 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: the statement is a lie. William Y[redacted]  called and spoke to me, two more times, at my place of business.  He also called multiple times when I was not available. The Nursing Supervisors received these calls and reported them to my boss; I could have lost my job. The last time he called is the day I filled the complaint. I did tell him I planned to file a complaint while speaking to him on the phone in the Emergency Room at [redacted]. I want a written letter of admission of at least the 3 calls that I spoke to him. I also want written notification of any funds they believed are owed to them. This business has confidential person information regarding me and my financial institution. You can not trust a business that will lie in a response to the Revdex.com. I am appalled!
Regards,
[redacted]

In June 2015 I took out an internet installment loan from [redacted].Com in the amount of $2475. I made several payments to them before finding out that this type of loan is illegal in my state (Virginia) as it was originated online. I contacted [redacted].Com and offered to pay what I received minus interest as the loan was illegal. [redacted] advised that they would no longer pursue collection on the loan. Fast forward to May 2016 the loan was charged off and purchased by NCB Management. [redacted] has never contacted me for any payments or reported any information regarding the loan on my credit report. In May 2016 NCB Management reported an outstanding debt of $2900 on my credit report on all 3 credit bureaus. I contacted the Revdex.com and advised that I had no knowledge of this account from NCB and requested that they validate the debt. NCB responded that it was an account from [redacted].com. I contacted NCB by phone directly to see what needs to be done to remedy this issue. They advised that I needed to pay $2900 (principal plus interest) to remedy this. They have also continuously called me at home, work and my personal cell phone in an attempt to collect this debt. I advised that this loan was illegal in my state but that I would attempt to resolve it after looking into this further. The representative has continued to contact me at work yelling at me that I owe this money because I took the loan. I am now reaching out to Consumer Finance to see what options I have to resolve this. I am requesting that this account from NCB Management be removed from my credit report as it is from a debt that is illegal in my state that I attempted to rectify with the original creditor.TranslateDesired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution: Correction to a credit reportDesired Outcome: I would first like this account deleted from all 3 credit bureaus as I attempted to remedy this account with the original credit who advised since the account was illegal they would no longer pursue collection. Second, I would like to know why I have not received any validation regarding this account and confirmation that it is enforceable even though internet installment loans are illegal in VA.
