We have an extensive support section on our website with details on how to use the site. We also have an email for support and phones numbers under our contact me tab. this customer was still in the free trial. I will cancel that trial and they will not be billed for a subscription.

I am have our sales rep call today and fix this issue. I am not sure why no one has contacted you yet but we will get this resolved for you today.

We have had a much higher volume of emails and calls due to the recent increased interest in our company. We are trying to get back to everyone in a timely manner but it doesn't always work out. I will make sure someone on our DNA tram contacts you shortly to discuss this issue with you.

I am rejecting this response...

because:Yes, it was a charge of $[redacted], that I didn't know about nor receive any receipt for or warning that this would occur.  I have not received a response back since requesting refund in full of charge.  I sent an email shortly after filing this complaint as realized got the amount from my second complaint with Family Tree DNA mixed up with this one.  Very upsetting in both cases.I still want this resolved and the funds refunded for $[redacted].[redacted]

We send an email out when you purchase the account letting you know you will be on automatic renewal and instructing you on how to cancel that if you wish to do so.
