow through on each promise.

We completed this job for free, and reimbursed this customer an additional $50 for the inconvenience. This remedy was mutually agreed upon between the homeowner, myself, and the District manager of [redacted] This should be a non-issue at this point.

We apologize for not being able to respond to [redacted]'s problem.  Sometimes we schedule jobs, and the previous jobs we are on that day, either take more time than anticipated, or some unforseen circumstance comes up.  We try to reschedule and most of the time we are able to respond and...

fix the problems.  In this case, we were not able to do so. As we were rescheduling again,  [redacted] had someone else take care of her problem, and she cancelled the job all together.  Once again, we are sorry, and if she needs something else in the future we will be glad to come out and address it.  Mr. Electric
