"They sent me a defective item. It does not charge and the volume does not work. I asked for a return label to exchange the item they refused. They stated I would have to pay to return defective item. I had to contact my cc company to dispute the charge. Very bad service and no testing of items. I would not purchase from this vender again."

Review: There are several issues, all tied together:

1) Failure to process an expedited order as paid for. I paid for express shipping of a device (2-5 days), which included an extra $17.00 fee. After the order was "preauthorized" on their books for 7 days (effectively freezing the money in my account), they told me the item I ordered was not in stock. It was delayed another three days until the charge was finally authorized and taken from my account. Unacceptable for expedited service.

2) Misrepresentation of item condition. The item I purchased was labeled as "Open Box", which was defined as an item in "Mint working condition". I have screenshots to prove it. Less than five days after setting up the phone, the battery stopped taking a charge. This is not behavior of a "mint condition" device.

3) Refusal to provide refund/return/recourse services. Their written policy is 15 days. The product wasn't even shipped until 10 days after order due to their extremely slow service, and took another three days to arrive. I only had the device for 2 days within their return window. It began failing after less than five days. I wrote to them expressing dissatisfaction about the whole situation, at which point, they sent me a stock answer referring me to their refund option that is no longer valid due to their slow service in the first place.

Unfair business practice at all points during this interaction. They have already lost a repeat customer. I want them to provide monetary compensation for the expedited service charge that they failed to comply with, as well as for the service fees I will encounter getting this "mint condition" battery replaced by a qualified technician.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $17.00 expedited service charge plus $75.00 for replacement battery/service fee.

Review: An unlocked [redacted] phone was ordered. Order received. Phone only worked 5 days after set up. On contacting N1Wireless, they told us we had the phone in our possession more than 14 days from time of shipment and would not discuss issue. We were told to contact [redacted] for issue. Upon contacting [redacted], they told us that we were sold a phone made for the United Kingdom, not the United States. They stated that they are not able to do any repairs on this phone in the United States. I contacted N1 Wireless again-- after one week of calling many times each day. I told them that [redacted] claims that we were sold a phone not made to be used in the United States and they could not repair it. N1 Wireless customer service states that this is not their problem. I requested to be transferred to another authority, and they stated there was nothing that could be done.Desired Settlement: I have purchased an unlocked phone in the past from this company and had no issues. I would like to get the phone replaced with one that works in the United States or get a credit cared refund.

Review: I purchased an iPhone 4s and the microphone doesn't work. Speaking to the so called customer service representative was an absolute joke. His name is [redacted]. The worst customer service representative I have ever dealt with. Very rude. He said that the warranty of 60 days had expired because I purchased the item on April **, 2015 but he failed to notice that I did NOT received the phone until April **, 2015. I have proof of this. Then he automatically accused me of dropping the phone and or possibly getting the phone wet. Neither of these things happened. The phone looks great and everything else works great except for the microphone. Siri doesn't respond and the person on the other line can't hear either. I purchased an iPhone 3 last year that worked fine so I didn't think I would have to check on this one. My big mistake. I purchased this phone for my daughter ahead of time for her birthday that was in June. Now the company says they can't do anything about it. What a disgrace of a company that I will never purchase anything from again if I don't get an exchange. I will also make sure that I tell everyone to stay far away from this company.Desired Settlement: I did not want a refund but a respectable company would give an exchange.

Review: N1wireless continues to advertise product they do not have available, do not notify consumers that N1Wireless does not fulfill orders directly, and has a history of compliants for similar activities on the Revdex.com website. On December **, 2015 12:44:07 PM EST I recieved an order confirmation from N1Wireless for a cell phone, Order [redacted]. That confirmation was then followed up by an alternate e-mail stating the order was going to be handled by a "sister company" [redacted]. Three days later I received an e-mail stating that my item was not in stock.Desired Settlement: I want the product ordered for the price advertised.

Review: I purchased a HTC inspire, online it stated it was new, when I received the phone it was used, with visible damage to screen, and emei number tag coming off, volume not working, when I contact them about a replacement they had me pay to ship phone back, spend 18 dls. to sent back the way they requested, I was told I was going to get a new replacement, 5 days later I got an email telling me that they no longer had that phone new and credit my credit card except for 10 for shipping when they shipped the phone to my house.Desired Settlement: I want them to refund me for shipping cost, it was their false advertisement that made me buy a phone they claimed to be new and instead got a use one, I request the $10, they didn't credit and I paid when the phone was shipped from their warehouse to my house, and the $18 I paid to send the phone back to .

Review: I recently bought a microsoft surface tablet from N1 wireless and 3 days after I got it there were sparks and smoke coming from the charging port, meaning it was defective. the Product was supposed to be in mint condition and when I tried to contact them for an exchange of the product I never heard back from them I sent emails and called them multiple times and they never answered.Desired Settlement: I would like them to pay the cost of getting this item repaired or exchange it with them paying the shipping price. Defective items are the responsibility of the seller and they should take full responsibility to have it fixed or replace it with no cost to the customer

Review: I purchased an Ipad from this company because (from what they told me) that it was an "open-box", was never purchased, just slightly used due to it being used as a display. They said I would have the standard 1yr warranty that Apple gives you. When I received it went on Apple's site only to find that the warranty had expired so I contacted Apple who advised me that the ipad was already registered and in fact it was past the 1yr warranty so now there is no warranty and that it is still registered to the original owner. I did get a RMA from N1 Wireless and returned it, I told them how upset I was with the false advertisement (which they did not acknowledge), returned the ipad and was given a refund. I told them I wanted the shipping/handling charge of $11, & by return $5.70 change (total $16.70) also refunded but they just quoted me their policy. I realize that it is on $16.70, but it is more of the principal, the time & frustration they had caused me (this was a gift that I was planning on giving, so I had to hurry & a get new one), they should of gave me more of a credit for that alone. Mostly I want them to stop false advertising, and stop ripping people off.

Review: I ordered a product from N1 wireless and paid extra shipping charges to have item delivered within 5 days maximum. Received email telling me product has shipped on 8/**. Product was not shipped until evening of September *. Arrived Sep. *, * days after shipment notification. When product arrived I had to pay [redacted] postman cash t recive product because they did not pay enough. Review: I purchased a refurbished iPad through n1 Wireless for $170 dollars for my girlfriends Valentine's Day present. After purchasing, I received an email that a third party company would be handling and shipping the product, but that was not true. After emailing said company I received no email back, so I emailed n1wireless about a possible shipping time. Someone from the company emailed me and wanted my number for further "processing of information", so they called me and asked who it was for and why it wasn't coming to my address. That was the first time that I had a company ever do that, and I was a little unsure, but he told me that the shipping would be upgraded to priority and she would receive it in about three days. After our conversation, I begin to read reviews from the site and the majority of them were all negative reviews, claiming they never received the product, shipping too months, or the product was faulty. When the time came that my girlfriend received the iPad, it was in great condition, no scratches or anything upon first look. Once she turned it on, and used it for just a short while, the screen began to click on it's own and would continue to do so until she fully shut it off and restarted it. Each time she uses it, no matter what, it'll mess up and continue to mess up until she turns it off. This isn't every once in a while, it's every single day! I emailed the company and the response has been unacceptable. When I emailed them, they responded that the product isn't covered under their company, but [redacted] has it covered for one year. Great! I'll check with [redacted] and they'll fix it. After contacting [redacted], I found that the product doesn't even have a warranty, so I'm out over 150 dollars, and my girlfriend is out of an iPad that she's using in college for her major. After emailing n1wireless again and telling them that it is not covered under [redacted], they respond again with " Thank you for choosing N1 Wireless! We are sorry to hear of your experience with your device, according to our return policy your merchandise is no longer eligible for return to our facility. We apologize for the inconvenience." This is not acceptable, as even in their reconditioned product web page, they state that their product should work properly. There has been no attempt to fix the situation on their part, and I'd like my money back, or a product that actually works, as stated. I'd prefer my money back because I don't want to give this business any more satisfaction with hurting the consumer than they already have. I'd read hundreds upon hundreds of negative reviews and it's completely unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the faulty product. There is no excuse for a company to be selling faulty equipment that it stated as "refurbished". Refurbished isn't new, but it still work as such. It hinders ability to work with it in college. I'd like a complete refund for the entire process and to be removed from all information databases that n1wireless holds.

Review: I ordered a Playstation 3 online from their website for 139.99 for a total of 151.99 on Nov. **, 2014. I was very excited until the console came in highly damaged!! What was awkward was that there was no damage to the box that it came in. I contacted N1 Wireless by phone to handle the situation and they told me that any issues had to be handled by their support staff online to which I then contacted. The support staff online gave me the hardest time in getting a refund. I sent them pictures of the damaged item.The next day they requested pictures of the box it came in. I sent them that. The next day they requested pictures of the box from different angles. I did that. The next day they requested that I send them all the pictures in separate e-mails because they weren't allowed to open emails with that many files in them. Frustrated, I did that. They then responded that they would investigate the situation. Two days later I emailed them again wondering why the issue wasn't resolved yet.I said that I would send the package back to them. They apologized and said that they would send [redacted] to investigate the package and pick it up. I waited for a few days for the package to get to them and then sent another e-mail questioning why they haven't given me my refund. They said that they never told me to return the item (Which was a lie because not only did they tell me to return it, they also sent [redacted] to my house to pick it up!) and that I would have to pay them an additional restocking fee! I had already given them fair warning that if the issue wasn't resolved I would report them to the Revdex.com. I then looked up consumer ratings online about this website and found that the same thing had happened to several other consumers that have purchased products from them. It has been 35 days since I contacted them with my complaint and ave had nothing resolved! The item was supposed to be a Christmas gift and this issue has dragged on for so long that I was never given my refund in time to buy the gift from a more reliable company for the person it was intended for.Desired Settlement: All I am requesting is a full refund for the product AND the shipping cost which comes to a total of 151.99.

Review: Fraudulent credit charges, I have a charge for $44.99 that I did not authorize. I received an email stating my item was on the way which I have never ordered from this company. I put the order number into there website along with my email address and it tells me the email address is not registered on their website and the tracking number is invalid. I have tried every phone number on the website and all the do is ring and then a machine comes on saying the mail box is full you cannot leave a messageDesired Settlement: I want my money back and them charged with fraud

Review: I have purchased a mobile (Order ID: [redacted]), from them and they sent me faulty and never turning on phone. First they, were not ready to accept, that it is not working. Then, they asked me to pay for return shipping(even though it's there fault). I paid return shipping and sent them mobile back. Now, they are not returning my money and giving me store credit, by claiming false statement that, my card is expired, through which I purchased this mobile. Even, in the mail for store credit, they are not even mentioning how much they will return. I don't want store credit. I want my money back. They are completely faulty and cheater company. They are harassing me from past one month. It's is frustrating. I have complete list of email, in which they were not replying for my mail, even 4-5 mails sent by me, for them to respond.

Review: I ordered my daughter an IPad Mini for Christmas from this company's site. They sent me an email a day after I placed the order stating it is on backorder for two weeks; I went into the site and cancelled the order. They were quick to take my $ 201.97 out of my checking account; but I have not received my money back. It's been 5 days! Ordered an iPad Air form them several days ago. Got a call from them today, they said they did not have it and told me it was going to be backordered. When I asked them not to do it, they said they were going to charge me a cancellation fee of 10%!!! and cancel. How come it is my fault they did not have the item?

Their customer service is a joke, it is basically 2 people who barely spoke English. They were rude and kept yelling and cursing. What a rip-off. Hope they will go out of business soon.Desired Settlement: I hope this place will get closed down so no other customers suffer in the future.

I ordered a Samsung DAE751 and they took 10 days to ship. When received the unit was damaged, scratched, missing remote and manual - basically re packaged someone else's junk and sent it to me. Got a RA and sent it back within 2 days. They called me and said IT was NOT the item they sent me, They don't package things like that - when in fact they DID send it to me like that, I took pictures of the item AS SHIPPED. Do Not EVER deal with these crooks!! they will screw you and you will not EVER be satisfied period. I'm out $300.00 plus the $34.00 I paid to ship the item back to their P.O. Box only.

Review: The company advertised a PS4 controller for sale and listed it as a new product, in which I purchased. What I received was a well used PS4 controller. I asked them what they intended on doing about the matter and they advised the product was a new open box item and gave me an RMA number to return the item. I advised them I would not incur any expense for their mistake and to send me a prepaid mailer, or a new controller with a prepaid mailer or $30 to cover the over payment of a well used item. I have not heard back from them in 4 days.Desired Settlement: I would like to get the item they advertised without any expense on my part or some cash back. Or, I will seek other recourse.

Review: On September **, 2013 I placed an order for an HTC One X+ 64gb new, unlocked phone. I received a confirmation email for this item stating in two places that this is the 64gb model. On September **, having had no confirmation of shipment, I inquired to receive a tracking number. The next day, I received a confirmation that the item had been shipped. According to USPS, the item actually got shipped on September **. Although I had paid for Priority insured, it was shipped standard first class. Upon receiving the phone, I discovered that they had sent me a 16gb model. Now they have modified their website so the item number lists as the cheaper phone.Desired Settlement: Replace with the correct item and refund of shipping charges. Or a full refund.
