I am rejecting this response because: This company is violation because I did not receive proper documents as stated in complaint. The address *** states they have sent to me to an address that is not registered as being mine om my credit reportsThese docs have said to be sent via certified mail per *** *** ***Please have company submit proof with my signature signing Also it is illegal and against the for collection agencies to re-age a debt. This account began reporting on my credit report before it was sold. I will also be filing a complaint with *** and file a lawsuit if this NCB Management does not comply and remove it this account

I am rejecting this response because:I never received validation of the debtI requested a signed contract between me and your company(via Greg A***) in May and under the FDCPA and FCRA the account was supposed to have been deleted from my credit report because you didn't provide the documentation I requested hence is why I filed a complaint via the Revdex.comSince all calls are recorded and monitored please pull the call and you will hear where I CLEARLY state to provide me with a signed contract with my wet ink signature between me and your companyAlso, on 7/I requested validation of the debt again and as of 8/you have yet to provide it however you have chose to ignore not only my request but my civil rights for a second timeAgain I ask that you provide the aforementioned by 8/or cease and desist all collection activities and remove their negative report from all CRA's : •Agreement with the creditor that authorizes you to collect on this alleged debt •The agreement bearing my signature stating that I have agreed to assume the debt •Valid copies of the debt agreement stating the amount of the debt and interest charges (detailed copies of ALL statements) •Proof that the Statute of Limitations has not expired •Complete payment history on this account along with an accounting of all additional charges being assessed •Show me that you are licensed to collect in my state
