Horrible service. Ordered my product months ago. Still not received. I have to beg for an update and when they respond, it's a canned email response. Certainly up to you, but my recommendation is to seek your products from an alternative vendor.

I've shopped with this company for a decade and am very happy with their products and speedy service.

My Patriot Supply has always fulfilled orders on time for me. During this pandemic the shipping dates are slow which is understandable and posted on their site. I enjoy their recipes over some of the other emergency food suppliers and their prices are almost always better. This is my go to company to order food and water filters from. Totally trustworthy!

I’ve been collecting food storage items from My Patriot Supply for over a year, now, and the food from My Patriot Supply has been a tremendous and delicious addition to our pantry during these unprecedented and difficult days. Even through these difficult times, we have not had to worry about food for even one moment and I’m so very grateful for that. By the Grace of God, we will never be without food storage from My Patriot Supply again. :-)

Their costumer service is TOP NOTCH. I received the item within a week of ordering. It was packaged well. How can you put a price on peace of mind ??? I highly recommend their product.

I cancelled my order today via email since I didn't want to wait for hours on hold when I called. Placed my $495.00 order and got confirmation on February 29, 2020. They billed my credit card on March 2, 2020. Received a couple of we're behind get back with you later emails in March. Nothing since. Here it is May 22, 2020 and STILL no order. It's been roughly 11 weeks. I was told it might take 6 to 8 weeks. Hopefully they respond to my cancellation email. It will probably help them out as they are totally unable to fulfill the orders they have.

Depending upon your financial institution it may take a few days to reflect properly in your account, but everything has been processed on our end.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I HAVE POSTED THIS COMPLAINT (BELOW) ON THEIR WEBSITE (TWICE) BUT IT DOESN’T SHOW ANYWHERE - It looks like they sensor comments they don’t like!!!
FYI…They withdrew the funds from my credit card the day I ordered, March 9th, today is May 20th and I’m still waiting!!! My credit card (depends on the credit card) company informed me that this is unacceptable business practice. They should have placed a “hold” on the credit card for the amount instead of immediate withdraw!
When I questioned My Patriot Supply agent about this particular business practice, I never received an answer!
I mentioned to them the fact that Legacy Foods does not withdraw the funds from your credit card until they’re ready to ship – I suspect Patriot doesn’t care about their reputation!
This is the last time I’m buying from them; I’m tired of the same excuses they keep providing…My credit card recommended to file a dispute…

I placed several orders with My Patriot Supply for emergency food. They arrived in good condition and I was notified about each step in the ordering process. Will definitely keep doing business with them :)

I I am satisfied with everything I have ordered and received from 4Patriots. Even my elderly neighbors whom I have shared with on fixed income.

I have been a customer since 2018, and My Patriot Supply is an exceptional company. Every order, every item has been as described. Every charge to my bill has been legitimate. Every question I have had has been answered with warmth, knowledge, and friendliness.
If one waits until a crisis begins to order emergency supplies, one will meet with delays and the prices will rise. Why? Because they are swamped with orders, there's only so much supply available, and the people employed these companies are probably working 'till their fingers bleed in order to meet the demand as quickly as possible.

On 10/15/2019 I purchased a meal kit for my son in the amount of $397.94. I used Affirm to make payments. I thought my son had received the items until we spoke in the beginning March 2020. We had both forgotten about it, but with businesses getting ready to shut down I asked him if he had tried the meals. He stated he never received them. I tried calling My Patriot Supply and left at least 4 messages, the call was never returned. I then got an ad in my email from the company, so I replied that I was very upset that I hadn't heard back from them. Someone (Samantha) reached out to me via phone and then email and stated they would refund my money. I emailed back and said I was still paying for it and I would prefer they ship it out to my son. After over a month of back and forth correspondence, I was told that I would have to provide proof of my payments, I immediately sent over my payment history. This was late April, I was told everything was fine and they would ship out the items. After 10 days I did not get an email that anything shipped and I reached out again to find out what happened. I waited several days with no reply and once again I reached out and asked for a supervisor. I was contacted by a supervisor (Aline) on 4/22/2020 via email and she stated that she has reached out to the finance department and would get back to me as soon as she heard back. I never heard back from anyone, I am still making payments on a product that I did not receive because I was originally told that I would need to keep making payments in order for them to ship the order to my son. This has been highly unprofessional and I have made 3 more payments on this order since I have been in contact with them.

I purchased an order back in January. The Alexapure water filtration system. Once I got the item I used it and the water tasted horrible. I was told by them that the filter that came with the item was probably bad. Ok understandable. They told me I could either have them send me a new filter or I could return the item minus the cost of the filter. I decided to return the item. That was over a month ago. The first time I called them a week after my item had been recieved in their warehouse (had a tracking #) they told me they hadn't recieved it yet and that once they got it they would let me know and send my refund. I called a week after that and they told me again that they hadn't located my item and that soon as they did I would receive my refund. Ok, I then called a week after that and was told that my item was there and they had told their supervisor Hannah about it and that they couldn't do anything further as she is their boss and she will take care of it. I then called many times (to no avail) and left messages. I got a call back from a girl named Katie that left me voicemail saying to call them back. I did several more times (to no avail again). I then sent several emails to Hannah the supervisor. For some reason she will not respond to me. It's now been 5 weeks since my item was returned to them and still no explanation or refund. This is ridiculous and absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. I just want someone to let me know what is going on and stop ignoring me. I just want my refund. I am getting prepared to take legal action.

Thank you Anthony for your comment. Your unit was purchased on 12/25/19 and was returned to our warehouse on 4/16/20. Attempts to refund monies to your account were not possible. On 5/4/20 we learned that your funding institution would not let us return monies from a purchase from that long ago. We are resorting to writing a physical check that will be mailed to the address on your account. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

If I could add zero stars I would be happier. I placed an order on 3-21-2020, and knew that the wait time was 6-8 weeks. I have received 1 email since the order date saying they have a high demand but no dates on when a shipment may or may not occur. I have never tried their product or ordered from them previous - new customer but they obviously are very poor in providing any goods or products, updates or customer service as it relates to an order. Luckily it was only a couple hundred dollars and if I would have looked on line from the Revdex.com and from online reviews I would not have ordered it. With so many poor reviews I am sure the AG in Arizona or Utah will check on them. Luckily my brother is a US Attorney, so that may help the process.

As you state, your order came in on 3/21/20 at 1:21PM. On that date, we posted on a pop-up when first visiting the web site, at the top of every web page on our site and in a checkbox one has to click in order to even checkout that we were in a delay of up to 12 weeks on orders placed, like yours, on 3/21. At the time of this posting (5/19), we are on week 8 of the posted delay with orders shipping on a first come, first served basis during this national emergency. Like tens of thousands of others placed before you in March that are being shipped weekly, yours will go out soon too. We expect to beat our posted 12 week delay estimate. When it ships, we will send you an email with the tracking number and timing of your delivery. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

I am really disappointed in Patriot Supply since I waited 10 weeks for a 30 day food supply which consisted of 2 food buckets. I was stunned when I received my order after 10 weeks that I only received 1 of 2 buckets. I have communicated via email with Samantha and after several emails back and forth she suddenly stopped communicating and I'm out half of my order. This is no way to do survival business!

I ordered $1,500 of food from these people on 3/14/20 (***) and they’ve stopped communicating with me. I understood it would be delayed but no one answers the phone and no updates regarding the order are available.

At the time of your order, we posted on a pop-up box when first visiting the site, at the top of every web page on our site and via a checkbox at checkout that had to be clicked to proceed to place the order, that there would be a shipping the delay of up to 10 weeks. We are aiming to beat that estimate. We’re working round the clock to process orders and continue to ship orders on a first come, first served basis as quickly as possible. Thousands are going out daily. When yours ships, we will send you an email with the tracking number and timing of your delivery. You can find that shipping delay statement we update regularly here.

As far as email goes, your order has the email address [email protected] in our system. Email tracking shows that follow-up shipping delay status emails for your order, and a couple of our Survival Scout emails, were sent on the following dates: 3/16, 3/19, 3/22, 4/1, & 4/15. Each has been noted as opened and a few even were clicked. We have attached the April 2020 activity account for that email address here. For our emails, please make sure they are delivered to your inbox and not being received in a spam folder for best service.

We place an order on February 24, 2020 and our credit card was charge $797 the next day. We were to receive a 3-Month Emergency Food Supply between 21-24 days from the order date or March 19, 2020. No notification was sent that the shipment was delayed. After inquiring into the shipping date status the vendor stated that it will be another 2 weeks or April 2, 2020 and found that to be acceptable. I then made a demand that if we did not receive the order by April 3, 2020 that I was canceling the order. On April 4, 2020 I sent another email to restate and confirm my desire to cancel the order. On April, 11, 2020, one week after I canceled the order, I received notification from My Patriot Supply that the order had been shipped. I sent another email on April 13, 2020 restating that the order had been canceled. I received an acknowledgement email dated the same day that “a request for cancelation” was made and that a refund takes 3-10 business days. I received a notification from UPS that the order was scheduled to be delivered on April 21, 2020. I place a call into UPS explaining that I canceled the order and not to deliver. I reviewed the UPS Tracking Detail status it clearly shows that the sender (My Patriot Supply) requested the order’s return on April, 13, 2020. On April, 24, 2020 I sent an email stating the my credit card account had not been refunded. I received a response the next day stating that until the return product was received the refund will not be processed. They acknowledged that the order was to be received by them on April 28, 2020. I responded the next day presenting an argument that they are not entitled to withhold my refund until the receive the order back.
Our refund has not transpired to date.

I placed an order on APRIL 15th in the amount of $1526.94. I soon decided that this was not the best move right now and sent an email requesting a refund, this was on APRIL 21st. on 4/28/20 I received a reply from sgreeting me and basically not wanting me to cancel my order. I don't have an issue with that, however I sent an immediate reply stating (YES. PLEASE CANCEL) I received no reply. On 4/30/20 I called and spoke with a lady who stated that she didn't see a email exchange after looking up my order# but stated that she would expedite the process by sending it to her manager. I said okay but I fear after reading the reviews and complaints concerning customers having the same issue that I may not receive a REFUND.

I placed an order at the end of February, anticipating the impact of Covid. When placing the order I realized that there would a be a wait period which I was okay with. The issue comes with the follow up and updates on orders. For 3 consecutive weeks I have contacted the online representative (who only has access to limited information), and was told each time that my order was filled and just awaiting shipment.
It has been two months since the order was placed (advised of a 4-6 week wait time) and I have not been able to get any sort of definitive answer as to if/when my order will ship. I ordered from Mypatriotsupply because they sponsored a video I watched pertaining to Covid. At this point in time I am out $200 and am no closer to an answer.
Due to the delay I believe they should alter their practices and not charge until the order is processed. We are living in uncertain times and Mypatriotsupply has only amplified that uncertainty for me

At the end of February, we did post at the top of every one of our web pages, in a pop-up when first visiting the web site and with a required checkbox in order to checkout that we were in a shipping delay of up to 8 weeks or more.
