The electrical work was done to my satisfaction in a timely manner

CALLED FOR AN ESTIMATE AND GIVEN A -P.MARRIVAL TIME ON MONDAY 11-6-SHORTLY BEFORE AM GOT A CALL SAYING THEY WERE ON THE WAY AND WOULD BE THERE IN A HALF HOURI SAID O.K TEN MINUTES LATER I GET A CALL FROM A DIFFERENT 1-8OO NUMBER AND THEY TELL ME I HAVE A 2:PM APPOINTMENTI TOLD HIM ABOUT THE ORIGINAL CALL SAYING THEY WERE ON THE WAY AND HE SOUNDED CONFUSED BUT SAID HE DIDN'T THINK SOANYWAY THEY DIDN'T SHOWNOW I'M THINK 2:PM RIGHT ? I GO OUT TO EAT LUNCH WITH MY GRAND DAUGHTER AND THEY CALL ME AGAIN AROUND 11:AND SAY THEY CAN SEND SOMEONE OUT NOWI TOLD THEM I WAS OUT AND THAT WASN'T GOING TO HAPPENTHEY ASKED IF I WANTED TO RESCHEDULE FOR A 1-PM WINDOWI SAID YES AND THEY FLAT OUT NEVER SHOWEDTHIS COMPANY BRAGS ON THEIR T.VAD HOW THEY'LL SHOW UP ON TIMEREALLY MEGAN *** ? THIS IS A JOKE ! THEY WASTED MY DAY WITH THEIR NONSENSE !

Ryan was very helpful - started my generator and told me what I needed to obtain (battery tender)He was very pleasant, polite and represented his company well

The knowledge and service that Ryan Cprovided was outstandingDuring the time of service I had a minor emergency luckily Stacy was able to contact Ryan to alert him for meGreat team all around!!

I tried to use this company for fan installation but they were a no show the 1st Saturday, the 2nd Saturday they hours late and didn't have proper equipment so they rescheduledThey gave us a 20% discount in the quote that came to $
The 3rd Saturday they were supposed to be at the house between and 9:amAt 10:am when I didnt hear from the company, I called and they said that they were too busy and couldn't come out today
At this point I was able to speak with a manager who was apologetic and promised the next weekend the technician would be there with a discounted price at 9am
The 4th Saturday the fan was installed but on the way out the electrician significantly dented our wall with the ladderElectrician stated they do not fix these things and to buy some puddy and paintAfter all the inconvenience they still charged me the $and when I asked the technician about the discount I was promised the week prior, he said that there was none

My technician Jon was great He took care of all of our electrical issues and recommended some light fixtures that we really liked and had him install for us Very professional and explained everything in easy to understand terms Would definitely have him come back out again in the future to take care of any electrical needs

I was able to secure an electrician (and company - MrElectric) through *** *** The email contact provided by the company was both informative and courteous and the arrangements were simple and satisfactory Ryan was the master electrician assigned to our home project and he was professional in every manner Not only is his craftsmanship superior, he was also personable and sincere - a no brainer for requesting him to return for additional projects for which we will require his expertise MrElectric should be proud of this employee and it indeed comforting to know that we can count on an exceptional individual for our future electrical needsSincerely,

In early August an electrician from MrElectric reported to my residence to replace a ceiling fan switchUpon replacing the ceiling fan switch, it was discovered that the ceiling fan was no longer operationalIt was recommended that I purchase a replacement ceiling fanI was charged approximately $for a service that I cannot useUpon purchasing of the new ceiling fan, I made another appointment for an electrician to report to my residence to replace the non-functional ceiling fanThe owner was unwilling to offer me a discount to help offset the cost of paying for a service I was unable to use due to health and dental insurance costs for the employees of MrElectric So I ended up paying approximately $for both services combinedI have conducted business with MrElectric through the yearsI feel that due to the fact I paid for a service for a ceiling fan that was no longer operational, the ethical thing to do would be to offer some form of a discount to hel
