If I call to cancel on the 14th day, don't give me the runaround Simply refund my money like I asked for!! That is why I hung up on him, after he was rude and unwilling to give me a refund.Since now they have offered a full refund, that is good and will make me happy, as it would have in the first place MyHeritage, you really need to work on your customer service and your ethics
