I haven't tried the food yet, but have been satisfied with the service. On products that were not available for shipment right away I received regular updates and shipping notifications. Very happy with the service.

It’s very ironic that Patriot Supply would request a review of their products and/or business when they haven’t shipped any of my ordered products. So, I withhold my comments until I receive something to comment about.

I've placed many orders from this company over the last few months including with their other suppliers. I had a recent issue that went ignored and I'm not happy about it. Actually, two of my communications were ignored by Ashley, who I emailed directly. I just received a can of strawberries that has hardly ANY product in it at all.....it should have been obvious to who packed the box there was a problem...the can is weightless with absolutely no product. When shook, there is literally maybe two servings tops of the supposed 39 that are supposed to be in the container and I paid nearly $30 I believe for this can of strawberries to get NOTHING. I have other cans of strawberries and they are halfway full. This one is far below a quarter way full AND THEY IGNORE MY EMAIL as if this is my fault and I'm supposed to just swallow the $30 and say NOTHING about this. They obviously rely on equipment to measure the products into the cans and there is no quality check or this would not happen. I asked for a replacement or refund to hear NOTHING. There are many other emergency food supply companies out here, yet I chose them multiple times to get screwed. I will wait to see if I hear back or will file a dispute. I'm irritated to be treated this way after spending over $1k in product between everyone. I don't like companies who act as if they are monopolies and so exclusive they can ignore customers due to the influx of business they get. I am not losing this money regardless. To lose a customer over something like this is stupid.

Several of the items arrived damaged have not heard from the company about a return

I bought the 2k calorie per day three month food supply. I am very pleased with it. The buckets fit well on a shelf in my pantry. I’ve eaten the food before, and it is good enough. A good buy in my opinion.

Patriot Supply was quick in getting my order out. I couldn't believe how fast it arrived on my porch, a few days. The food is excellent and we'll worth the investment. It's the best in emergency foods!
