National Student Loan filed a loan consolidation with their address and phone numberThey never responded to the governmentA year later I was married and filed taxes with my husbandI learned my loan consolidation never went through and I could not refile for consolidation on my loans without my husband co signing as we filed taxes together the next year, However he cannot do this or his debt will be so high he will not be able to refinance his house we live inNational Student Loan took $and did absolutely nothing except make my situation worse

Client was in default on her loans and after listening to the recorded call our agent clearly states for her not to file taxes until the consolidation is complete, which we will notify her once we have confirmationMaybe it was lack of communication but it is pretty clear she was told not to fileI will have a refund check processed to the client for all fee's paid in the amount of $

[redacted] ,4/11/Client contacts our office and signs up for our service4/11/Client sends in proof of income to process the consolidation4/13/Client makes first payment towards consolidation fee4/22/We complete the clients consolidation paperwork with the Department of Education4/22/We send client confirmation of completed consolidation4/25/Client called to cancel after her consolidation was complete 4/25/We canceled client in our system.Client is not due a refund because all of the work was completed on our end per client contract which I have attached along with a copy of the income and application that was filed

Clients account has been cancel with both us and EAC corpEach client that has a account setup is required to do a recorded verification call and sign contracts that they get a copy of once they complete themI am not sure how a person that goes through all of this still says they didn't understandAgain client was canceled and it seems their main issue with EAC

I had our accounting department verify that the original check had not been cash and was able to confirm that, so attache is a scanned copy of a new check that will be mailed out today

A full refund and cancellation of her file is what was requested and is what will be processed please let us know what else can be done so that she is satisfiedThank you

3/23/ [redacted] called us and signed up for our services, 4/7/Client Consolidation was submitted to the Department of Education 5/16/Client called [redacted] and had all payments chargeback 6/15/Client had to requested to cancel after all work had been completed All fees paid to us were issued back to the client from [redacted] through a charge back after work had been completedSince there is no fee's to refund I have closed this account out on our end
