Client was refunded for her transaction before this complain was placeWe spoke to the client and she was happy with everything that was provided and said she would contact the Revdex.com and cancel this complaint because it was false

Per clients request her account will be cancelled out. We will notify Equitable Acceptance the third party company who the client was paying for services to cancel out the contract as well.

After reading reviews online I stayed away from working with a company on my student loans. My lender Sally M or whatever it is now kept giving me bs and not helping me at all. I said what do I do I have to lose? I am in default, they are about to garnish my income and my debt keeps getting higher. This place saved me big time! My payment was lowered to $57 a Month and my loans got out of default! They also assisted me in the consolidation and nightmare dealing with the department of education. Thanks!!!

Client want a full refund of all fee's paid. We issues a check please see attached copy of cashed check.

I consulted with National student loans about five months ago, Ive been charged then over charged for services that they never provided. The manager refused to answer any of my email and respond to any of my calls and voice messages. I feel robbed by this company, Do not use their "services".

I am confused as to why our client is not happy with the current resolution. She requested that a full refund was issued and her account closed. All of the following has been resolved and if there is an additional request or information she needs we are more that willing to provide that to her.

All fees paid to us were issued back to the client from [redacted] through a charge back after work had been completed. Since there is no fee's to refund I have closed this account out on our end.

I agree that the initial consolidation was taken care of, but that was just PART of what I was told the $595 was paying for. Sean Hughes, at the time, also informed me that he would enroll me in a loan forgiveness program which he never did. Nor did he provide the necessary paperwork or information necessary for me to enroll. It was not until NLS messed everything up for me that I found out how much the "customer service" reps promise but don't deliver. Take responsibility for your people and their actions please!

The resolution would be good if the business holds up their end of the deal to cancel this contract Without penalty cost. National Student Loan filed a loan consolidation with their address and phone number. They never responded to the government. A year later I was married and filed taxes with my husband. I learned my loan consolidation never went through and I could not refile for consolidation on my loans without my husband co signing as we filed taxes together the next year, However he cannot do this or his debt will be so high he will not be able to refinance his house we live in. National Student Loan took $750 and did absolutely nothing except make my situation worse.

After reveiwing the call agent clearly states that the first 3 payments are to process the consolidation which is going to our company and that the $39.00 monthly payment is to process the yearly re-certification. Client signed up for services on 4/18/16 and the next day called in and cancel and was...

cancelled the next day per his request, and a full refund was issued the same day on 4/19/16. Please see below as I have included a copy for his refund. Client is asking for money back that has already been issued.

I have the call recorded. Also, I have NEVER received 800.00 from the company. Please have the company provide PROOF of payment. Not to mention, I was  misinformed by an employee and told my monthly payments would go toward a 120 month payoff program. A few months ago I was informed that wasnt the case because I went to school. I also have the email where I was told I could go to school. Finally, the supervisor told me I would recieve 29.00 back per month for 12 months as reimbusement for misinformation. I have yet to receive the 348.00. They are simply not paying me although I have emails and recorded calls.Regards,
