I've been paying this company $126 a month for the last 4 years only to find out that nothing has been applied to my student loans. They actually filed for a hardship to suspend my student loans until 2020. The reason I found out is because they didn't take out the automatic payment. I can't believe that I fell for this scam!

After requesting information on student loan forgiveness, I was contacted by The Student Loan Group, who said they could help me achieve loan forgiveness and reduce my monthly payment I have come to find out after approximately months this was not the case at all They get you with a lot of fast double talk, I was fooled into signing a “special limited power of attorney” so they could negotiate on my behalf for the new loan, what they actually do is apply for a loan as you, NOT on your behalf But they do not tell you this, they led me to believe that TSLG had negotiated with NSProcessing to take over my loan and enroll me in a student loan forgiveness program they set up a automatic payment plan which debited my account every month for my student loanThis is what they tell you, this is not what they do They take your money every month but they don’t pay your loan What they actually did was refinanced my loan from Navient, to Fed loan service , they never informed me that my loan was now with fed loan service, they made me believe my loan was with NSProcessing it was not, but this is how they fool you with two company names So they set up an on-line account with fed loan services gave a bogus email, phone number and address for me, so that they would receive all correspondences This prevented me from getting any notices that my account was not being paid and past due They fraudulently led fed loan services to believe they were dealing directly with me In doing so they filed a forbearance 5x , the last time they fraudulently sent a letter stating that I had no income other than unemployment and could not make my monthly paymentsThis put my loan into a zero repayment statusOver the last months they have collected a total of $in student loan payments and paid exactly $to my student loan I now owe more than I did before getting involved with NSProcessing So, they did not even do what they are trying to tell me they didWhat they did was not pay my loan fraudulently put it into forbearance so they could continue with their scam When you discover what has happened they are very smug, when I called to cancel my relationship with them they told me to read line It gets even better they try and sit there and tell you they did what they said they would get you reduced payments However, this is not true either, before I signed with them my payment to Navient was $per month, NSProcessing told me my new loan payment would be $per month I thought that was great It was not so great that was not my new payment ,my new payment was actually $and it was NOT with NSProcessing as they had me believe , it was with fed loan servicesSo in actuality they did not reduce my payment like they said and promised , they increased it and I was never put into a loan forgiveness program like they TOLD me it was and they did not make one single payment to my student loan It still gets better after one year they said I had to recertify my loan so I sent them two paystubs they asked for and they increased my payment to $per month In the end my new student loan payment was to be $this is now almost quadruple what I was originally paying and not at all what they said they would doThe bottom line DO NOT DO any business with The Student Loan Group (TSLG) or NSProcessing (National Secure Processing) they will do nothing but take your money and leave you in deeper debt I am seeking full restitution

Our policy is that if a customer is unhappy, we try to resolve their concerns and find resolution to attain customer satisfactionThe Welcome Package contains the phone numbers and contact information for client servicesAnd, if money was collected for services rendered and a customer is later wanting to cancel, we work with that client to refund paymentWe have rendered services to this client and have resolved her account and client has received a refund of what is due to her

I have been paying this company 50.19 every month for the last 4 1/2 years to pay my student loans, just to find out that they have put no money towards them at all! dont do business with this company. all they did was file paper work to keep putting my loans on hold and accrue more interest. when I graduated I owed $24000, now I owe $36,000.

Do NOT do business with this company They sound legitimate and professional, but they will lie to you, scam you, and steal your money They are dishonest about their fees, and dishonest about where your money is going They will change your "mailing" address and make a fake email address so you no longer get your mail and information from the actual federal loan company that you originally worked with They may refund the money they put in your "trust" or "escrow" account if you harass them, but whatever "fees" they take, they will keep They took almost $dollars from my account, never put any of it toward my school loans, and only refunded me $ I would never pay anyone that much to manage my loans for months Don't trust this company You can refinance your loans right through the government for free, you don't need a management company to do it for you

[What was detailed to me over the phone was that I would pay for a year period, then the remainder of my student loan debt would be forgivenThis is not the case after contacting the actual Department of EducationNo student loan payments were ever made to my account, all of the money I paid National Secure Processing monthly went to them as a "fee"This is no possible way for my loan to be forgiven if nothing at all is ever paid on itAs I said, I was told that there would be a $monthly fee out of my $payment, which I agreed to, but the remaining $should have been applied to my student loans and they were notAlso, I did not give National Secure Processing permission to change my personal information and to make up addresses and email addresses for me.]
