They are lying.  They have not contacted me or tried to refund  my money.

I thought this company was helping me with my financial situation but they were only ripping me off. I went to find out about my loans and noticed that none of the money they claimed was supposed to help me went to my student loans and my interest on my loans went up and my student loan payment also went up. Do not trust this company.

They have not tried to reach me. I received one phone call from the same agent I had asked to have a supervisor call me. He told me again that he would have a supervisor call me. Still no call from a supervisor. They were not clear that I would still owe the government on my loans. They said my entire payment would be $789 and that would be it. I asked this repeatedly and was told repeatedly that is all I would owe. They would handle it. Nothing has been paid to the government, the government states I would still owe them the difference of almost $800 a month. Now I'm told only a bit over $500 of that $789 goes toward my loan. I was told there would be two payments to cover the companies fees and that would be all. Now I'm told this is a monthly fee (over $200).
I want out of my contract. I want my money refunded. I would settle for half of it refunded so I can move on to paying my student loans.

I have yet to get this resolved, and they give me the run around, and continue to withdrawal money from my acct. I've trued complaining to them, and its always the same thing that in about 2 weeks I should see changes. Its been since January, and there is yet changes, but my losing money I could put into my original Loan company. My forebearnce is over now, and I will be owing them as well. I need my money refunded, so I can just return to paying the student loan on my own.

Client's account has been settled with our company and a confirmation email was sent to client regarding her account.  Client should review the service agreement she signed when signing up with our company for more information on our policies. Services were rendered to client and was explained this upon communication with our client services department.

This is a email I got from them stating they was going to take out my payment.  When I called to inquire about how long I had left is when they told me I would have to pay for 20-25 more years.

Client spoke with our client services department on 12/29/14 and we are more than happy to follow up with her again. When client spoke with us we re-explained what our services are and what we are working to achieve on her account. Our policy is to be very
thorough when we present our services to potential customers, we not only have

services and we email a detailed Welcome Package that re-explains what those

The response from the company stated that I have received any money due refunded to me.  I have received $0 from them, they took money from me on a monthly basis and provided no service, and told me that all of my money would be refunded, not once, but twice. So they must be stating that they do not feel that any money is due to me. That is STEALING. I paid them to handle my student loans and keep me in the IBR program. They failed to do this, they put my loans into forbearance and missed the date to reapply for my  maintenance in the IBR program, causing my loans to default and have $7,000 in interest capitalize making my loan amount that much greater. On top of it keeping my almost $3,000 which I paid to them TO BE PAID TO MY STUDENT LOANS, WHICH NOT ONE PENNY OF IT WAS.  I expect my $3,000 back, which they have not paid me one cent of. They cannot keep that money, as they BREACHED CONTRACT of the services they did not provide and the damage that they did to my loan balance and the amount of time that I have lost being in the IBR because of their negligence in handling my account. They should feel ashamed to do business in such a way.

cancelled my student loan with them however will not be getting a refund, but got early cancellation fee waived.  I did finally get a statement from them and looks like they never did apply any payments to my loan it was all processing fees which is a crock.  Hopefully no one ever uses them.  Thank you for your service.

I am a victim of a *** debt relief company. I paid them an upfront fee in 2016 and have been paying them a monthly fee ever since. I figured out that they have been changing all of the information in my *** account, creating false email addresses in my name, and have never made a payment once since I started with them. It was explained over the phone by *** when I signed up that this company had enough capital to pay my *** in full, and then I would pay the company back at a lower monthly payment, but for a longer period of time. I had my suspicions and was always talked out of canceling this with the phone reps saying that all of the money I gave them was going into a trust and they "didn't know" I wanted them to start paying. Still no payments by the way. When I called to sever ties with this company, like everyone else I found on the Revdex.com and other websites, they found a loophole in the contract to force me to keep paying them for another 1+ years. The company started as The *** Group. Then they randomly changed to National Secure Processing. Now they are *** They have every bit of information about me to steal my identity, access my bank account, and ruin my credit score if I don't pay them. I want there to be legal action against the despicable company such as the situation in the links below. I am trapped and hopeless because of this company that preys on vulnerable, poor, young adults.

of National Secure Processing, contacted me on December 11, 2015, and offered me an income-based student loan repayment plan. After taking my information, and initial payment of $109.00, told me my new student loan payment would be $51.67 month and it would be deducted from my checking account. That amount was deducted from January 16, 2015 through July 2017, at which time the payment they were taking went up to $61.00, which was drafter each month from August 29, 2017 through October 29, 2017. I faced hardship in the month of October, and notified them that I was unable to make the payment, at which time the offered me forbearance on my monthly payment through November and December, and in January, 2018 they would begin drafting again. Sometime through November and December they transferred my acct to a company called M ***. without prior notice to me. (A separate complaint is to follow regarding that company.) The Total amount National Secure Processing took from me in misrepresented service fees for a service I did not ask for, and money that I was told would be paid to my my loan servicer, but never was, is $1,733.10.
