I asked for just two blood boost formulas. They keep on sending me more and charged my credit card. So I forwarded my packages to them but they send me back again. I called and cancelled but they only refunded 50%. Two months later they charged my credit card again for VIP member which I did not know anything about it. They are scammers, big time,

Trying to resolve an issue of shipment received for which no order was placed by us. We received 3 +2 free bottles at a cost of $189.95 and then again the same day we received 2+1 free bottles at a cost of $66.66 all in the same package for their "Blood Boost Formula" product. We challenged this order received and received an email saying" rest assure that we will handle it for you 100% to make sure you are happy". This shipment received was on Jan 28, 2020 and email received Feb 04, 2020. Since then Nothing. So we put in a stop order to our Credit Card company and they tried to resolve the issue, but they kept getting a response from them that we had ordered the sample, and future deliveries were automatic unless cancelled. When we tried contacting Natures-Boost they would not deal with us until the complaint with CC company was closed. So we closed the complaint, Shipped back to them their unopened 8 bottles around April 1st week and requesting a credit back to our cc billed.
No response from them in spite of several ties. All we want is a credit back to our account. We already shipped back their unopened bottles. Do the right thing.

I ordered 2 bottles of natures blood boost formula for my father on April 27th. Only 1 bottle arrived on Monday May 18th I waited until today the 19th of May to see If the second bottle would arrive and it hasn't. So I called the customer service number on their website as well as emailed the customer service support email on the website. Finally when I got a chance to speak with a representative she was rude, repetitive and proceeded to tell me she could not help me because the email THEIR company sent me didn't give a valid order number, and to top it off they couldn't find my info that they just shipped the bottle to! So basically I didn't receive the second bottle that I paid for nor did I get a refund! She just hung up on me.

Very friendly customer service. But outcome leaves something to be desired. I tried emailing them right away about my concerns that people say their blood pressure was raised not lowered. Because of covid 19 I could not get with my doctor right away. When I saw a NEW charge on my account today, I called them. They agreed to cancel my plan but I already have 4 months worth And another on the way. I originally thought I would get more after my first 4 months. I can’t use product and they won’t let me send back. What kind of guarantee is this. I already have high blood pressure and this causes most people’s to go up. They say the opposite in their selling points. I believe I am due a refund .

I made a purchase on April 28, 2020, I have been calling natures Booth 877-626-6789 to cancel the order. They leave you on hold then asked several times to ask do you want to call back I have not received a call back in one week.

I want to exercise my right to their 60-Day, Money Back Guarantee policy on my Order placed 03/16/2020. The order was shipped 03/18/2020 from Washington state and received in PA on 03/21/2020. They state: "If at any point you decide it's not the right product for you, remember you are protected by the highest standard 100% money-back guarantee. Just contact us we'll refund you to the last penny, no questions asked." I followed their return instructions. They followed with an email to call their toll-free #...
...1 hour and 50 minutes and I am still holding.
After receiving the order I decided to check out their claims they used to convince me they were reputable. They used the TV show: "Shark Tank" to validate their claims. Stating on the episode of "Monday, 3/13/2020, sisters Anna and Samantha M, chemists from MIT, net the biggest deal in Shark Tank history as all 6 Shark's teamed up to seed the company with a staggering $2.5 million dollars!" Sounds Great....if only these "sisters" ever did appear on "Shark Tank". But during their "infomercial", it's hard to stop the presentation and check it out...

Further to my filed complaint, ID.Today, I called Nature's Boost using 2 phones. My landline and my cell phone. After 10 minutes "on-hold" they give the caller the option of pressing the # button to be placed on a "callback" list without giving up your place in the line. I took this option on the landline call but stayed on the cell phone.After 2 hour and 26 minutes, a Customer Service rep called me back on the landline.After asking how she could help, I explained I wanted to "exercise my right to their 60-day, Money Back Guarantee". She took down my Order # and asked to put me on hold for her to research my Order and see what options I qualified for.When she returned, she started to tell me I not qualify for refund as I was beyond their 30-day Refund policy. I challenged her, read her the 60-Day Money Back Guarantee that was part of the order process (that I included in my complaint), and asked if she would like me to send it to her. I think I took her be surprise.She further discussion and said she would refund my credit card in the amount of $189.95. I then asked for a refund on the VIP Club of $9.99. She balked, said something, then disconnected our call. I did not have the chance to verify all future orders and charges were cancelled. Nor did I receive any Confirmation # for the Pending Credit.Though I have a partial victory, please keep this claim open as I did not have a chance to complete all 3 of my Desired Outcomes.I am waiting to receive the credit to my credit card. You have been refunded in full and cancelled any future subscriptions. Are you sure you were calling the right number by the way? We don't do a 30 day guarantee and all of our staff knows it's 60 days.

received product that I do not think I ordered today, I was just thinking about the product and did not approve of an order. After checking reputation of the company and previous complaints (many)they are not someone I would want to do business with so I don't think I ordered anything from them.
I have been trying to contact Natures Boost to no avail. They do not answer phone, do not call back and have not responded to email.
I want to return product for full refund and make sure that any automatic reorders are canceled.
I will be contacting credit cards dispute charges also.

You did indeed submit your order otherwise it would have not went through. I have ensured you are not on any future subscriptions however to get a full refund you need to return the product.

Run, Run. I should have known better,Their pitch for Nature's Boost came up on my cell phone. I am a retired Chicago Police Detective living a happy retired life in SW Florida. I ordered at 12 noon.
I am a type # 2 diabetic After thinking about this pitch using Dr, . When I got home I started call the 877 phone # to cancel the order. I spoke a 26 year old customer service rep named "Chris". I talked with him about canceling this order and getting a credit for cc. Chris explained that the "order was processed : and ready for shipment. His response to my wanting a refund was they would only refund half of $129,99, That's about $65.00. I said this fraud without a weapon.. I explained that I was a veteran. I demanded to speak to his supervisor. That was a Eric S, he was to busy to talk with me. After back and for conversation I found out "Natures Boost is located at ***, Kirkland Washington 98034. Do a *** search of that address and a picture of a strip mall will come up. There are a few commercial businesses. One of which is a postal and office business. I've got to believe ***, is a rental postal box in that until. I had Chris on the phone for quite awhile and listened to a lot of voices men and women on the phone with other"customers". Someone should have the Kirkland PD look into this business. After a lot of work Chris agreed to refund my money. I asked for a confirmation # and a email regarding cancelling this order. They don't send emails. That interesting because they were quick to send a order confirmation. Chris said, the cancel # is the same as the order number. PLEASE believe in "Buyer Beware". .
Surprise, Surprise, I just received emails regarding my "REFUND" to my credit card.. I still say go after these Scammers. The get the older folks who will not fight like I did. I just used my 28 years of skills as a detective on the CPD.
