I ordered a new Ipad power adapter and it was advertised as "new" and "10W"; however I received a 12W USED adapter There is dirt and brown stuff in the creases of this adapter

This company sells junk, used, damaged and rejected products as newManufactures will not warranty the products they sell and neither will NWirelessCustomer service is obsolete if you even get someone to answer your complaint

I rarely use my credit card and I am very limited on where I use it A few weeks after purchasing from this company (n1wireless) I had three online purchases adding up too $

I purchased a cell phone on 12/*/Received on Dec ***Contacted them on Jan *** for a return and refund It is now the ***, have contacted them more times and tried callingNo response either wayThis unlocked phone does not work with my carrier I want my money backI also purchased an extended warranty

The company did not send all of my accessories during an orderContacted the company to complain the recipient told me to send back the order and to never order from them againI send items back and the company did not refunde all of my moneyI have pictures of the items sent back secured and a recording of the recipient telling they were not sending out my required items and to send back and never order again

I ordered a tablet from NWireless almost days agoI was charged for it and then told that it was out of stock, despite there being no indication of such on the website or otherwiseI was then told that my shipping would be upgraded to compensate for the delayWhen asked about what my shipping would be upgraded to and whether or not my order would reflect these changes no more replies followedIt has been close to a month and I have no product, no shipping number, and no confirmation on an upgraded shipping method,I have sent multiple tickets and no longer get replies
They took my money and didn't fulfill my order or their promise of upgrading my shipping (in writing) and no longer respond to tickets
Now apparently they canceled my order without telling me, and my money looks like it never left my account

I purchased an iPhone 6S Plus 64GB Space Gray from the company last friday. They gave me an order # but never a tracking #. I also paid for the 1-business day shipping fee for it because I want it to be shipped to me in 24hours. I waited for two days for it but it never came. I sent them a message saying how's and where's my order but they never replied to me about it, only an automatic message saying they received my message. So, today I called them, and wow I am surprised by their poor customer service. They said to me my shipping address got messed up that's why they can't ship it to me right away. So I decided to cancel my transaction with them, and told them to reverse the amount in my account. And so they did. But they really have a poor customer service.

Again N1wireless has not responded to my claim. I reiterate that the advertisement stated the watch was waterproof to 157' and had integrated GPS  this misrepresented the watch as a Series 2  N1wireless is correct in saying that the advertisement stated that it was a Series 2  however the description in the advertisement could only refer to a Series 2 watchIf N1wireless disagree with this statement then the Revdex.com may care to inspect the cached page of the advertisement to see what was advertised.N1wireless: do you agree with my claim that your advertisement made the statements above?

Bought item as New. it was missing a part. There response was it was new but not brand new.

The product purchased was never described as a Brand New product on our website. These products are being sold as "Open Box", fully tested products and therefore their discounted price. The customer chose to purchase the "Open Box" version of the device for $169.99 whereas its brand new counterpart costs $349.99. Every manufacturer holds a different policy with regards to their warranty on refurbished/Open Box products. Aware of this situation our company offers its own warranty service and recommends its purchase along with the product. One year warranty on this device costs only $15.99, yet the customer has never made use of this offer. Our policy maintains however that if a customer is unhappy with the merchandise purchased they are allowed to send it back for an exchange or refund within the first 30 days of receiving the product. Thus, as soon as the customer contacted our company the representative provided an RMA# (Return merchandise authorization) for sub total refund of $169.99. According to our policy shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer was aware of this fact and had signed our company's sales agreement prior to placing the order. As mentioned earlier we would like to solve the situation and have you satisfied. We can wave $10 and provide you with a 1 year warranty service for $5.99. Best Regards, N1wireless

• All merchandise is sold as described/advertised  • According to our terms and conditions, all shipping costs are  non-refundable  • The product is still in the customer’s possession and was not  returned for a refund.    The customer purchased the product on December...

[redacted] 2016. Shortly  after he contacted us explaining that the product received is not the  same as the product purchased. We explained that there may have been an  error and that we will check once we receive the product back at our  facility. Thus, our company approved the RMA (Return Merchandise  Authorization), allowing the customer to ship the product back for an  exchange or a refund. However, the customer has never utilized the RMA  and instead filled a dispute with the bank asking for the full money  back while NOT returning the watch.    We explained our position to the bank and asked that the customer ships  back the product so that we can process the refund but the customer has  never done so.    Finally, our company has won the case and the bank granted the funds  back to our company. Despite that, as of now, the customer has yet to  return the product for a refund.    We cannot process a refund for merchandise that is in the customer’s  possession. We will be able to help the customer with shipping costs and  provide a more flexible solution but the merchandise will have to be  returned as a starting point.    Best Regards,  N1wireless     -- [redacted]

To Whom it may concern:  • Our merchandise is sold as advertised/described.  • All our products are fully tested before being sent out.  • Customer was issued a refund in the total of $74.99  • According to our terms and conditions shipping charges are  non-refundable....

    On December [redacted] 2016 the customer contacted our company claiming that  the product was defective and wished to return the item. The RMA (Return  Merchandise Authorization) was granted immediately yet the customer  shipped the product back almost a full month later. Once the product  reached our return department facility on Jan [redacted] 2017 we issued a full  sub-total refund.     Our products are advertised and sold as described. All refurbished  merchandise have been fully inspected prior to shipping and should not  have any defects. However, our company maintains that if the customer is  not happy with the purchased merchandise we are willing to process a  return if a request is made within the specified time frame.     According to our terms and conditions shipping and handling charges  are non-refundable. The customer was aware of this policy and agreed to  the terms prior to purchasing the product. This policy is in line with  many other online merchants processing orders in the U.S. In extreme  situations however, we would be willing to make an exception and process  further refunds for shipping costs. Based on the customer’s invoice the  customer was charged $9 for shipping and handling. We will be willing to  refund this amount to prevent further inconvenience from our customer.    Thank You,
