So far the food I have tried is very good and arrives in a timely manner. I have one suggestion put some kind of salt/pepper/ spics or hot sauce with the meals so that people can add some extra flavor as they choose. I will continue to buy survival food from My Patriot Supply.

I place my order with my patriots on May 12 and no one has sent me anything yet it's been over 8 weeks I'm getting ready to call pay pal and not pay for it and not ever buy anything from them again

Portions are adequate, I buy a variety of dried fruits, spices, dehydrated meats to add variety.

This company delivers what it advertises. Delivery is prompt and the products are great!

My Patriot Supply is a top notch company. I have purchased and used most all of their food products as well as their water filtration system for over 10 years. I brag on them to all my friends and family members.

My Patriot Supply was the source for the N95 gaiter I needed to send my sister who was facing uncertain travel conditions at that time. My Patriot Supply's price was reasonable, the product quality was frankly outstanding, and the company hit all their marks on doing their part in the transaction. God bless My Patriot Supply, an American company right here in the States.

My order was place on April 17, 2020, for $297.00 from My Patriot Supply Company. On May 10, 2020, the company charged my credit card for the amount ordered, $297.00.
I still have not received my order from My Patriot Supply. I continue to receive email promotions to buy other produces. I emailed several times on the statures of my order. All the responds I get is that is it is back ordered with no time fulfillment date when they will ship my order.
Ok, I understand that back order, BUT do NOT charge my credit card until you have the product and are getting ready to ship it.
In a few months, you will delete all of your invoices. So when I check again, you-My Patriot Supply, will stated that they have no record of my order. That is how the company steals money.
As of today, July 11, 2020, it has been 93 days since they charged my credit card and I still do not have my product.
I request an immediately civil investigation to be conducted on this company and on its practices of charging credit cards and not deliver the products.
This type of practices by this company, should not be accept way of charging the credit card and taking for ever to deliver, that is if they even do deliver the product.

Patriot Supply has nutritious long storing foods that actually taste good. Ordering is easy and delivery timely. Their informative Survival Scout articles are extremely helpful to anyone who wants to be self-reliant. My experience with Patriot Supply has been a totally positive one.

Orders in March. PAid same day. Now it is july and still no delivery for an 800$ order. All I get when I inquire is this stupid response showing me how may thousands I am ahead of. What a joke. Come up with something better, OR BETTER YET SEND MY ORDER BECAUSE I PAID FOR IT OVER 3 MONTHS AGO. And at that time it was saying 8 weeks. Shame on you. Stop taking orders if you cant handle it

We purchased a water filtration system and the company's staff are great to work with. They can answer any type of question you may have with the products you are wanting to purchase from them. Staff are VERY knowledgeable and courteous. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

I ordered during the COVID-19 pandemic, I knew that things would take a long time as was stated on the website. it took a little bit longer than I originally thought, however, I and was updated multiple times about the progress with my order and that My Patriot Supply was working hard at catching up, they gave me multiple opportunities to cancel my order due to the longer wait times. I spoke with Jared one of the representatives and he refunded the shipping and gave me a coupon for a future order due to the long wait time. By the time I received my order it came as expected and I am very happy with the taste and quality. I feel like they did everything they could during a difficult time for everyone. Customer service like this is rare. Next time I'll order my emergency food before the emergency ;).

I started buying from these guys after a big ice storm knocked over trees on my property and put the power out of commission for two weeks. That was a long two weeks so I figured I better start getting stocked up for the next one. Did some research and decided to get my food through these guys in large part due to their case packs. With the #10 cans you open the food once and your shelf life pretty much vanishes. The case packs let you eat one meal at a time without destroying the shelf life. Love it! Been loving their coffee too. Had a long delay a couple months ago on my last order. A water filter. They sent me emails saying there were delays from covid. I ended up calling and they got right back to me and were extremely polite. I did get my order. Can't say enough about this great company.
