Great communication, and fast shipping, and I love that it's American made. I haven't tried the products, so I can't speak to the food itself but it's high-quality freeze-dried fruits/veggies/meats, and pre-made meals you just need to add water to. They have specialty items like gluten-free as well.

I recently purchased the 6 month supply of emergency food and the Alexapure Pro water filter. I was very satisfied with the purchase process on their web site, and received everything I ordered before I expected it to arrive. I did have a question about the water filter so called their phone number, but found my solution while the phone was ringing and hung up. They called me within minutes to see if I needed any help! Even though I was never on hold! That was amazing customer service, and went well above what I ever would have expected.

Incredibly overpriced rice and oatmeal. I could fill a larger bucket with the same things for a fraction of the price, but probably better quality.

Order took over a month to be ready, got a $15 coghlans stove instead of a 70 dollar solo stove lite. Only a quarter of the items in my order actually arrived. I will be contacting a lawyer.

I suggest you review your order when you receive it as we were missing one item we ordered. It was checked off on their Pick Ticket sheet but we did not receive it. Other than that they were pretty fast on the delivery.

I have used this company in the past and have NEVER been disappointed. Please be prepared for 4 November 2020

I received the approx. 15 pound plastic tub of 14 sealed food items. I have several or more rice with various flavorings, some stew, potato soup, maple oatmeal, and mac and cheese. They all require to be placed in boiling water and cooked for about 20 minutes. The packages say they have a 25-year shelf life. I somehow don't think I will make it that long.
Cooked up the package of Southwest rice. It is very good. It made enough for several days. I guess that is the idea with these meals.

Love getting from this business when all the others are out they have worked hard to keep stock in ant problems are resolved quickly
