 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: again NCB has not reported an accurate amount on my credit report and I would again like it deleted for reporting the incorrect amount.  Not to mention, I did not receive notification the vehicle was being sold before it was sold.  I have now contacted the FTC in this matter and my next step is the Attorney General.

I have an account with them and they are stating I owe 7,176 dollars so I requested under the Fair debt practice act they send me a validation and they did with no problem. Once I read the validation it shows plain and clear that I only owe 2,566 and they have been putting false information on my report and validating it with the Credit reporting agencies several times being that the price owed was false and they were stating it met FCRA Requirements when in fact it did not and have been damaging my credit and my lively hood I have the proofTranslateDesired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution: Modification/discontinuance of an advertised claimModification/discontinuance of an advertised claimselectDesired Outcome: I would like for this company to remove the account off my credit report for the simple fact I have all the evidence that shows that they have been breaking the law and my Rights as a consumer under the FCRA and that can cause me to look for legal assistance being that I have all the evidence to file a Law Suit for hurting my credit report and making it hard for me to move on with my life and not being able to get competitive rates for a car or anything because of their false information on my credit report

August 25, 2017Dear [redacted]:Thank you for providing an opportunity for NCB Management Services, Inc. to respond to your concerns. We have completed another review of the matter. Our records indicate that at no time did any one of our representatives state to you that we would have the [redacted] trade line deleted. NCB Management Services, Inc. does not have the authority to delete the trade line of another creditor and would therefore not promise such an action. Our letter to you dated August 1, 2016, clearly states that we would request the deletion of NCB’s trade line after completion of the terms of the settlement. There is not mention in our letter of any other trade line other than our own. NCB Management has honored the commitment it made. On May 9, 2017 we requested the deletion of our trade line. Please contact me should you have further concerns.Sincerely,Joseph K. SVP of Audit and Compliance

Review: I received a call from an NCB agent named [redacted] at my work number. He identified himself as being affiliated with [redacted] Cardmember Services, the issuer of my Bank [redacted] credit card. Upon calling he asked for personal information--my address & SSN. I refused to provide it, citing the fact that no legitimate business would make an unsolicited call asking for such information. He refused to give any further details about his reason for calling but provided a telephone number, which I traced back to NCB.Desired Settlement: My Bank [redacted] account is paid up and in good standing, and [redacted] confirmed they do not know who NCB/[redacted] are, nor have they authorized any calls. As I have a common name, I believe the calls are intended for someone else. [redacted] called a second time, and I asked the middle initial of the person he was trying to reach, which he admitted he did not know. He told me [redacted] provided my employer/ work number (this is a lie, [redacted] has no such record.) I demand the calls stop and a formal statement admitting the calls were made in error.
