National Renewal are bullies
I made a call today to National Renewal for a friend I have been taking care of. Brice is a low life bully! This friend has been told several times 1 more payment. He has tried to get things canceled. I called today to complain about the magazines they send...he has told them he doesn't want those...he requested a change. When I spoke to Brice today I was told "if he makes his last payment we will change them.." My friend changed his bank account to stop the withdrawal's... This company even called the bank to try and get a payment! He has bullied and threatened to keep calling until he is paid. This is elder abuse! When I spoke to Brice he was the same with me...didn't want to hear anything! He said the calls would continue...I asked for his "collection" to send a letter. No they call...that way no one knows about the abuse. If this is how they run there company...lets just say bad news travels faster than good news... If I hear no reply in 24 hours I will start posting on Face Book...not a threat...just a fact. That way people being bullied will know they are not alone...

I had contacted the Magazine Service to cancel my subscription On 3/14/2016, I called ###-###-#### and was connected to a Service AgentI explained to the agent that I wanted to cancel my subscriptionShen then asked why I wanted to cancel, was I not satisfied.....I explained that I needed to cancel as my finances were tight and I could not afford making the monthly payment as I had my monthly house note and utilities needed to be paid on timeShe then went on to say that I was only allowed to cancel in June/and since that date has passed I can no longer request a cancellation and she could just go ahead and defer a months payment while I could make arrangements to pay for the serviceI then told her no that I just want to cancel as my house note and utilities are more importantShe again refused and said she could defer payents for two months and said I can not request a cancellation as I am obligated to pay for the serviceI asked her (just to see what she would say), whe

Hello, I see that I am not the only one that is not happy with this company I have been told by the company that I cannot CANCEL my membership/BILL I am only on Disability and like others, didn't know that I had to PAY $a month for monthsThe total comes out to $ I called them to CANCEL but I was told that I couldn'tI still would like to CANCEL this order, even though they have let me only pay $a monthEvery months I have to call them thoughIf I don't call them then it will go back to the $a month I really don't have that kind of money to spend on magazines Any HELP would be greatly Appreciated Thank You

I have tried repeatedly to cancel my magazine order they refuse to stop billing me I spoke with someone in December told them I could no longer afford the magazinesAsked them to please stop taking money from my cardI called again today because I found out they are still charging my card once again was informed that im required to continue to pay for several more months I don't want the magazines and don't feel I should continue to pay for something I do not wantAnd have repeatedly told them to cancel

NRE contacted me somehow and I agreed to purchase subscriptions and was told that my discover card would be drafted on the day of my choice They immediately drafted my account which breached the contract I closed my Discover and how am in collections which I plan to dispute
