I have been shopping with MPS for over a decade. Never had any issues with their products.
They got slammed with orders early this year and did what few other companies would do they expanded to try and meet the demand. Their website has updates on the estimated delays, and yeah they have run past those - but estimates are just educated guesses, not guarantees.
I do wish they would charge at the time an order ships, but since typically orders ship in a day or two that usually isn't an issue. I would guess that changing the software set up is probably more tedious than just flipping a switch and changing horses mid-stream in a flood is usually not the best option.
So far, everyone I know that has ordered in the past 5 months has gotten their orders. I didn't have to order since I plan ahead for emergencies such as this.

My order did take along time to arrive but so has everything else I've ordered online. I was aware of the wait before I ordered and they emailed updates every few weeks. Everything was received as described. I feel much better that I have this with everything going on.

I started ordering supplies from MPS after my daughter had been ordering from them. We ordered in advance, (since last year) to prepare for times like these. Received in a timely manner. Now, on top of their site is posted that there will be delays, so one should expect that. Also, UPS is experiencing delays of their own, taking even longer for deliveries. Sorry to the people who waited. Will order more stuff when the craziness dies down.

Great products, easy to order, tastes good, and simple to make, just add water.

We need water to Survive. The Alexapure water filter is the BEST PRODUCT I'VE EVER BOUGHT. I cook with the 99.9% PURIFIED WATER. My feathered friends love it. My animal friends prefer over tap water. I even use the SHOWER FILTER!!! MY SKIN IS SO SOFT. MY HAIR IS HEALTHIER.

My Patriot Suppy has unique products and excellent service. I love MPS!

The product I receive was not what I was expecting. They also made me pay for the return shipment after I was informed that they would send me the shipping labels. I spent over 400.00 plus 167.00 in return shipping charges along with three payments already made to Affirm. I waited over 12 weeks and when I inspected the items, they loaded me with rice and not enough of other food categories. Very disappointing.

I placed an order with this company on 4/25/20 and another on 5/20/20 and have not received anything including an email update. I was supposed to receive updates every 7-14 days. I emailed the company from my first order page a week ago and received no response. According to their own site my first order number doesn't even exist even though I was charged for it. I now wish to cancel both orders but have received no response.

I have ordered from this company for six or eight years. A Lot of stuff. From two air purifiers to a water purifier, and a lot of food. I have never had a problem that wasn't resolved immediately, and only one or two of those.

I appreciate the quality of products I receive from My Patriot. I especially appreciate their fair prices which I take advantage of whenever possible.

I needed to cancel my order. I had trouble getting anyone on the phone and was not able to talk to anyone. Sometimes their phone worked and I left a message (no return calls), other times it would say it was no longer in service. I finally talked through chat to cancel my order.
Though it had NOT been shipped at the time that I called to cancel, I received an email that it was processed and shipped.
Very dishonest of My patriot supply to decide to ship it an hour after I cancelled.
Now I am left worrying about being home and stuck in my doorway to refuse the package. It is too heavy for me to lift to take it back to a UPS store. I won't leave a note on my door to not accept package because it is a great way to notify a thief that a package is coming. Someone could take a note of refusal off my door and just wait for the package and take it. Shame on My Patriot Supply for a scam when they don't want to do a refund.

I have read Now on Revdex.com, the complaints about this company and yes there was a notice on the original order that there would be a delay because of the pandemic. I get that, I ordered on April 2,2020. Charged my CC the next day, even though they knew it would not be shipped for 8-10 weeks. So beware of their charging policy. It has now been almost 12 weeks and still nothing. They sent out a email about 14 days after ordering and I think another one, letting me know I am moving to the top of the shipping list but nothing from them since.. I called last week and a very nice women said that all she can tell me is that they are just now shipping March's order. I have not heard from this company in quite awhile. I hope to get my order at some point, very disappointed. Perhaps you need to stop taking orders until you can reasonably ship orders at a acceptable rate and keep up with good customer service.

I've only purchased the sample box (four different flavors), but I like the quick delivery and the flavor was good. I will be purchasing more soon.

My food was delivered quickly and packaged well. I haven't tried it yet but everything appears to be thoughtfully laid out. I will be purchasing additional supplies from My Patriot Supply.

I have ordered a couple of times and everytime it has arrived quickly and in good condition. I like the taste of the food and it is simple to fix. I will be buying again.

My Order *** = $591.85 + $29.90 was placed on April 15 – two months ago – and I have received *nothingfrom My Patriot Supply.
I continue to receive email promotions asking me to order additional product, but I have not done so because you have failed to fulfill my original order.
You are unable (or unwilling) to provide me with a fulfillment date for my order and this is simply unacceptable.
I am giving up on My Patriot Supply and will order elsewhere in the future.

Larry did provide a gift card and promised he would keep me informed as to exactly when I can expect to receive my order. He apologized for the delay and also for the company's failure to provide appropriate follow-up communication about the progress of my Order ***.

If I do NOT receive my order by within the next thirty days (by July 16), I WILL file another complaint and request a Refund = $621.75 but I hope this will not be necessary.

On April 6th I ordered an Alexapure Pro Filtration Water System. I received a shipping notification on April 14th and got my package two days later. Note that I ordered an entire water system and what they sent me was a filter (that goes inside the system) and not the actual system. I emailed them immediately and did not get a response. I emailed them again a few days later and got a response within 40 minutes stating there was "an error at the warehouse". They issued a new order and said they would re-ship. This was April 23rd. After constantly emailing and calling they told me on June 2nd that my order was being shipped that day. It was not. They told me again on June 10th that my order will be shipped and I did not receive a shipping notification nor a tracking number. I called the next day and left a voicemail stating I would like a shipping notification and tracking number and they have yet to return my call. They took money out of my account on April 6th for the system I do not have and fail to respond to my desires of receiving a refund.

I ordered $300.00 worth of Emergency Food on March 14th and was promptly billed for it on March 15th. Here it is June 11th and still have not gotten any product. Earlier I received email updates about their "progress" in supplying my order, but those have since stopped and they cannot be reached by phone and emails go unanswered. I think this might be a scam because most businesses will not withdraw funds until they are ready to ship. I heard about this company as they were a sponsor for Tim Pool podcasts, so I assumed they were legitimate, because of his endorsement.

Thank you for your feedback and we apologize for the delay with the flood of 100X normal orders that came in during the Coronavirus emergency. We see that you have already contacted us and been refunded for your order in full. We posted on every page of our web site that orders placed mid-March would take 12 weeks to deliver in our first come, first served queue.

This has been an excellent company to deal with. We reacted late to the coronavirus situation and ordered in March. My Patriot Supply notified us all over the web site and at checkout that delivery would be delay a couple of months due to overwhelming demand for their product. That made sense as everyone was reacting across the whole country all at once to the emergency. True to their word, they email us every couple of weeks with updates. One phone call we made to their customer service people was excellent. They listened. Our food products arrived in May as promised. We tried one of the meals and it was excellent. We are not prepared for future quarantines or emergencies. I would highly recommend this company and advise that you need to prepare like they say before the emergency strikes and not expect miracles if you are too late in doing so.

My Patriot has been my go to place for years now. A+ quality products, excellent customer service, fast shipping...Perfecto!
