Worst experience online!
Purchased a Galaxy SEdge plus two year extended warranty, the device worked OK for a while, when it stopped working I started navigating the worst customer support in the world trying to inquiry about the extended warranty with no luckThey would reply empty statements like 'The device has two year warranty', when asked about how to effectively use it, they will ask for order ID, once provided will reply again 'The device has two year warranty' and like that in an infinite loop

I have ordered a Google Pixel on the *** of November through h*** My order no is: ***It was supposed to be shipped out on MondayTill now I haven't received any response from themI have raised tickets which were ignoredThey don't have any contact numbers and their Facebook page is over years oldNow, all I'm looking for is a refund of my money

I did purchase an LG headset from them , the price was like a %off , the product did come on time and it was a nice unitThere customer service needs some improvement, however the overall experience was good

On 7/**/17, I ordered iPad from this company One half hour later, I realized that this was not an iPad Air I emailed customer service to cancel my order hours and minutes later, I received an email stating that it was too late to cancel as my order had already shipped, but when I received my order, to request a RMA to return it On August *, 2017, I received my order and proceeded to request a RMA I received a response on August ** that my request was received On August **, I received another email requesting more information about the issue I was having I responded on August ** that I wanted to return my order, even attaching the email from customer service It has been a month and I've gotten no response I tried calling the customer service number and could not talk to a real person The voicemail mailbox to leave a customer service voicemail was full

They advertised an iPhone as unlocked, but when I received it, found out it was locked and is under financial obligation at SprintHave tried reaching out to them multiple times with no luck

Bought an ASUS tab from this company amd the microphone wasnt working on the deviceI sent it back for refund, but the company refused to pay back the shipping related costsThey did not pay customs either and *** collected that money from us as wellThis is a completely fraud companyThey lie that they dont have an ability to get return labels etcWhen we all know *** or any other logistic company can easily provide return labels

I love this company it's my second order

I purchased a "WIRELESS" pair of powerbeats by dre from them and insurance/warranty on them in case anything happensWell, 1st off, when I received them, they weren't "WIRELESS", they were "WIRED" I've been trying get in contact w/them ever since, because of the earbuds went outNo response for a couple of months, only to say I received the earphones..."Wired"...THAT'S OF THE PROBLEMS...I DIDN'T ORDER WIREDI sent another email days ago, I still have not heard anything I'm requesting my refund back, since I can't get anyone to help with the issueI doubt if I hear anything back at all!! I am trying to get my money refunded back to my card its 4days before christmas I placed a order on 12/*/and waited but when 12/**/and still no word or email letting me know what is going on I canceled the order and I emailed them like before the email to me stated 24-hours to release the funds back into my account and I have been checking everyday and nothing I have created numerous of tickets to get in touch with them but they have not reached out I have also called no answer if you could please help me get my refund I would appreciate it that was the money to get my daughter something else for Christmas please help

I ordered what was advertised as an Apple Series watch but was sent a Series watch When I notified Nof their error they changed the advertising to reflect a Series watch I asked that they send me the correct watch stating that I would return the watch, at their cost, when a replacement is dispatched Their response was to direct me to their RMA page and they have not otherwise acknowledged their error or either declined or accepted their responsibility to provide the advertised watch
Their RMA process does not provide for refund of the costs for the original delivery, the return delivery or the foreign transaction fees but does include a 15% restocking fee I believe, since this is their error, they should bear all costs
I note that other customer reviews of Ncontain similar comments and therefore I suspect Nis not trading in good faith

I ordered a Laptop Computer from them a week ago 12/**/They claim that they would notify me in hrswith a tracking #...They will not answer my emails or phone calls but had no problem cashing my credit card paymentAfter many calls to them ,I did reach customer service once and he put me on hold for like forever, I had to hang up
I have researched this company, sadly, after the fact , to find them extremely undesirable

Totally unprofessional companyOrdered a phone on October and opened a ticket the same day to ask a couple of questionsEven though a ticket was created and I got a confirmation email with a ticket number, no one ever responded to meNot 24-hours, not everI received an email (a week later) that the item was out of stockIf I wanted to cancel, go to the website to the account and do it thereI didTwo days later they emailed me that the item was shipped! I purchased an iphone in Sept When I decided to change wireless carriers my phone was blacklisted as being reported lost/stolen
I contacted nwireless and told them that they sold me a blacklisted phone that was reported by the original owner to be lost/stolen and that I wanted to send it to them for a refund I received an email on how to request an RMA # to send it back When I logged into my account, I was not able to request the RMA # because it was past the day refund policy I emailed them again requesting the RMA # letting them know I didn't have the option online I received another email telling me that it was past the day refund policy and I needed to contact the manufacturer
Why would I contact the manufacturer when they sold me an illegal phone? It's their responsibility to take it back

Merchandise came quick, and works perfect, I will definitely use this seller again, and recommend it, to others,

Business often uses bait and switch tactics Have attempted to buy headsets twice thru this site do to the deals offered and both times I keep getting this product is on back order but I can upgrade to a more expensive option or cancel!!!! This is a dirty sales trick and I warn everyone not to purchase from this site

Took a chance with these guysBought an older *** iPhone 3:the charger and charging wire was no good, the phone is perfect,(a third party which I really trust asked me where I got the phone and the price I paid, CONCLUSION: Nwireless has great deals,BUT like anything else, buying used cellphones is a *** ***

I purchased a refurbished iPad mini from *** on June **, The iPad turned out to be defective and I filed an RMA with *** on July ** As of today (August **, 2016), *** has not approved the RMA and I am still stuck with their defective iPad and no refund I am very dissatisfied with *** and their deceptive marketing and business practices
