This company has taken over 2000 out of my bank account for my husband and I 's federal student loans and not one penny has been sent to my loans. The federal loan servicing loan people started that all my personal information except my name and social went back to this company. They broke into my private loan account with *** and changed all my personal information to theirs. They also provided bogus information about my wages to Fed loan servicing without my knowledge. Per the Department of Education I removed their access from my bank account and filed a complaint with the FTC and now dealing directly with the actual servicer, however this company is refusing to money the money to our loans, or return it to us.

This is a horrible and misleading company. I signed up with SLS, student loan servicing and they said my payments would just be processed by NSP. After "paying" on my federal loans since 2015, I check my credit report and it shows NO payments were made at all until $2,600 was paid finally on my federal loans. This is effecting my credit score and making it look like I haven't made any payments since the one big payment. I have spent over $5,000 paying NSP and they claim it was for them to "manage" my loans. They changed my address, phone number and anything about me so the federal loan company couldn't contact me at all. I've been trying to contact ANYONE at NSP and they won't answer their phone or respond to any emails. I don't know what to do next, besides report them on here and the Revdex.com and talk to my Secretary of State in SC. NSP is banned in several states and multiple lawsuits are open against them for misleading people.

December 2016 I was contacted by NSP to start paying my student loans back under a lower payment plan. From the beginning they never pulled money from my account to make the payments. I always had to call twice a month over the course of a year to get thins squared away and was told the payment would post within the week. It never did. 4 months ago I received a notice that my credit had a negative deduction on my credit score. I found that my student loan account was in default. When I contacted NSP I was told they had a large computer malfunction and I needed to dispute the report. I keep getting excuse after excuse on why payments are not made, had the dispute went through, one issue after another. Now my credit has been damaged, I no longer qualify for a house, and I still can not get answers. 2 days ago I get an email that my account has been sold to another company and I still have no answers as to my account or credit dispute status. This company is complete scam and con.

This company is a scam. They have been taking money from my bank account for 3 years. When I asked the Loan company if they heard of NSP they said no. NSP is a 3rd party company that will tell you what you want to hear. There is many companies who do this. Stay far away from this company Its A Scam

I guess I'm one of the many people that was scammed by NSP. Though I never had any issues and my payments and loan amount reflect on my credit report positively; this was all a scam. Well I don't see any issues on my end cause Credit Wise and Experian both show me in good standing. I'm writing this review because I keep receiving phone calls about student loan debt relief and the lawsuit against NSP and other student loan consolidation companies like My Great Lakes which was the company that had my Sallie Mae loans when I first started college. Once I receive the phone calls about the lawsuit I admittedly checked the Revdex.com and saw that not only is it true but states such as Washington and Oregon have cracked down on them and are forcing them to payback money which they stole.

Today December 22nd 2017 I received an email from NSP stating this:

NSP - Account Notice

I want to know is this there way of trying to change names and stay under the radar while still trying to collect funds?

I was using NSP to help consolidate my school loans. I paid a 61 dollar fee monthly that was assessed for them to service my school loans and make sure payments were up to date. I recently checked my credit score as I do monthly and my credit dropped over 100 points. The reason for this was they were not servicing my loans as agreed and they then were showing as delinquent even with my automatic payment to NSP each month. Upon notifying NSP I was told I could not cancel svc without 90 days notice. I had to pay a fee for my bank to stop payment and I now have to file a dispute with the credit bureau to see if my credit can even be fixed. The company that actually held my loan did not even have any of my contact information as NSP put a bogus email and phone number on file. email listed was ***@notereveiws.net phone number was ***. I was only able to contact the proper company about fixing the issue by finding that name listed on my credit report when they filed that I was delinquent on my account.

I signed up for there services in 2015 to assist in consolidation of my student loans. I recently contacting my loan servicer and they have never received a payment from them. I called to cancel and they said I have to wait until September 2018 to discontinue payment withdrawals from my account. Which it's unfair because I'm only paying service fees. Im really upset because I'm not a financial situation to be paying for fees only. When I could be getting out of debt. I wasn't aware of what was going on until I called serviser in regards to my balance not decreaeasinh and no account activity was reflected on my credit report and that was also because somehow a forbearance was put in place which now my balance increase by $6,000.00 when I had $0.00 payment since 2015 I didn't need a forbearance! I have other student loans that could have been almost 1/2 way paid off if I didn't have this company taking my money.

I went thru nap to consolidate my student loans and made payments for over a year and never saw a decrease in my loans amount

This company is nothing but a fraud. I sought the help of this company for my student loans. When they provided the payment, it was too high so I asked them to renegotiate it for me. What I did not know was that they sent in the paperwork with incorrect information. As a result, I now have to resubmit the forms and find out ow best to handle my debt with out them. Well since this is what I was paying them for and they failed to uphold their end, I called to cancel my account. They refused cancellation even though they acknowledge that they sent in the paperwork incorrectly and on purpose to get the payment lower. Their services set customers up for failure as they fraudulently submit paperwork on the customers behalf and do not provide any solution when there are negative consequences to your client. They have provided no service to me and have forced me to complete the paperwork and actions I was and they still want me to pay for. This company is another in a long list of companies just looking out for themselves with little care for their customers and even less regard for ethics or integrity.

A couple years ago I transferred my student loan to this company. I am a registered nurse and they advertised a loan repayment plan that advertised that my student loan would be forgiven in 10 years as long as I was current on my payments every month. I had my payment automatically deducted from my bank account every month for approximately 2 years. One day I received a letter from another student loan vendor concerning my repayment status, I was confused because I had never heard of this vendor. I contacted them and they had my loan on file and deferment the whole time and had not received any payments from me. NSP had transferred my loan to them and had filled out paperwork saying I was in financial distress and could not pay my monthly Bill, and had my loan put in deferment. Meanwhile, I had been paying approximately 220 dollars every month to NSP, all of which they pocketed and none of which reflects on my credit report. So all this time I have also been accruing interest on my student loan. I closed my checking account and completely changed all contact and password information with my true loan servicer, because NSP had all contact information directed to them. I recently tried to log on to my true loan service's website yesterday, and it looks like NSP had once again infiltrated my account as I cannot log on and the recovery email is not mine. I will have to contact the company tomorrow, as today is a weekend, and once again change my information. NSP is a fraudulent company and needs *** down ASAP. Thank you for your time.

This company has failed to fulfill its contract with me. It has promised to consolidate loans and it has not. And It still wants to withdraw from my account which I have stopped at my bank. I request that this company stop contacting me and trying to withdraw money from my account. I am a disabled Veteran, and they took advantage of my desperation in getting my student loan consolidated in a lower payment.

I have been paying monthly to NSP since 2016, and after speaking with a representative through Navient, no payment that was made to NSP has gone towards my actual student loans. It has been over a year and a half, and NSP claims they will continue to withdraw funds. I was never given my service agreement. Called and asked NSP for it, and they still have not issued it to me. I would like my services cancelled asap. They say that in the service agreement I have to cancel with a written notice 90 days prior, but again they will not send me a copy of my service agreement nor cancel my account.

This company is a complete scam. If you're working on your improving your credit score and you have these guys on your "side", good luck. Everything will come crashing down. As is nearly identical to some of the other, more detailed, reviews, this place gives false information about you to FedLoan and never once communicates with them on your actual payments. I don't know what they do with our money, but they're liars.
I'm trying to get rid of them but they have all their loopholes. I just want to pay my loans.

In December of 2016, I got a call from National Secure Processing, claiming to be part of the Department of Education and they claimed to consolidate my debt and give me a smaller payment on my loans. I filled out the paperwork believing they were legitimate, they consolidated my loans, but created an account against my knowledge through *** Servicing (a real loan company) with a fake email account, and began taking $108 dollars out of my account each month and NOT putting it through to my student loan. I have just found out about this and they have taken $1,081.60 dollars out of my account. The company does not accept any fault and refuses to terminate my account with them.

I told the lady that is not my address and phone number. *** told me my account still open. She told me to cancel the account *** processing. I ask *** if other company call them. she said no. So, *** secure Processing didn't even call *** and National secure processing change my information ***. I didn't tell the company Nation Secure Processing to change my information. I call the company National Secure Processing to cancle the account and they told me no. Can't cancel the account and I have to wait until next years may. I said to them I can cancel the account before 90 days up anytime. still won't let me cancel the account. lady to told me to email the company to cancel the account and I having heard from them in email or reply back to email. when I look my email again and I click the payment statement it show "noname" and "couldn't load image". My email show account number, number, email, no website, and no address the company.

this company contacted me and represented their selves as the student loan group to help individuals lower their student loan payments and they are not a loan company nor do they pay anything on my student loans and futhermore are collecting payments from me for my student loans and not even paying anything towards those loans however keeping the majority of the money for management fees and the rest in a so called trust that I cannot even get them to apply to my student loans.

National Secure Processing had me thinking they we working with *** to get my loans on a forgiveness program low income base. But I talked to *** and they don't know anything about this company and NS PROCESSING had me believing they were working together. Which in tell NS Processing was scamming the whole time.

My student loans were being processed by this 3rd party representative (NSP) since 7/2014. My account was set up as automatic payments and all payments were made on time. In May 2015, I check my credit report and it showed that my student loans were not being paid. I contacted NSP and they stated that they were sorry and there wasn't anything they could do, but to pay them moving forward. I recently transferred my student loans to Fed Loan Processing and they are a government funded agency. They let me know that my student loan was not paid for the last 3 years and all of my payments went to NSP. When my loan was transferred from NSP, they falsified my information and added fake email and phone numbers and have been collecting my information. My credit report suffered because it shows that I have not paid my loans for 9 months and have a serious delinquency. When I called NSP to request documentation and information about my history with their agency, they stated that all of my records had been deleted and that they could not help me and hung up on me several times. I am trying to fix my credit, but it is very difficult as NSP will not provide me with any documentation. This agency completely scammed me out of all my payments made to them since 2014. I was also told I was on the Student Loan Forgiveness plan and come to find out, I was never on this plan, and none of my payments are counted towards that.

I have been scammed by a National Secure Processing saying they were paying my student loans, they have forged my signature and have not been paying on my account. I have paid over $4,000.00 on this account and now my student loans are behind.
