I am rejecting this response because:
These people are very tricky. I was wondering why after I pushed the “buy” button on the website they started calling it “Nature’s boost blood pressure formula”? I was on the “Nutrition Hacks” website and they called it “blood balance formula” but when you click on the “buy” button it takes you to these scammers site. The bottles look almost identical but a couple important ingredients for cholesterol are missing. I would like to know how to send this scam product back. I would like to send you a pick of the actual product that I thought I was buying and one of the scammers bottles so you can see for yourself all the trouble they went through to fool the customer. I went back to the original “nutrition hacks” website and confirmed that most of the “buy” buttons link you to this scamming site. I kept looking very hard and finally found a link to the actual product that was advertised. These actions taken by “nature’s boost” should be against the law! I’m pretty sure their product wasn’t on Shark Tank nor Doctor *** like claimed to be?

On May 2, 2020, I placed Order# ***. However, within 15 minutes after placing order, I realized it was not needed. Also, when I received the confirmation email, I received alerts from my bank that I was charged $129.99 for the product but also charged $9.99 for VIP membership that I NEVER signed up for. So, I called the 24 hour number twice, was on hold for an hour and no one ever answered. I also selected to be called back and no one ever called me back. I then sent an email requesting order be Cancelled and also have not heard from anyone. I then decided to check Revdex.com website for possible complaints and saw several complaints for same issue I am having. I want the order cancelled, I want to be refunded $129.99 and $9.99, and I want the VIP membership also Cancelled.

Regarding the above listed complaint with Natures Boost, they finally returned my call last night. After MUCH debate they agreed to refund me $129.99 for product and to cancel the order. They also agreed to refund me $9.99 for VIP membership I never signed up for, and they also agreed to cancel any subscription and to stop recurring charges. I informed them I had filed a complaint with the Revdex.com and after which is when the gentlemen finally agreed to do 100% refund. Please find attached 3 emails they sent me agreeing to all of the above.

Ordered product which I thought was a one time order but apparently I was put on a monthly subscription. I have written to cancel any future orders or charges and I am refusing delivery of any further product. I continue to receive charges monthly on my CC. I'll give benefit of doubt to the company and "eat" the charges for the product sent to date (up to Feb 2020) but will not accept any further product nor charges on my CC as indicated in my cancellation email to the company. I have notified my CC company to block the merchant.

You have been fully cancelled. We refunded March for you however April we cannot as you decided it upon yourself to charge it back with your bank.

I ordered on 4/8/2020, then cancelled the same day. I did receive my refund, but on May 2, 2020 I received 5 more bottles in the mail that I didn't want ( they knew that!) I have been on the phone on hold for 25 minutes to get a return label. I already called my Discover card to make sure the company doesn't put any more charges on my credit card. Only foreign people to talk to. I assume the "Made in the USA" is a SCAM also. Don't order anything from them!

I have send numerous emails/made countless phone calls and no one shows that the order was canceled. My card has been billed for "extra" and advised will dispute charges. this is the latest email send to them......

Ordered this product on 02/24/2020 online. Within 10 minutes I called them after reading complaints and reviews to cancel the order. I was told it was too late to cancel. I was assured this was a one time order and would not be sent any additional product or charges on my account. I received another shipment of the product 05/01/2020 and my credit card was charged again. I have been unable to reach this company to dispute and receive a credit. I will be sending this product back to them with letter requesting a credit but I am afraid this still will not stop them from continuing to charge my card.

I have been trying to cancel order placed with natures boost , 1st attempt was with in few minutes of ordering when the sent an email for $189.00 and additional $9.99 , while on hold for a hour I sent several email asking for this to be canceled. I findly got a call back around 1:30 am, first it was no problem then he would just keep putting me on hold then come back saying the order was already sent out, and that he couldn't cancel the order, then as I told him again to cancel the order he said he didn't understand me then hung up.

A few months ago, I ordered this company's Blood Boost supplement& my product was delivered w/o a problem. I received another shipment about a month or 2 later & assumed I had just over-ordered. However, I note that this company has been automatically deducting $49.95 from my accoiumt every couple of months w/o my permission & I did NOT sign up for automatic shipments or payments. How can I stop this? I've emailed my bank to see if they can help, but due to the pandcemic, have not as yet received a response.

On 04/20/2020, I went to the Nature's Boost website to purchase their blood boost formula. The first issue, was that their website made it mandatory to join their membership/subscription. The second issue, was after I ordered the product. I checked my bank account and noticed they had charged me twice for membership/subscription and for the product ($49.95 + $49.95 + $9.99 + $9.99 = $119.88). Third issue, I immediately requested a refund from their company. I followed their website procedure if requesting a refund to send an email to [email protected]. I only got a computer generated email. Over the next couple of days, I had sent a couple more emails which all were responded with blank computer generated responses from the company. I attempted to call several times to the company phone number 877-626-6789, I had waited to speak with a customer service rep for over fifteen minutes without any response. The company did call my phone but I did not answer as it was at 10 PM. I sent them an email complaining about the late call. In the email, I told them that I did not want to hear any sales pitches nor did I need to speak with one of their reps anymore, as they already have my information and can refund the full amount back to my banking account. On 04/24/2020, I advised them that if I did not receive my refund that I would be contacting the Revdex.com.
