After reveiwing the call agent clearly states that the first payments are to process the consolidation which is going to our company and that the $monthly payment is to process the yearly re-certificationClient signed up for services on 4/18/and the next day called in and cancel and
was cancelled the next day per his request, and a full refund was issued the same day on 4/19/Please see below as I have included a copy for his refundClient is asking for money back that has already been issued.

We provide a referral program for out clientHow is works is when a client is referred to us from someone that is a past client they receive a check of $but only if the referral signed up for our service
and pays the consolidation fee in fullFrom time to time clients assume's that everyone they refer that calls will qualify for the program, which about 20-% of people dueWhen people call that are referred and don't mention it to our agents there is no way to track those individuals as wellJust because they call doesn't necessarily mean they qualify, therefor the person referring them would not be eligible for a referral check*** *** has referred people over and has received a total of $in referral checks for those referred clients. I assume she may have had more people call that didn't qualify and that is where there is confusion

As of today this client has been cancelled with Equitable Acceptance and a refund check will be mailed out today 6/1/to the clients address on fileClient can call Equitable Acceptance 6/5/to confirm cancellation has been processedWith processing these applications manually errors can
occurWith every complaint we receive we make every adjustment in our compliance compartment to ensure it does not happen again

After listening the the recorded call, *** is very honest and upfront about the processThis client is saying we are dishonest and offer a horrible serviceWe can not control how much our client understand or if they don't ask questions we can answer themWe have issued a full refund back to

Also, I have NEVER received from the companyPlease have the company provide PROOF of payment
Not to mention, I was misinformed by an employee and told my monthly payments would go toward a month payoff program
A few months ago I was informed that wasnt the case because I went to schoolI also have the email where I was told I could go to school
Finally, the supervisor told me I would recieve back per month for months as reimbusement for misinformation

We spoke to *** *on 10/30/and requested a full refund and cancellation of her enrollment, that same day she was issued a full refund and her account was canceled out

After reviewing the recorded compliance call it is very clear that this clients knows her payments are going towards a fee and not her loansWe want our clients to be happy so a full refund will be issued back to the clients card on file and her case will be canceled

1/7/Full refund was issued of $Ms*** is claiming we are a fraudulent company but as you can see everything was done per the time frame stated in our contract.

With out services we do a compliance that is recorded for every client that signs up so we can be sure they understand what service is being provided and any fees associated with itAfter reviewing the recorded call our representative states that the first payments are going towards a fee and not
towards your student loans, then ask the client is this what we agreeed upon and the client clearly states "yes"At the end of the day we want our clients happy so a full refund as requested has been issued back to our clients card and their case has been canceled

Client was in default on her loans and after listening to the recorded call our agent clearly states for her not to file taxes until the consolidation is complete, which we will notify her once we have confirmationMaybe it was lack of communication but it is pretty clear she was told not to file
I will have a refund check processed to the client for all fee's paid in the amount of $

Client did sign the documents and this was verified by the clients IP AddressThis client also called back to reschedule payments and signed a payments addendumI've attached all the documents to show proof that her allegations of never signing documents is falseWe have since refunded the client

Per clients request her account will be cancelled outWe will notify *** *** the third party company who the client was paying for services to cancel out the contract as well

Client initially signed up to have her loans consolidated and the fee of $which the client states was doneOur company submitted her yearly re-certification incomplete so client was issues a full refund of all monthly payments made in the amount of $which again client states she
receivedAt this point her original fee of $has been earnedAttached is a copy of the client signed contract and our agreement to process her documents and consolidation which was done

We spoke to Mr*** and advised client that we listened to the recorded call and he was informed that he is working with a 3rd party, understood the financing option, understood he could do this for free and agreed to repay Equitable Acceptance as long as the services were rendered -- advised
client that all services were rendered, a contract was signed, and a recorded call is in place stating that he understands all information, terms and conditions after he understood he disconnected the callWe are always willing to cancel a contract our for a client if there is a valid reason or they do not qualify for the program explainMr *** was put into the proper program and from the recorded call was in full understanding of the process and where his payments were goingThis is why we always do a recored compliance on every call to be sure each client is in full understand what program they are enteringWe have a dedicated person that listens to these calls and if at any point the caller is uncertain or sounds confused we contract the client directly and go over the program againIf at this point there is still confusing we cancel them our immediately
