I received a email from this company, stating that I applied for a small loan $500.00 and that I was approved.
I have never reach out or filed an application fro a loan and never heard of this company. I have tried several attempts to contact them and also email to explain, that I'm a *** a victim of Identity Theft and my email has been compromised. These people finally answered and I explain what happened. young man stated he will contact their main department and report my issue. I have then received a email stating I need to give my full name and social security number or phone number to find this file. I explained that you will not receive my social security number and I gave them my phone number.

I took out a loan of $500 in July 2017. I have made 2 payments of 309.13 each. I'm told that to pay off the loan I owe $772.63 for 10/3/19 If I don't pay this off the payments will be as follows:
10/03/2019 $309.13 11/04/2019 $309.13 12/03/2019 $309.13 01/03/2020 $309.13 02/03/2020 $309.13
03/03/2020 $309.16 which will be a total of $1,545.65 by the time this loan is paid off. The loan was for $500.00
isn't this highly unethical and possibly illegal. I would never have made such an agreement had I been given all the facts regarding repayment I am retired, disabled, receiving only social security in the amount of 1,434.00 a month.

I have sent them a check to closeout the account. Thank you for your help. If I were to continue paying them 303.00 a month till next year I would have had to pay 1500 for a 500 loan at 60% interest. Which was not made clear to me when I took out the loan.

I obtained a $400.00 loan through National Small Loa?n?s. I never received a loan agreement nor did I agree to monthly payments. I received a congratulatory email from them about the $400 and that they would be deducting it from my checking account in April of 2020. On September 11th, they deducted $264 from my checking account. I never agreed to these payments. I never saw an agreement outlining these payments because I would never agree to them. I stopped these withdrawals with my bank and they reversed the $254 to my account. Immediately National Small Loan started hounding me for the money. I told them O never saw a loan agreement or agreed to one. They mustered up a loan agreement that was supposedly electronically signed by me. I bribe this is a false agreement. I never saw this. They are deceitful in their practices because they think they can do what they want because they work out of an Indian reservation. This does not allow them to pry on people and deceive them into Loa?n?s. Their interest rate is over 700.00 which I believe is against the law. Their practices needs to be investigated and they need to come forward with the proper documentation prior to providing a loan. Lo

The Company sent an email on 9/25/19 explaining the legal structure of the loan agreement andthe loan resulting from the agreement. In that email, the Company offered the customer a settlement. The customer did not accept that offer.

Although not required to do so, as a courtesy, the Company will reach out to the customer withanother offer to resolve their loan.

The customer can call the Company at *** if there are further questions or concerns

I contacted National small Loan on July 9th to get a loan, they approved me for a $500 loan. There was no information given by the original specialist about the 60% interest rate. After I had received the money, on July 20th, 2019, I had tried to pay off the loan. Was told I was to keep paying my scheduled payments of $318.66 for the next 8 months. I have made two payments of $318.66 on time, and have requested to pay off the loan in full as of September 19th, 2019 and was told the pay off amount would be $784.05! I have tried to contact them to negotiate the payoff quote and have been given the run-around. They state there is not a supervisor on the floor, and they will reach out to me when they are available. This puts my loan and money in jeopardy! the longer I have to wait for them to contact me the higher my loan will be. I am done playing nice and would like to cancel my debt with them completely from here on out!

I took out a small loan of $500. I have paid $958.00 to date and they claim I still owe $670ish dollars. This is the epitome of usury but allowed as they hide behind the mask of “tribal sovereignty”. It should be criminal for a company to extort your bad luck/financial situation Buyer beware!! There are better local payday lenders that adhere to state laws.
Do not borrow from them!

Customer Response • Sep 26, 2019

It has been a week and no response. Per Oklahoma State Consumer Credit they are not a registered lender for my state and thereby illegal lender. I’m requesting account to be paid in full as well as request a refund above principal amount borrowed of $500, for a total refund of $457.95.
Before borrowing from this company check your state registry of approved lenders. Avoid those that hide behind the fraudulent guise of “tribal lending”.

When I signed for a $200 loan with this company, I did so knowing that the loan was far less than ideal. I went into the loan fully aware of the extremely high interest but decided to take the loan anyway, so I won't complain about that, HOWEVER, for the life of me, I cannot understand the measures I had to take to close out the loan.
1. I spoke to someone at the company to schedule a payoff of the remaining balance only to discover 3 weeks later that the arrangement had not been made and that only the minimum payment was scheduled. Not exactly what I wanted to hear when I waited 3 weeks to pay out the loan.
2. The customer portal mysteriously wouldn't allow me to request a payoff. There appeared to have been payoff options on the portal but they're all shaded out.
3. I telephoned the company 4 times over the course of 5 hours and each time was only able to get an answering service or receptionist. They did offer me a customer support email address.
4. I sent 3 emails over the course of the day and finally one person responded. After conveying to that person via email my intent to payoff the loan, they went silent. No responses after that.
5. On the 4th telephone call, a receptionist supposedly heightened the urgency of my request and straight-up promised that someone would contact me very soon. I had not heard from them at the time of this complaint.
Getting the loan was easy, forking over the payments was even easier but for reasons unbeknownst to me, the company does a very poor job of following through when you want to pay off the loan. Somehow, I think there may be a strategy behind holding these loans open.

This company should be shut down. I was never told that the interest on this loan was 853.6%!!!!! So on a 500 loan the finance charge is 1900.00!!! Oh my gosh!! That is unbelievable! I am on a fixed income and I had an emergency and needed the money. I asked numerous times to be sent the agreement but never recieved it. I also told them that with the credentials they gave me I couldn't sign on to the web site. Now I am getting phone calls that are threating me that they will file fraud charges. FRAUD!!!??? These people should be charged with fraud! And I thought they couldn't threaten anything over the phone. I never agreed to these rates and I wouldn't. Not on my social security. I feel so lost because I have no one to help me against this company!

A loan was received by National Small loan in the amount of $500. I did not know at the time that this company can not do business in NC due to the predatory practices of crazy interest rates. To date I have repaid the principal balance and then some. Any attempt to call the company to resolve this issue has been unsuccessful. In my opinion I have paid the principal in full and a reasonable amount of interest on the loan.

Got a small loan through Midaaswi, LLC DBA National Small Loans for $300.00 to date 9/10/19 I have made 7 payments of $146.59 biweekly. To date I have paid back $1,026.13 with a balance of $1,319.72 still owned for a total of $2,345.85 on a $300 loan. I have found that : (1) My account on their website DOES NOT show how much of the payment has gone to interest or principle or a place to see my loan agreement showing the interest rate it only shows amount due and payment history/payment due dates. (2) Midaaswi, LLC DBA National Small Loans is not licensed in North Carolina under the The Industrial Loan Division which is responsible for licensing and regulating the small loan industry under the provisions of the North Carolina Industrial Loan Act. (2)The interest rate, which is unknown to me as I have on agreement to look at, is above Georgia law The law states for small loans as: 8% per year when rate not specified; higher than 8% must be in writing. This loan is a predatory at best and is in violation of North Carolina state law by not being licensed in the state and is charging interest rate above the legal limit as stated above from the North Carolina State Website.

National Small Loans is a business that overcharges people of my Status. I got a loan of $600 from them which they're asking for $2500 back in returns. I tried to contact them on numerous occasions not to submit a payment for August $250.52 because I didn't work in July yet they did so causing an over draft in my bank account.

I was approved for a $500 loan on 8/29/19. I’ve asked repeatedly for information regarding interest rate or payment plan but have received nothing.

I recently took out a small loan of $500. I have made 2 payments of $146. Based on the information I had I was aware that it was a high interest loan. I called Today to pay the loan off in full and they tell me my pay out was $676. The first payment I made Only $2 went towards the principle. And only $3 for the second. This is HIGHLH unethical and illegal as I am In Washington DC and it is way above the max interest rate allowed.

I inquired about a $500 loan and when I spoke to the representative it was never mentioned that the interest rate would be as extreme as it was. In fact, the rep told me if I paid it off in 2 week it would only be $5 above what I paid. Well, they auto drafted my first payment of 146.00 then 2 weeks later another 146.00. I called to pay off the loan assuming I would owe around 300 and they told me my balance to close the account over 600.00. I immediately asked for a supervisor and sent an email. This was their email response.
Although not required to do so, as a courtesy, we would like to offer you a settlement to resolve your account. Your current balance is $2,052.67 which consists of $494.16 principal and $1,558.51 interest. We are willing to remove the interest and late fee reducing your balance due to the principal amount only, $494.16.

This is not satisfactory to me, The interest rate they are charging is predatory. The $300 I paid already only took my balance down 5.84.

I took a loan out for $600 I have paid $963.60 to date. I reached out on August 19th to request a payoff date and was told that I would need to pay an additional $736.37. So for a $600.00 loan they are asking me to pay $1700 as an early payoff? That is insane. I have already paid $363.60 in interest as of today. Do not do business with this company!!!

These people contacted ME for days with a PRE-APPROVED loan offer. They harassed me for days to submit ALL my personal info. Bank statement, check stubs, drivers license...etc. They kept sending me documents with the agreement to sign, which I refused because the bank info was incorrect.
So all of a sudden, I get a denial email out of the blue. I literally have 10 emails with "please sign the agreement" with the agreement attached.
I believe they collected my info for nefarious reasons! As I have been on my job for 5 years, make over 55K, get direct deposit etc. Mind you the loan was for $500 dollars!! Please investigate them!! I have put monitoring on my credit report!!
