I have order beats wireless buds it arrived damage right away I have email them and call them they ask me to take pic's and email mail them back.it has been 30days no answer and will not exchange or refund the money

I bought a drone from this company, and I purchased a warrantyIn several attempts for me to fly the Drone, I realize it kept flipping overIn investigating this incident, I came to the conclusion that two of the motors on the right we're operating at faster speeds than two of the motors on the left; causing it to flip overBecause of this defect, the Drone kept crashingIt being a moving object, any defect would cause it to land incorrectlyTheir argument is that I damaged the Drone, and my argument is that the Drone was defective causing it to crashIn all the going back and forth, my biggest issue was that I purchased warrantyIf not for that reason, I would have thrown it away and purchase another oneAll I wanted was for them to fix or replace the drone so I can move on, but they refused toI once bought a Jabra earpiece from them which was defective and without warranty, but they quickly refunded the money, since it was less than bucks

I purchased Beats by Dre wireless during the after Thanksgiving cyber sales event as a Christmas present.They were delivered in an envelope then an unlabeled plain white box with no directions and will not sync to the phoneI asked about returning them and was told it was past the days to return them I'm not sure how a company could have an expectation that items purchased during that time would be returned in days if people are purchasing gifts and wouldn't know if there are problems until after the holidays I believe the company took advantage of the holiday season and spirit of giving
I really feel as though this is fraud and extremely poor customer serviceWhen someone buys a brand name product like Beats by Dre they wouldn't expect to have any issues with them But I guess when that product shows up at your door in an envelope then an unlabeled plain white box with no directions you should suspect that they are probably not the real thing and not work

I ordered an Apple iPhone that clearly shows Unlocked in the name I received an iPhone of the correct model days later (that is good) However after activating the phone, I was unable to use my SIM card, the error messages indicate that the phone is locked and cannot be used with my carrier I attempted to call N1wireless support multiple times at ***, the number on their website during their business hours - no one ever picked up, I always went to the message for support or sales, and both would not let me leave a message because the inbox was full; all over the space of a week I created tickets to get help from sales, customer support, and billing No responses were made to my email or to the tickets on their ticket system in over a week for the oldest ticket This is clearly either a mistake or intentional advertising I have no recourse to get help in correcting the item I received, or assure a replacement of the correct model and unlocked status If

I found the website N1Wireless.com by a *** SearchI was looking for an unlocked Samsung phoneI found a deal on this page and ended up buying unlocked cellphones from the businessI then received an email from them, stating that one of the selected item, Samsung 7, was not in stock any longer and therefore they had cancelled my transactionI reached out to them, via email (emails) in order to:
1- Let them know that the Samsung was still appearing on their website as "On Stock" for $2- Honor the purchase price as the same Samsung 7, same page, other link, was showing "On Stock" for $more at $No response was ever received from the businessOne week later, today July 2nd, the same Samsung for $is still showing "On Stock"

I placed an order for headphones on July ***The payment was processed that same dayETA for the headphones were 5-daysIt has now been daysThere were two tracking numbers I was given (for a single product)The first number didn't register any shipmentThe second was tracked to Guam, which is no where close to where my shipping address is labeled on my account on their websiteI've contacted them twice via their websiteThe first contact was met with a response claiming that the tracking number I had was correct and at the latest the headphones should've arrived yesterdayIt did notI re-opened another ticket to have them ship me another productThey haven't responded to my email so I'm not sure if they response to this either

I brought a phone from N1Wireless on August **, which was supposed to be an open box but newThe phone was delivered by signature mail on the ** of August When I received the phone, it would not take charge and seem to be used I have asked for the phone to be returned and a refund However, the return request was created since the * of September, but N1Wireless has refused to respond to my request and no one picks up the business phone, plus its voice mail is full

It then stated a refund was given My bank account shows no refund given When I try to call the company to speak to someone directly - all that is given is a recording, options for billing service or sales Every option choosen the end result is the same, a recording saying they are busy and to go online and submit a report
