I signed up for trial of Nature's Boost product 1/23/2020. In February I called the Nature's Boost company to cancel any more shipments since I have an allergy to one of the ingredients. I received another shipment in March. I again called and emailed the company. I received another shipment in April. I cannot get them to quit charging my credit card- though I am contacting Visa on Monday to talk to a real person. If Boost will send me a label. I will return the 2 unopened packages along with the two unopened bottles from the first shipment, and they must credit my card for the last two shipments.. Please help- this feels like elder abuse.I have told them this both online and on a phone answering message.

Results have been noted I requested that they cancel further and as of May 20th received another bottle in the mail with a bill for $49.95 as you'll read in other reviews with a gentleman who was a retired Chicago police officer I found this to be a business address at a strip mall mail drop box in Washington this is a scam these people should be prosecuted I have contacted my credit card company to have them denied access for any more of their billing the Revdex.com gives them no accreditation and the owner has a multitude of businesses operating out of the mailboxes buyer beware I'm retired cop after 32 years in Michigan these people need to be prosecuted

This company is nothing but fraud. My Mother ordered a free just pay shipping sample of product and should have been charged $9.99. She ended up with $266.60 in charges to her bank card. She called the company immediately and spent most of yesterday into the late night hours trying to get it straightened out. She was repeatedly lied to. The customer service people apparently are contractors and either have no idea what to do or are participants in this fraud. They claim to be a veteran owned business. There is nothing worse than someone claiming to be a Veteran to help them rip off senior citizens. Please save yourself much grief and do not do business with this fraudulent enterprise.

in November of 2019 I ordered a one time purchase of some product. I received it. then 2-4-2004 my account was charged twice.and every month since. I did not agree to any recurring charges or purchases. I have not received any product since November purchase. I have called 3 times. first call was too much static to understand her. second call the woman said they could not refund after 30 days and that my product had been delivered to a post office in Kirkland wasington then returned because of lack of address. she hung up on me.
third call lasted 29 minutes. 4 times I was put on hold while she consulted with supervisor. when I asked to speak to the supervisor she told me there weren't any available. when I reminded her that she had put me on hold 4 times to consult with one she told me a supervisor would call me back within 15 minutes.
after explaining to her that I had been billed over 200$ unauthorized and that I had not received any product. she was able to get authorization to "courtesy refund" me 1/2 of the charges. and demanded I return all the product. when I explained that I had not received any product and that I wanted a full refund like the website promises,she said that was against the policy.
I told her that there were 38 complaints against in the last year with the Revdex.com and that I was going to contact them and my bank. she again offered my a 50% refund if I promised not to contact my bank or the Revdex.com. I did not get a call back from the supervisor and I am here filling this complaint.

Do not bother ordering from this company. You get charged for a membership when you place order and you only think you are ordering 1 bottle of Natures Boost. Then when you try to cancel membership even when they send you an email confirmation they continue to charge you for the each month after. I placed order on 3/22/20 and decided this product was not working for my blood pressure. I called to cancel on 4/2/20 and received a confirmation email stating "This email is to inform you that your subscription status has been recently updated and any ongoing or future charges have been cancelled as per your request". I made the assumption the product was cancelled. I also found out that I was signed up for a "Membership" but on the site I checked off 1 bottle not multiple bottles. Then on 4/24/20 I noticed Natures Boost charged me for another bottle.
I tried 6 times to reach the company but kept getting machine telling me to leave my name and number and would get a call back. One week later I still have not heard back from Natures Boost. I finally disputed the charge with my credit card company. I just found a 2nd charge posted to my credit card this morning. This is terrible! The company gives a good ad for the product and I wanted to get healthy but the stress of having to deal with this company to cancel is actually making my blood pressure worse. Save yourself the headache and stay away from this company.

My order came on time and was exactly what I wanted.

Do not bother ordering from this company. You get charged for a membership when you place order and you only think you are ordering 1 bottle of Natures Boost. Then when you try to cancel membership even when they send you an email confirmation they continue to charge you for the each month after. I placed order on 3/22/20 and decided this product was not working for my blood pressure. I called to cancel on 4/2/20 and received a confirmation email stating "This email is to inform you that your subscription status has been recently updated and any ongoing or future charges have been cancelled as per your request". I made the assumption the product was cancelled. I also found out that I was signed up for a "Membership" but on the site I checked off 1 bottle not multiple bottles. Then on 4/24/20 I noticed Natures Boost charged me for another bottle.

My order came on time and was exactly what I wanted.

I bought Blood Boost Formula on 3/23/20. I tried to cancel an order but ended up with two orders I couldn't cancel, totaling $116.61. I tried using it for two days and it caused my sugar and BP to go UP, not down, so on 4/21/20 I returned all the remaining product, and they received it on 4/24/20. Inside that package of product was my letter stating I needed a full refund. I was billed another $49.95 for a product I never received on 4/23/20, which I first saw on my bank statement on 5/17/20. I emailed a query on 5/16/20 but never received a reply, so I called on 5/19/20 asking for a refund on all the billing. I got the last $49.95 credited, but no mention of the earlier orders. I replied on that refund email on 5/19/20, asking once more for a full refund of the earlier orders but never got a reply. Today (5/21/20) I called again asking for a full refund of the earlier two orders. I was told she can only issue refunds going back to 30 days. I told her their web site specifies a refund period of 60 days, and she repeated she can only refund within 30 days of the sale. I was put on hold, then she said she got permission to give me a 50% partial refund. I asked to speak with her manager and she said he was out. I asked for the name of the manager and she said she won't tell me, then hung up.

I am rejecting this response because:

Order # ***, for which I paid $66.66, was only reimbursed for $33.33. Why must I pay even 50% for a product that not only didn't help my health as touted but actually seemed to endanger it? I'm still out $33.33 for my mistake in dealing with Natures-Boost.Com, not even including my trouble and expense in returning their worthless product--which they STILL never acknowledged receiving, as their written policy says on their web site.

Also, the promised credits have not yet been added to my account as of this morning (5/22/20) except for the $49.95 for order ***. Until I see all the money actually back in my account I do not consider this issue resolved. They have already proven they must be prodded to do what their web site promises they will do; I want to be sure I get the money they say they will credit to my bank account.
