Nick from MrElectric, Northeast Ohio, was very good, knowledgeable, pleasant and professional;Did awesome work and would highly recommend them to anyone in the future

I've had some work done by MrElectric a few times now, and they've always done an excellent job I wanted to give a shout out to my most recent technician, Chris, who worked quickly and without complaint (even though he was working outside in the freezing rain and sleet) It's always a little awkward to have a stranger in your home, but Chris was very personable and made me feel at ease MrElectric has never sent anyone out who made me feel uncomfortable - they're all nice people, and they do a good job If you need a plumber, *** *** has always done a good job for us as well Both companies are well run organizations

MrElectric was competent and professional Nick S*** explained everything he was doing and what to expect He appeared on time and do to the complicated nature of the job, he returned in a timely manner to address the problems as they arose

Curtis did a good job at diagnosing the problems in the houseAll the jobs were done in a quick, efficient manner

Nick was professional, neat, courteous a nd complete in his diagnosis and problem solving of our near disastrous electrical situation

Jon J was the electrician that came in installed a fan in our master bedroom The work was good however he walked out with more than the fee of putting the fan in Jon went in to my jewelry box and stole my wedding ring of years When we called his manager we were told it was a "he said she said" and could not be proven We advise his manager that a police report was filed and that they have is his picture on file from the emails that we received from the company His manager could care less He said that he would talk to Jon and get back to us, that never happen even after we followed up It's quite obvious that Mr Electric does not do back ground checks on their employees Jon knew what he was doing and knew where to lookso for $fan replacement I lost years of memoriesThanks Mr Electric, I'll never recommend you for anything This company hire nothing but thieves

Have had Brandon over on several occasions for electrical upgrades and he has always been efficient, courteous, and is very educated on bringing everything up to code which is very comforting to usI would highly recommend him!
