and most recently we tried to reach out to her again, but her voice mail was
full and we were unable to leave her a message. 
We did email Ms. [redacted] with another update and provided her our
contact information so she may reach us during business hours.

services rendered and a customer is later wanting to cancel, we work with that

I never signed any documents with this company and I would never agree to pay someone money just to manage my student loans when fed loan servicing who my student loan is serviced by manages my loans for free. I was under the impression by the representative that I was on the phone with that the amount that I was paying every month was going towards my student loan, not to manage it. Therefore I should be entitled to a refund of MY money. You change all of my personal information with the fed loan servicing without my knowledge to where if I ever needed to be contacted they had no way to do so, and also had two phone numbers listed on there that were non working numbers. None of this was my doing it was the COMPANIES doing! I'm not the first that this has happened to either. Your company is misleading and promising students such as I such great services when instead you automatically enroll us into a program that isn't even paying towards our loans and make it impossible for the company that does service our loans to reach me. If you were so trustworthy and such a great company you wouldn't have over 80 negative reviews under the Revdex.coms site which is where I initially learned how misleading and untrustworthy your company truly is. I will not give up until I have received a refund back of MY MONEY!!

After requesting information on student loan forgiveness, I was contacted by The Student Loan Group, who said they could help me achieve loan forgiveness and reduce my monthly payment. I have come to find out after approximately 18 months this was not the case at all. They get you with a lot of fast double talk, I was fooled into signing a “special limited power of attorney” so they could negotiate on my behalf for the new loan, what they actually do is apply for a loan as you, NOT on your behalf. But they do not tell you this, they led me to believe that TSLG had negotiated with NSProcessing to take over my loan and enroll me in a student loan forgiveness program they set up a automatic payment plan which debited my account every month for my student loan. This is what they tell you, this is not what they do. They take your money every month but they don’t pay your loan.
What they actually did was refinanced my loan from Navient, to Fed loan service , they never informed me that my loan was now with fed loan service, they made me believe my loan was with NSProcessing it was not, but this is how they fool you with two company names. So they set up an on-line account with fed loan services gave a bogus email, phone number and address for me, so that they would receive all correspondences. This prevented me from getting any notices that my account was not being paid and past due. They fraudulently led fed loan services to believe they were dealing directly with me. In doing so they filed a forbearance 5x , the last time they fraudulently sent a letter stating that I had no income other than unemployment and could not make my monthly payments. This put my loan into a zero repayment status. Over the last 18 months they have collected a total of $1095.04 in student loan payments and paid exactly $0 to my student loan. I now owe more than I did before getting involved with NSProcessing. So, they did not even do what they are trying to tell me they did. What they did was not pay my loan fraudulently put it into forbearance so they could continue with their scam.
When you discover what has happened they are very smug, when I called to cancel my relationship with them they told me to read line 24. It gets even better they try and sit there and tell you they did what they said they would get you reduced payments. However, this is not true either, before I signed with them my payment to Navient was $66.40 per month, NSProcessing told me my new loan payment would be $51.67 per month I thought that was great. It was not so great that was not my new payment ,my new payment was actually $133.47 and it was NOT with NSProcessing as they had me believe , it was with fed loan services. So in actuality they did not reduce my payment like they said and promised , they increased it and I was never put into a loan forgiveness program like they TOLD me it was and they did not make one single payment to my student loan. It still gets better after one year they said I had to recertify my loan so I sent them two paystubs they asked for and they increased my payment to $61 per month. In the end my new student loan payment was to be $359.08 this is now almost quadruple what I was originally paying and not at all what they said they would do. The bottom line DO NOT DO any business with The Student Loan Group (TSLG) or NSProcessing (National Secure Processing) they will do nothing but take your money and leave you in deeper debt. I am seeking full restitution.

She returned the second call, leaving a message stating my account would be refunded. I placed multiple calls back after this to speak to her, I have not had any call back since that point. I finally spoke to [redacted] on 12/11/2015, he stated I would receive a sum over $1000. less than the amount I paid. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY AMOUNT AT ALL AS OF 12/17/2015. I informed him that I still HAD NOT received the supposed agreement I signed. He did finally email me a copy. The signatures on five of the pages are identical. The other two pages are also identical & not my signature. I will black out my personal info & attach. The documents sent to Fed Loan on my behalf also are a blantant lie regarding my income they used to qualify me for forbearances. NSP is charging me for monthly service fees, that I did NOT agree to. I had agreed to a ONE TIME FEE of $233. ONLY. I want a full refund minus the $233. If I need to get an attorney I will request the full refund, plus interest on the money thye claim has been held in 'trust'. I infomred [redacted] of this also.

Client can contact our client services department to cancel her account and follow proper protocol on cancelling contract. Company is not a scam as we will gladly cancel out a client as long as they are eligible.
