We provide a referral program for out client. How is works is when a client is referred to us from someone that is a past client they receive a check of $100.00 but only if the referral signed up for our service and pays the consolidation fee in full. When people call that are referred and don't mention it to our agents there is no way to track those individuals as well. Just because they call doesn't necessarily mean they qualify, therefor the person referring them would not be eligible for a referral check. [redacted] has referred people over and has received a total of $800.00 in referral checks for those referred clients.  I assume she may have had more people call that didn't qualify and that is where there is confusion.

Review: This company contacted me and threatened to garnish my wages unless I set up a payment plan with them for student loans that were never in default or collections. The original lenders of my student loans verified that my loans were in good standing and that this company never even attempted to correspond with them prior to contacting me. This company gave me false information and proceeded to harrass me for money.Desired Settlement: This company or persons should be sued for all the money they have scammed out of people
