I guess it is like trying to beat a dead horse but they sent 2 other items in the mail , which unopened and returned for credit. They have never issued credit for returned items..

ordered Natures Boost then found out allergic to ingredients on 4/22\20, sent email to cancel order 4/24/2020, after several emails sent to them, finally a person named Chrissy called, told her to cancel and refund my credit card, argued and did not want to refund, I insisted, I have email the $189.95 has been refunded, sounded like a call center, have no trust this is Nature Boost, and she indicated order has been cancelled. today I received an email order has been shipped. again sent emails order was cancelled. tried numerous time to call, on hold for over an hour each time. no one even tried to answer. I do not want the order, I want my money refunded immediately. no more lies. please help.

I haven’t found where to say the above issue is resolved, finally found where the entire amount has been returned to me. I still do not know if order was cancelled so I won’t receive it and have to return. I appreciate Natures Boost returning my money since I am like others and extremely without funds. I will do better research next time and validate I can take the various ingredients before ordering. Thank you for your help. At this time I consider the issue closed. If I get product, will return, right thing to do.

I have been trying to cancel with this Company via email and phone to no avail. Can never get a call back, or email. I have been charged fraudulently and I want to send the unopened bottles back to them and get refunded as well as cancel any future transactions.

I ordered product from this company. But after carefully looking into this company I had changed my mind. So in there refund policy it says email and a 100 percent full refund no matter what well I have been trying to get a hold them for a week now with emails and just been getting computer generated responses back I still have not received product so all they needed to do is refund my 129.99 plus 9.99 back to me.i

I should not have to pay to send his back when I cancelled this the same day I ordered it and also they did not make a shipping label until april 26th and I cancelled it on the 18th and submitted a Revdex.com report on the 23rd this is all fishy and sneaky and scammish to me.

We have a very active customer support line that works 24/7/365. You could have easily reached them if you wanted to cancel before hand. Unfortunately I cannot process your refund without you returning your product.

I ordered Blood Boost Capsules on April 7, with a delivery date promise of 3 to 5 days. After April 14, I tried to call the company. No one answered the calls that I made every day for 10 days. No one answered four emails that I sent. After checking on the company in question, I found many complaints against overcharges and non compliance. I emailed the company again and asked them not to deliver any of their products to me, and to refund my money. I also found an additional charge of $9.99 that I was not aware of. This company Natures Boost has no regard for it's customers and it's promises to deliver. I want my money refunded, and have no more dealings with them. Disgusted

Your order looks like it went out yesterday! Also, there is no way you have been calling daily for 10 days with no reply, our agents are trained to call back any customer who was put on hold and hung up.

Dear Revdex.com,

I received an Email from Natures Boost stating that he cancelled all pending and future charges against me. What he didn't do is cancel a charge that I already paid for merchandise that I NEVER received.

I paid $129.99 on April 7 for blood Boost Capsules. The delivery was promised in 3 to 5 days. It NEVER came. I wrote the merchant to cancel the order, and he said that he cancelled all future orders, BUT he hasn't refunded my money for the first order that I did not receive.

Timely delivery and communication as well as good supplements at a great value

I ordered some of their product only, for $189.95 - hoping it would solve a high blood pressure issue, as advertised (it didi not...).
However, apparently, they signed me up for a quarterly membership, re-occurring monthly shipments - which I do not recall agreeing to. I'm assuming that due to the quantity of the product purchased upfront, I did not notice the $9.99 fee posted to my account on 11/20 for the "quarterly membership". But hen I received product on 2/27 - I checked my bank account and saw two $9.99 fees and a fee for product. I immediately sent notice of cancellation, for which I received a positive response. I though I was good. But then I received another shipment on about 3/23 - and sent another notice of cancellation, for which I received positive notice of receipt. I then sent another notice of cancellation, requesting a refund for the products I'd returned. Fast forward to April, and I have been billed again - though I have not received shipment yet. I have returned the shipments by refusing acceptance, and marking the packages return to sender - which I will do again. Oh, and I have tried calling their 24/7 phone number, and have yet to get through. So, they clearly are deceptive, make "signing" up somewhat sketchy, and definitely don't make cancelling easy. Hence, why I have contacted the Revdex.com.

PS: The last shipment will be returned, but due to "stay at home" order, I have not made it to the USPS, yet.

Product is junk - probably a few herbs and sugar thrown together. I foolishly bought 3 bottles, nearly all of which I fed to the drain. Didn't do a thing. If anything their business practices caused my blood pressure to go up! When purchasing, they must sneak in a membership and auto renew provisions. I paid for the 3 bottles, and thought I'd try it. It didn't do anything and I pitched most of the product. Three months later I get a bottle of the sugar pills in the mail. I checked my bank account, I sure enough, they had billed me for the shipment, as well as two quarterly fees for my "membership". I contacted them immediately, and told them to cancel. I got a positive response - OK, I'm good. At that point I didn't even ask for a refund - I just wanted it done. But then, I get another bottle the following month. I cancel again - more sternly, and demanded a refund, because now it's obvious they're not acting in good faith, but instead being sketchy. Again, I get a positive response - we're good, right?!! Damned if I didn't get another shipment - each time being billed $49.95! These guys just won't stop! Keep in mind, I returned the shipments unopened, and notified them immediately. I also tried calling numerous times, but they must have one operator that works part-time, because nobody has ever answered. Instead you either hold, or you give them your number for them to call you! Shady operation, for sure. They advertised being Vet owned, but they're not "honorable" at all. Stay clear! You know, if they had a good product, they wouldn't have to use cagey business practices to separate you from your hard earned cash.
