N1 Wireless, Inc said on the website that it was warrantied by the vendor in this  case they told me it was insignia  that turned out to be [redacted]  both Insignia and [redacted] said they do not do warranty 3rd party items  when I called N1 wireless about this  he said I was lying it did not say it on their website for the item  I was on the website as I was talking to him ! the exact wording on their page is Refurbished: 90 Days Manufacturer's Limited Warranty. For extended 1 Year warranty, we offer CPSWarranty service   I called with in the 90 days to them and to insignia and [redacted]    Just ask [redacted] they will not warranty 3rd part items  there is an insgina tablet on N1 wireless website right now that says Refurbished: 90 Days Manufacturer's Limited Warranty. For extended 1 Year warranty, we offer CPSWarranty service    they would not meet that warranty and told me to call  insignia but it is there today 6-**-2017  under the warretny information for a tablet here [redacted]

I purchased a refurbished iPad mini from [redacted] on June **, 2016. The iPad turned out to be defective and I filed an RMA with [redacted] on July ** 2016. As of today (August **, 2016), [redacted] has not approved the RMA and I am still stuck with their defective iPad and no refund. I am very dissatisfied with [redacted] and their deceptive marketing and business practices.

The business is just repeating themselves  they said "The manufacturer's warranty is offered by the manufacturer only, not N1 Wireless" if that is the case  do not put on your website that it is covered by the manufacture for 90 days  !   if I read that when I am buying something from a store then I expect that to be covered for 90 days by the manufacture  this item is not  even though is says so on your site   but they will not meet the conditions you put on your site.  so you are misleading customers !

My teenage son ordered wireless headphones, which arrived broken. We returned for a replacement, and within about a week after arriving, the new set failed to turn on. After speaking on the phone (rude associate), waiting for a contact email that never came, and then trying to email customer service, I was told that we were past the 14 day return period, which is not true because we did try to return them within 14 days of receiving the replacement set. We will attempt to contact the manufacturer, but this is terrible customer service. Do not shop here! Right now we are out $85!

specified time period.  • The customer had an option to purchase our proprietary warranty  service but did buy it.       The customer has made a purchase on our website on September [redacted]  2016 for 7 Refurbished Insignia android tablets. Refurbished products  are fully tested for functionality and condition before they leave our  warehouse. However, if the customer is not happy with the purchased  merchandise they have up to 30 days guaranteed to return it to our  company. This is clearly stated on our website and has been agreed to by  the customer prior to completing the purchase.       In addition, our company offers 1 to 2 years warranty service to be  purchased along with the product. 1 Year warranty service on this  product is very affordable and was designed so to allow customers to  enjoy a long protection period, beyond our 30 days guarantee.  Unfortunately, the customer didn’t purchase the warranty service from  our company along with the product.       Our records also indicate that the customer failed to contact us  before the guarantee period was over. Thus, we could not help with  exchanging the product. Our company cannot be held liable for a warranty  service that is not honored by the manufacturer.  The customer received 7 pieces of the product in a perfectly working  condition and only one piece had an issue well after the guarantee  period. Once again, the customer opted out of our own warranty service  and thus we couldn’t do any exception.    Nevertheless, we are sorry for the inconvenience experienced by the  customer and will be willing to offer him a $15 discount on a product  purchased from our store in the future.    Best Regards,  N1wireless

Review: Unethical sales process - bait and switch. Website lists products they do not have but does not indicate that. They do not answer the phone or email inquiries. I ordered an iPad over a month ago, received an email that it was on back order and will go out in 7 days. It still has not. "Your order has been placed in Back-Order. This means that the order may take from 1 to 7 days to get shipped out. Thank for your patience while we process your order. If you would like to modify your order for another item in stock, please contact us at ###-###-####.". I still have not received a single response to my emails and they have not answered the phone once.Desired Settlement: Product delivered via overnight delivery with shipping charges incurred by the seller

Review: I purchased a tablet pc from this company and paid extra for an extended warranty and expedited shipping. The tablet that arrived was defective. I, immediately contacted them, regarding the defective tablet, and they told me I would have to ship it back to them, and pay for it myself. There was nothing included that even gave mention of the extended warranty, however, I have a copy of the receipt page, indicating it. They, first, tried telling me they had not received my return, but I have the tracking number, and confirmation of its delivery. At this point, I just want my money back. I wanted them to exchange the defective tablet for a working one, but these people are crooks, and I just want my money back.Desired Settlement: If the tablet cannot be replaced in a timely manner, I want a refund to my credit card. I want back the money I paid for the extended warranty I purchased but didn't get, too.

I spent approximately $24 in postage, just trying to get this corrected. I can provide evidence that supports this claim. I don't believe I should be out $24 dollars in federal financial aid, for a computer that was broken, before I received it, and had to pay to return it.

Review: [redacted] To: [redacted] To whom it may concern, Regarding the below listed problem/complaint, I have since taken your broken tablet I received to [redacted] to have one of their technicians look it over. It was at that point that a technician of theirs, by the name of [redacted] had confirmed for me what I already knew. That being, that you sent me a tablet that was not properly functioning and wouldnt even allow me to gain access to the internet. He went on record as having said, Its nothing more than something I would regard as being a paperweight. Luckily for me, I found out that piece of garbage you sold me for $180.99, still had (2) weeks left on its original manufacturers warranty. With that being said, [redacted] was kind enough to provide me with another identical tablet to the broken one you sold me. I thanked him kindly for his time and the tablet which was at least working. When I asked him if it was new, he stated that it was refurbished and that this unit would only come with the 2 week warranty that was still left on the piece of garbage you had sent me. Needless to say, I didnt want to purchase a broken item from you and was expecting exactly what I paid you for. A NEW ONE with a full 12 year warranty!!! You had stated in your email, that you would allow me to send back the broken tablet for a sub-total refund of $169.99. How nice of you to offer this proposal to me. ..(lol)...What you werent willing to do was reimburse me for the shipping/handling charges I paid you for and then if that werent enough, you even said you would not allow me to be reimbursed for the shipping cost to send the broken tablet back to you. To take it one step further, you also would have charged me a 20% restocking fee. After all that Ive been through and subjected to because of your poor business practices you abide by, I feel you owe me a little something in return which I find to be more than fair. I now have a tablet which is working thanks to the people at [redacted] I had to involve in this ordeal. My warranty was very short lived and has already expired since it was the 2 weeks that were remaining on the broken tablet you sold me. Im asking you kindly right now to simply send me something in writing stating youre going to provide me with a warranty of 10 months which would have been left on my new tablet you led me to believe you were selling me or at least have the decency to provide me with an allowance of some kind towards the misrepresentation of the item you sold me. I was thinking along the lines of half of what I paid you for the broken tablet which would be $85.00. Please get back to me ASAP with your sentiments. Im hoping for a quick and fair solution to this situation without having to take any further action. Dear Valued Customer, We apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced and are willing to find a solution for the problem. The product purchased was never described as a Brand New product on our website. These products are being sold as "Open Box", fully tested products and therefore their discounted price. The customer chose to purchase the "Open Box" version of the device for $169.99 whereas its brand new counterpart costs $349.99. Every manufacturer holds a different policy with regards to their warranty on refurbished/Open Box products. Aware of this situation our company offers its own warranty service and recommends its purchase along with the product. One year warranty on this device costs only $15.99, yet the customer has never made use of this offer. Our policy maintains however that if a customer is unhappy with the merchandise purchased they are allowed to send it back for an exchange or refund within the first 30 days of receiving the product. Thus, as soon as the customer contacted our company the representative provided an RMA# (Return merchandise authorization) for sub total refund of $169.99. According to our policy shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer was aware of this fact and had signed our company's sales agreement prior to placing the order. As mentioned earlier we would like to solve the situation and have you satisfied. We can wave $10 and provide you with a 1 year warranty service for $5.99. Best Regards, N1wireless

Review: I recently purchased a iphone 3gs from this company with the understanding that this was an unlocked gsm phone in great condition. Upon receiving the phone I noticed it had a bad charger and no sim tray for the phone. I then called the company and notified them of this issue right away. They agreed and said they would send me a new charger and sim tray. What they didnt know is that I had ordered a sim tray on overnight shipping from another company. I then brought my phone to a [redacted] store where a technician looked at the phone and also noted that the hardware was damaged inside the phone. I immediantly called the company back and they told me in a very rude way that I was full of [redacted] and that was impossible for me to know if I didnt have sim tray. Aha! they didnt know I ordered one . you see they sent me that broken phone on purpose and knew I would have to call them and get a replacement charger and sim tray therefore getting me outside of the seven day return policy and then were going to tell me they couldnt refund me cause I had the phone seven days while waiting on the part. they wont let me return my phone and get my money back .Desired Settlement: I just want my money back.

Review: On February **, I ordered a new Panasonic DVD Player S700 from the N1 Wireless website for a total price of $54.99. I received the player two days later. As soon as I opened the outer packaging, I knew something was wrong. There was no Panasonic original packaging, just components scattered in the box. There was no packing slip or receipt. When I looked at the owner's manual, I found writing on the back, and on the inside, the serial and model numbers had been filled in. This 'new' DVD Player was obviously another customer's return.

I immediately called the store phone number and gave up after maybe 100 rings: no answering machine or voice mail. I emailed customer service and didn't receive a response until five days later, and at that just a generic email, no response to my complaint.

The store, without ever acknowledging the problem, now wants me to return the package at my expense and pay a 15% restocking fee, which I will not do. I have also filed a dispute charge claim with my credit card company.Desired Settlement: I would like N1Wireless to send me a pre-paid mailing label so I may return the player, and issue a full refund of $54.99 to my credit card.

Review: I ordered a brand new item from this business, was charged for it, and was sent a very used, scratched, scraped and torn product with no receipt or record of my sale. Luckily in all my years of online purchases this is the first time this has ever happened to me. I looked online and they have sold this exact item to other people in the same condition, claiming it to be brand new.Desired Settlement: I would take a replacement, but I think they are a shady company and I have no trust in them, so I would prefer a refund.

I did get an email back from the business offering me a refund if I returned the item. The shipping would be my responsibility, and since they proved to be so shady I really had no faith that I would actually see the refund. Who advertises a brand new item and then sends out an overused piece of junk that is ripped and torn in a box without proper packaging for protection with no receipt or paperwork at all? So in the end paying the shipping fee AGAIN meant losing even more money, so I kept it and they did refund me $7. Not worth it, but wasn't giving up more of my money or taking a total loss with possibly no refund. This company needs to be put out of business, I've read many terrible online complaints about them. Fortunately I've never had an experience like this before, but this shows you can get away with it! ?

I purchased an Motorola S10 HD Bluetooth Stereo Headphones-89439N for $29.99 on February **, 2015. This is not the first time I've ever purchased these headphones, but the first time from this particular merchandiser. I've never been more disappointed. After a month, this headset cracked on me. So, my first thought was the company sent me a refurbished product. So I decided to try to use a self-adhesive(glue) to repair it myself. It was a temporary repair. Another two weeks and the headset cracked again. So I decided to inform the company of this issue. Of course they ignored me, which confirmed my initial thought. That this was a thieving business who probably only specializes in only pawning off refurbished items as new. And now I find out that their not even accredited. So I will be ending this customer relationship before it even begins. No Thank You and Good Riddance!!
