I recently ordered a phone from n1wireless on Saturday, ** SeptemberI went to cancel the phone before it even shipped when it still said pre-authorized and on Monday they told me that they could not cancel the order because it was already shipped.But when I made my complaint on the order it was not yet shippedNow it says US PCS says that they’ve made an online shipping label but *** has not gotten the package it’s been three days now since they made the online shipping label *** has not gotten the package yetI don’t even want to phone anymore I just want the money back in my card if I don’t end up getting the money back in my account I will take serious legal actionI don’t even want the phone anymore I just want them to cancel my order and give me my money back please please please helpI have tried contacting the company in the past three days with numerous repeated phone calls to their phone number on their website and it has gone to automated voicemail and it says the mailb

I think they are practicing illegal sales practices On June ***, I placed an online order (order ***) They instantly charged my credit card, and I got a confirmation email with a *** tracking order On June ***, I received another email, this time a 'credit memo' canceling my order However, they did NOT process a credit to my credit card My issues: How did I get a tracking number if they did not ship? Why would they 'cancel' my order without telling me three (3) days later? If they did indeed cancel it, why have they not issued a credit to my credit card?

I ordered a Moto GPlus from them and less than weeks after I received the phone, it stopped charging I was told I could return the phone, which I did, but because the phone was dead and would not charge, I could not remove my personal data from it Two weeks after I put the dead phone in the mail, I got an email from the company about the personal data on the phone and that they had tried to reach me "multiple times but got no response." That was the first communication I got from them about this There is no way to leave a voicemail and they only answer the telephone about half the time The person at Nsaid they could not issue an exchange because it was a refurbished phone and they were out of those, even though nothing on the description indicated it was refurbished When I pointed out that I had not bought a refurbished phone, he said he would need to call me back One week later, I submitted a support ticket because I had heard nothing Two days later, although I had not been contacted, the website said the case was closed I then initiated a dispute with my credit card company and hours later received an email that they were issuing a refund All told, I am out $worth of shipping for the experience of being sold a defective phone

I placed an order for two ipads and paid for day shipping on dec.*** paying $My order as of today dec.*** has yet to be shippedI have sent many emails to contact them I have also tried to call a repeated number of times to reach a full answering machineThese are christmas gifts for my children that I have no way to replaceI hope this matter can be tended to quickly

I bought a phone on line from Nthe next day they emailed me and said the phone was on back orderI emailed N! back at their support and sales emails to cancel the orderA few days later I get notice that the phone is ready to shipAgain I email to cancelA few days after that the phone arrivesNo I have tried to call a dozen time and get the voice mail run aroundThis feels like a scam and this company has non-existent customer serviceI would suggest using any other companyNis a fraud

Do not do business with NWireless months ago I bought a repaired Insignia Flex 16GB 8" Android Tablet with a day company warranty and a vendor warranty It now will not charge The web page I ordered this from at NWireless says “Days Manufacturer's Limited Warranty” after them not answering the phone for days I filled out a “ticket” online their answer “Please contact the Insignia company” Insignia / *** said “In this case we cannot help you because we only take care of the warranty of products that are sold at ***, and since this products was purchased from a none *** official retailer we cannot do anything.”
NWireless has no connection and no agreements set up with Insignia for repairs or repaired items
I called and talked to someone at NWireless it has been many, many years since I have talked to someone who was this rudeIt was unbelievable he told me that I was lying and that it does not say anything on their site about vendor w

[Your Answer Here]i have not received any response from N1wireless as stated in their 2nd paragraph I note that they also did not reply to your correspondence on my behalf and I understood that you had closed this case My bank disallowed my request for a chargeback because the invoice matched the watch which was sent Neither the bank N1wireless or your selves have investigated my claim that N1wireless advertised a series Apple Watch but supplied a watch which is two generations older I note from other complaints about N1wireless on the web that this is a common "mistake " for them to makei asked N1wireless to pay for the return postage as they did not supply the correct item They also charge a restocking fee which means that they profit from their "mistake"The webpage I used to purchase the watch has now been changed, possibly as a result of my advice to them that it was incorrect Therefore I am unable to show the page as it was at the time of purchase My complaint is therefore unchanged I still have the watch in my possession and will return it once N1wireless agree to refund its cost and arrange for its return They do not need the watch to examine it as they know what they sent and what was advertised

This company seems fraud to me On their items they say like its new but its not its either refurbished, used or fakeI ordered iphone x with the different orderI received phones and they never shippedAfter opening item I saw phone is fake or used its not new as well charger was fake, it was samsung charger with apple product can you believe ? As well with that same ordered I added screen protector which I never receivedAfter looking at this I did not open up second package and canceled the non shipped orderI opened up a return request for the other phonesIt's been days they never responded me back for order and the they responded saying they will charge me restocking fees 15% and not refund or pay for shippingAre you kidding me ? Hi, recently I have bought a Note cell phone for $from their online store, which at the time of my purchase clearly said it's a New ItemBut when I received the phone it was a open box item plus the defective charger and the headphone was used and not SamsungI then emailed seller and asked for RMA number if they can't send me a new phone in sealed boxThey send me RMA number instead, I sent the phone back in its original packaging that it was in, along with charger and headphonesThey suppose to refund me $539.48, minus the $shipping and handling but they only refunded me $Charged me restocking meI want rest of my money refunded

Last weekend, I purchased a laptop from their website that was clearly marked as in stockOn Tuesday, I received an email from them saying that the item was out of stock at the supplier and that the order was either voided or refunded fully To date I have received no refund even after sending them a couple of emails, filling out their contact us form and trying to call them by phone There has been no response from them what so ever I told them in my last email that if I was not refunded immediately that I was going to file this complaint
