This company is a scam and I have spoken to my Federal Loan Company who stated that this company hasn't given them a red cent of the 338.88 per month that I have given them now for almost 2 years. I am disgruntled and want to sue them for this. I will pursue legal actions against them.

National Secure Processing contacted me in November of 2014 and offered me a reduced payment plan for my student loans. After taking my information, and initial payment of $109.00, told me my new student loan payment would be $51.67 month and it would be deducted from my checking account monthly. They said these payments would be made on my student loans. This was a lie. After months of making payments they started taking $61 a month and without notifying me they transferred my account to a company called Mission Hills Federal in December of 2017. I personally believe this is the same company just operating under a different name. A separate complaint has been made to this company as well. They also provided false information about my wages to Fed loan servicing and provided them with email addresses that were clearly not mine, but resembled my personal email without my knowledge. They also had me listed as unemployed for 3 years when speaking with Fed Loan Servicing, but I have been employed for 4 1/2 years with the same company. According to Fed Loan Servicing there have been no payments towards my student loans. After 4 years I have paid a total of $2,731.38 and 0 has been made on my student loans.

I was one of the unlucky ones that got contacted by phone to “refinance” my student loans back in 2014. I had my payments lowered to $51/month on an income-based repayment plan that truly sounded legitimate.

Unfortunately- come to find out last month- when I received an account summary from *** (the actual student loan company)- not a single cent has been paid towards my loans for 4 years now. I never got the account summary from *** because *** Managers had changed all my account information to reflect THEIR information so that all correspondence would go to them. I guess it wasn’t until the last application for the Income-based repayment plan with *** in January of 2018- which *** finally got my real address and I was able to see the account summary last month. January was when the payment was increased to $61/month as well.
I was absolutely stunned… knowing my student loan is now $4000 more than it was after paying almost $2500 over the past 4 years. ? It is just disgusting.
I have stopped my automatic payment through my bank but now *** is telling me that collections will be on me to pay them due to the contractual obligations. How is that even possible?! They can get collections after me and they are stealing my money!??
I have filed a complaint with the *** not sure how much good that will do.
I have put a fraud alert on my credit reports.
I have changed all my login information with the student loan company and with the studentloans.gov.
I filed a dispute for the past 6 months of payments to *** (6 months is the farthest they will go), but unfortunately, it was declined because “the charges were authorized electronic payments from my account”.

I signed a contract with Student Loan Service Mangers and National Secure Processing on 8/5/14 and started making monthly payments to them until Dec 2017. I was told I qualified for the teacher forgiveness program. I contacted another company to take over my loan payments and was informed none of my payments were applied to my loans.

reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The account is NOT settled. They owe me $1360 and sent a check for $416.20; a check that I have zero intention of cashing because I do not accept their definition of settling my account.

I HAVE BEEN PAYING MONEY TO NATIONAL SECURE PROCESSING FOR YEARS. I THOUGHT THE PAYMENT WAS GOING TOWARDS THE SCHOOL LOANS. I WAS TOLD A FEW MONTHS AGO THAT MY ACCOUNT WAS SOLD TO ***. THEY IN WHICH HAVE BEEN CHARGING ME A MONTHLY FEE PLUS A PROCESSING FEE FOR PLACING MY INFORMATION INTO A LOAN FORGIVENESS PROGRAM. I CONTACTED A ANOTHER AGENCY CALLED *** WHEREAS A REPRESENTATIVE TELLS ME THAT I HAVE BEEN PAYING BOTH PROGRAMS AND I AM ALREADY IN A LOAN FORGIVENESS PROGRAM. AFTER MAKING THE INITIAL FEE TO ENTER THE PROGRAM I SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN RECEIVING A MONTHLY FEE. WHEN ASKED ABOUT THE FEE I WAS TOLD THAT WAS THE CHARGE FOR THE PROGRAM WHEN NO MONEY IS ACTUALLY GOING TOWARDS THE LOAN. I AM ANGRY I HAVE VERY LITTLE FUNDS AND I WAS TRYING TO DO THE RIGHT THING BY TRYING TO PAY BACK MY SCHOOL LOANS. BACK IN OCTOBER, NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER I PAID $117.23 A MONTH THAN I WAS TOLD THE ACCOUNT WAS SOLD TO *** AND THEY CHARGED ME IN JANUARY $122.OO. IN FEBRUARY $112.00 AND IN MARCH AND APRIL $61.00.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I never signed any documents with this company and I would never agree to pay someone money just to manage my student loans when fed loan servicing who my student loan is serviced by manages my loans for free. I was under the impression by the representative that I was on the phone with that the amount that I was paying every month was going towards my student loan, not to manage it. Therefore I should be entitled to a refund of MY money. You change all of my personal information with the fed loan servicing without my knowledge to where if I ever needed to be contacted they had no way to do so, and also had two phone numbers listed on there that were non working numbers. None of this was my doing it was the COMPANIES doing! I'm not the first that this has happened to either. Your company is misleading and promising students such as I such great services when instead you automatically enroll us into a program that isn't even paying towards our loans and make it impossible for the company that does service our loans to reach me. If you were so trustworthy and such a great company you wouldn't have over 80 negative reviews under the Revdex.coms site which is where I initially learned how misleading and untrustworthy your company truly is. I will not give up until I have received a refund back of MY MONEY!!

I placed a call on 11/20/2015, [redacted] returned my call leaving a voicemail, I called again, she was not available. She returned the second call, leaving a message stating my account would be refunded. I placed multiple calls back after this to speak to her, I have not had any call back since that point. I finally spoke to [redacted] on 12/11/2015, he stated I would receive a sum over $1000. less than the amount I paid. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY AMOUNT AT ALL AS OF 12/17/2015. I informed him that I still HAD NOT received the supposed agreement I signed. He did finally email me a copy. The signatures on five of the pages are identical. The other two pages are also identical & not my signature. I will black out my personal info & attach. The documents sent to Fed Loan on my behalf also are a blantant lie regarding my income they used to qualify me for forbearances. NSP is charging me for monthly service fees, that I did NOT agree to. I had agreed to a ONE TIME FEE of $233. ONLY. I want a full refund minus the $233. If I need to get an attorney I will request the full refund, plus interest on the money thye claim has been held in 'trust'. I infomred [redacted] of this also.

National secure Processing stated they would pay my student loans with a loan forgiveness program and then found out my money is in a "trust fund" they have not been making my payments. You can not talk to manager but only request to which they then have 24-72 hr to respond. Only managers can provide account details which I am waiting for. When you request to cancel they refer to read section 24 in the contract. This company preys on people as to help them but only takes their money.

[The date indicated on the service agreement that they just now sent me shows an electronic signature and date of 8/7/14. I did not authorize any electronic signature. The first corresponence from NSP was on 8/19/14 that my federal loan is on forbearance. They did not send me a service agreement to even overlook which at that point I might've authorized an electronic signature. However, I was contacted in August of 2014 and 3+ months later a service agreement magically appears with my unauthorized electronic signature dated 8/7/14 even though my first email correspondence wasn't until 8/19/14. Alot of things are not adding up. This seems like more of a fraudulent way of business than any type of agreement that they are supposedly saying took place. This will not be resolved until I get my almost $1300 returned to me.]
