I had an absolutely fabulous experience working with National Tax Debt. I found myself in a position where I owed over $5000 back in taxes after a tax audit that found errors in my return. When I got the final notice from the IRS that I would have to pay back my return plus penalties and fees, I felt my life was over. If I was lucky I could still afford to eat and perhaps keep a roof over my head. I searched for options online on my own after seeing commercials on TV for tax debt relief. I was losing sleep every night while going through employment lapses and a reduction in income. I opted for National Tax Debt based on their credentials and fees. My experience from day one was comforting and informative. There were no guesses or lack of communication. My hand was held every step of the way. Every step was precisely timed and resolved in stages. The accommodation to make monthly payments on the total fees to resolve the tax debt was a life saver and beyond worth every penny. Settlement was less than $800 and though there was time to finalize that payment I was able to pay an initial amount in agreement to settlement terms and then finalized my final fee payment to National Tax Debt and the remaining balance owed to the IRS in full. I can finally sleep and get my finances back on track including buying new glasses. National Tax Debt as been fabulous with the sweetest people who know the heart of customer service, accuracy, and promptness. I highly recommend them.

I helped my son in his association with National Tax Debt. He owed a very large amount to IRS & would likely never been able to pay it. NTD was very helpful and I sort of didn't know if they would be able to help much. BUT in my opinion they made a miracle. When my son was forgiven approx 98% of the debt. I can't say THANK YOU enough and give my high recommendation to anyone needing assistance with IRS debt. My son did send in a letter praising NTD. He is VERY thankful for their help.

I had a good experience with National Tax Debt. My total debt was almost 30,000.00 and we settled for 2,500.00, a staggering good settlement. But in all fairness mine is not typical. My debt was accrued through a large restaurant that I owned, and I went totally bankrupt, totally, I had nothing, no cars no home, no assets of any kind, no job and no income. Any job I would get would be a entry position. The IRS knew all this and I'm sure took that into account. So (I'm only guessing) if you have a debt but still have a car, a house, and 40,000.00 a year income National Tax Debt can still help you but the results will be good I would imagine but maybe not this good.

Review: this company promise me to lower my tax issues and to reseolve all my problem with the new york sales tax, four moths later they did not do anything ,and the new york sale tax froze all my banks account and took all my kids money they were on my bank account,and I kept colling them and tell them my problem ,and they kept telling me don`t worry we are working on it..and they were charging me $384.00 a month.

I had to call the New york sale tax to settle with them since this company never did any service for me .

This customer retained our services for IRS representation back in January of 2015. During multiple IRS investigations, it was determined that he only owed less than $45 under his business tax ID number. The customer was advised of this and then forwarded us a warrant issued by the State of New York Department of Finance and Taxation on 2/5/15. Upon review, he was advised that he owed the state of NY—not the IRS—and needed a resolution with them which we began working on immediately. Per State of New York law, a power of attorney was needed in order to authorize our representatives to work on his case. Upon receipt of the customers NY state power of attorney form, we immediately forwarded the form to the state and waited for authorization. Authorization was granted by the state and we were thus able to conduct our investigation and begin case work with the state on 3/31/15. During the initial phases of the case, the state of New York advised us that the customer owed over $44,000. The details regarding the debt owed were discussed via telephone and even mailed to the customer. Furthermore, we even discussed the type of payment arrangement the state demanded in order to avoid any levies or enforced collection efforts by the state of NY. Between April, May and June, the customer was contacted on several occasions in order to confirm how he wanted to proceed on the case since the state of NY was requiring a down payment before finalizing a monthly payment plan. He was also clearly advised of the collection efforts that would result by the state if he failed to respond to state’s requests. He was advised that his bank account was at risk if he did not follow through with the states requests. However, the taxpayer continued to be non-responsive to any of our calls and contacts. The only time he would contact our company was to post-pone the monthly payment due dates set for our services. To date, the file and case work completed speaks for itself. Had the customer been responsive to our contacts and taken the time to communicate with our company, then he would have avoided any issues with the state of New York. The claims presented by the customer are grossly inaccurate since contact was made regularly and since negotiations with the state were established. Had the customer actually followed through with the requirements and demands of the state, his bank accounts would not have been levied/frozen. Please note that to date, the customer has even initiated fraudulent chargeback’s with our credit card processor and thus, he’s already recouped the disputed amount through these actions. At this time, we respectfully disagree with the customers statement of problems.

I am extremely appreciative for all the help and attention that National Tax Debt provided me. I am still in awe with my amazing settlement results. I always see those ads promising to reduce your tax debt to pennies on the dollar and I must admit, I was skeptical but I'm so glad I made the call. National Tax Debt was able to settle my $32,965.34 tax debt for $500. Yes, you read that right…$500.

From the very first phone call where they reviewed my case and assured me that they wouldn't even take it on if they weren't 95% sure that they could get an offer for me and that I didn't have to pay the entire fee up front but rather in monthly payments for 1 year, I was sold...still a little leery but hopeful. I can't express how much I was impressed with my experience with National Tax Debt. I began with one representative that didn't quite work out but the other, [redacted] definitely made up for it. She checked in with me monthly and made herself available for any questions I may have had. When I needed a more in depth understanding, she was very prompt in scheduling a conference call for me to speak directly with the attorney working on my case. The attorney was very firm and up front with me in what my options were, and made me feel she had my best interest at heart. In the end my offer was accepted!! I believe if they had not shown themselves in these ways, I may not have had enough motivation to go thru this process.

National Tax Dept was able to stop the wage garnishment. They were always there to answer my questions and work on a settlement that I was able to afford. They turned 39,500.00 dept to a 500.00 settlement. This Company did a outstanding Job . Now I'm on good terms with IRS.
