Nature's Boost Reviews (%countItem)

Obviously all the positive reviews are fake. Beware especially to the elderly population of these crackpot companies. Particularly ones that show up in social media news feeds. Focus on the negative reviews. Listen to them especially ones that complain of these terrible business practices and avoid ever automatic renewals. Big red flag. Rely on your doctor and only buy from retail stores to try it out where you can pay cash. If it’s not in a retail store then don’t be fooled.

It appeared that this original complaint was already handled via the Revdex.com and a reply from the business involved
(NATURE'S BOOST), who is complying with my complaint and agrees to issue a full refund to my checking account
of monies owed me for products returned to them already for a refund. I am now filing a new complaint regarding this
company once again due to two new transactions taken out of my checking accounting on 4/7/20 for another $49.99
plus $9.99. According to all documents regarding this issue, these new charges appear to be the amount for an on-going "AUTO SHIP" that the company has not cancelled as yet. These newest charges need to be taken off my checking account
or another refund put in place to me for the total of $59.98 that has showed up on my on-line banking statement as of
this morning.

My apologies, you have been refunded in full and no subscriptions are on file for you any longer.

I’ve been using Nature's Boost for years and have always been highly satisfied!

My Wife purchased three (3) bottles of Nature's Boost @ ($129.99) along with purchasing the buy 2 get 1 for an additional
cost total of ($99.99 for the buy 2 get 1 and $9.99 for the shipping. My checking account shows that all total, $239.97 was
taken from our account for the six (6) bottles. After the shipment arrived, I took a bottle with me to my next Primary Care Doctor appointment. Because I am a Diabetic with an A1C level of over 10, my Doctor did not approve of my starting this product. So, my Wife put all six (6) unopened bottles back into the original packaging and took it to our local Pack 'n Ship Store to return to your company. She paid for the shipping cost back to your company and also received a tracking # *** for the package which was sent out on 2/7/20. This was done all within your 60 day return policy. I had to call and email
your gal, Kristina Hale (Nature's Boost Support Specialist) several times to inquire about my refund. Kristina gave me
instructions to ship the unopened bottles back to the 9805 NE 116th Street #A312 Kirkland, WA location and I did. I used
the above tracking number to locate the package and it did indeed arrive to the address Kristina supplied me with. Then,
lo and behold, another bottle arrived at our home that posted from our checking account for ($49.95) on 3/9/20. So now the
total refund due back to my checking account comes up to ($289.92) I see that your company appears to have a lot of complaints regarding the same subject I'm going through. At this point, I expect to see that refund going back into my checking account as swiftly as you took it.

Please be certain that whatever Auto Ship arrangements you set me up for is cancelled immediately!!! I do not want to see
any further monies being touched in my checking account by your company.

You have been cancelled on any subscriptions and refunds issued totaling ($349.86). They should reach your account within 3-5 business days.

I saw an advertisement by Dr. Oz for Nature's Boost with some pills for $35 that are supposed to help get rid of diabetes. I ordered them. I was not only charged $35 but $189.95 on March 23. I called Nature's Boost and told them if they did not refund me, I would report them. They offered to refund 50% of the charge. They did not refund that, they charged me an additional 94.98, $94.97, and $9.99 instead. So now I am up to over $300 in charges. That's not what I asked. I want them to refund the charge.

Nature's Boost Response • Apr 07, 2020

Hi ***,

You are not charged over $300. Your $189.95 charge was fully refunded. Your additional $9.99 charge has been fully refunded as well.

This is a fraud, does not work, increased, my blood pressure. Called the representative spoke with Kay, who stated I could not return it since the bottle is opened. How will I know it works if I didn't try it. This is horrible and fraudulent business practice. What happened to the assurance that your money would be refunded if the product didn't work?

Ordered one bottle and they kept sending. To return I needed an invoice number but there was no invoice in the package. They did charge 49.99 to my credit card though. Called customer services and was on hold for 45 minutes before I hung up. Have asked my credit card company NOT to pay. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! Should have known since their webpage is so sketchy.

Great products, great research, great service, great pricing, great support. This is an A+ company.

On February 14th 2020 I ordered a bottle of Turmeric Curcumin and paid $49.95 and $9.99 on my debit card.On March 13th, 2020 I saw that that there was a charge for $49,95, called the company that the charge for a new bottle, which I did not order, after arguging, Anne told me that a credit would be made. On Monday 3/16/2020 it had been refunded and received 2 emails saying the refund was done and my contract was cancelled. Two days later, I saw in my account charge re-appeared, when I called the company and was told that no charge had been posted and rudely dis contacted and have not heard from them. I had informed them that I did not want any product any more and wanted my refund, have not heard from them again

Hi ***,

You actually bought our Brain cognitive health product, not Turmeric. Your $49.97 was indeed refunded as mentioned. However your original order of $49.95 was not. That is the charge you are referring to. You have no active subscriptions with us whatsoever!

This company claims this product will lower blood pressure. After taking this product my pressure actually went up.
However; the part that is most disturbing is that the company's online ordering is designed to trick you in to ordering more products and auto-charge your card each month. In addition, this company put together an advertising scheme that claimed this product was presented on the TV show "***". The funny thing now is if you use that same bogus "***" link, if shows a different blood pressure product with very similar labeling; hmmm. When I did research on *** I was unable to find anything about this company, or this product; complete scam. I am not seeking any money; I just want people to be aware of this scam.
Beware all!!!
