They will need to provide me information in detail that I shows my signature that I agreed to or authorize my personal information be sold to a third party for their use. I do not have a direct agreement with this company and they have clearly stated they are not collecting on behalf of [redacted] but on their behalf with I do not have an agreement. If they cannot furnish this information I am requesting this information be deleted off my credit report. Or I will be forced to take legal action against this company for using my personal information inappropriately.
