This is a SCAM. When you cancel items they continue to send them and charge your CC.
They will not sent you a return label either, they say they do NOT do that. When you aske to speak to a supervisor, they hang up on you.

They triple your order when you order the first time.

They are terrible.

Upon my original contact In Nov. of 2019 I was talked into ordering a "big batch" of the product, and the product was harmful to my sensitive health system, I cut back to 1/2 the dosage, it still hurt my system, and when I had a chance I sent the "entire batch" back, as I was told I had several months to "try it", then send any Un-used portion, along with the "used bottle", so they could see that I had tried, in good faith, to use the product.. The pills were NO GOOD to me, I sent them back, and I simply want my money back.. The Customer Service people there are rude and "hung up" on me, I therefore think they are Crooks, and selling a defective product.. I want them "Black-listed", and I intend to see if there is a Lawsuit pending or if I can get a Lawyer to initiate one. I'm an old soldier and I don't take their bad manners and bad business lightly, they should be put out of business.. Sincerely

I think like the other person *** on this page. This company or someone in it is unreliable and
does not do what they say. I also ordered Natures Boost and after about four days saw some
indication I should not take it. When I placed my order I told the clerk I wanted to treat this as a
sample and to cancel the subscription at the time the order was finalized for shipment and she
said that was find and I could do that. Less than 30 days later I received notice from my Bank I
had been charged for another shipment and it took me over a week to get my money back and
I was promised both charges would be returned.
This has not happened I just keep getting a message that someone will reach out to me and then
to add insult to injury they bragged about being a Veteran owned company/ I would definitely
tell everyone to not order anything more from them because they cannot be trusted to do what they day they will do.l Hope this helps put them out of business with the kind of practices they are using.

The company did not have a contact phone at the time, so I corresponded with customer rep Kristina Hale to effect the refund and followed the instructions with her promise to expedite the refund. Didn't happen. Phone number was provided for customer service. Called 2x, very unhelpful. No way to contact Kristina and claimed nothing could be done. When pressed finally offered 1/2 money back. Unsatisfactory. Then finally rep admitted that my return order was received and it would take up to 14 days to effect refund. Not what Kristina told me on email. Wrote Kristina again about situation. No response. This is a total scam under the guise of being a veteran owned company. My family has served in all branches of military so this is particularly offensive. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AS PROMISED IN THEIR ADVERTISEMENT. I have all the emails to show if needed. PLEASE HELP. There have been many complaints filed with you for same issue. Look forward to hearing from you and getting my money back.

Natures Boost offered 1 bottle of Blood Boost Formula which is touted on the web site to lower blood pressure. I signed up for One bottle at 49.99 and an additional bottle for free. I received two bottles for 49.99 and an additional 9.99 shipping fee. I continued to receive 3 more shipments at 49.99 plus 9.99 shipping. My order did not include any type of auto ship or membership subscription.
Upon calling customer service I was told that I had "signed up" for a subscription and would only receive money back for one package.
I cannot use the product as an allergy prevents me from taking the supplement. I am returning 4 unopened bottles and expect a refund for 199.99 plus 39.99 for a subscription service I never signed up for.

I ordered an initial 30 day supply of their product for $9.99 on 10/23/19. The advertised cost was $9.99. My credit card was charged in two separate charges on that day - $9.99 and $189.95. When the product arrived, I received multiple bottles and THERE WAS NO INVOICE or ORDER NUMBER enclosed. I was unable to contact them to dispute the second charge as I had NO INFO.

I was then sent another bottle on an apparent "subscription" that I never signed up for. My credit card was billed an additional $9.99 and $49.99 on 1/21/20 and 1/23/20 respectively. I searched the internet for the company and emailed them on 1/28/20 to inform them that I was not satisfied with their product and wished to receive a 100% refund on their 100% money back guarantee on all charges to my credit card.

I received a response on 1/29/20 that apologized and said they cancelled my "subscription" and refunded the charges of $49.95 and $9.99 as well. The email stated, "For the original order please send it back for a full refund. Please let us know once you ship it back and what your return tracking number is! This will allow me to expedite your refund :)"

I then did as was requested in the email. The package was received on 2/12/20 @ 10:43am and was signed for by F. C. I emailed the tracking number as instructed in the email from the company. I then received an email to contact them by phone. I responded that I did not wish to speak with them via phone and I have jumped through the hoops THEY requested and they responded that if I wanted help to call.

To this day, I still have no invoice number, no invoice to refer to. THey have their product back, and they still have my money - despite their 100% guarantee and their shady billing practices. By my calculation, they still owe me $189.99 which doesn't include the initial bottle that I ordered, or the shipping charges and expenses I incurred to follow their instructions that they now won't honor.
