Since 9/20 I have received 17 phone calls from Dealer Services all from different phone numbers.They call at various ttimes of the day. They are extremely rude. When you tell them you are not interested they continue talking without interrupting there sales pitch. I have threatened to contact the PA attorney generals office but that does not deter them. I now answer every call to keep them on the line to waste their time. I have blocked everyone of there phone numbers but they just keep calling. It is a disgrace to the Revdex.com that they are given a 5 star rating . This company needs to be put on notice as an aboration to fair and true business practices.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I'm unsure how they are still in business. They wanted me to pay $120 per month for 18 months. It was not worth it to me as I'm getting a new car within the next year. The guy harassed me on the phone and told me my car will break down right after I decline. I said "please just take my number off your list." He raised his voice and said "You will regret this. Mazda makes their cars to break down!!" UMM, OKAY. At this point, I hung up and he will still yelling. Most unprofessional call I've ever had. Maybe it's a scam... not sure, Thankful I don't have to find out. Regardless, they keep trying to call me from all different numbers. GO AWAY.

This company makes robocalls.

I gave 1star because I had to input something. This is a scam. Stay away. We were traveling 1000 miles from home when a covered service broke. We were in a rural area. There was 1 repair facility. We called to confirm and told Yes were covered. Nothing more. Brought vehicle over repair facilty they called and told an inspector has to come look at it. this is a weekend someone will be out Monday. Hotel etc is OUR problem. We had to be back home so we went ahead and paid for repair. They said go to hell its your problem. Stay away they take your premium policy was $3600 and wont help when you need it.

They do cold calling. Even when I never requested to be contacted. My number is in the Do Not Call List. Is that even legal? How they have an A rating with so many one star evals?

my engine started to over heat, I pulled over and called the claims office and they sent out a
tow truck free and towed me to my dealer. It turns out that my water pump and my radiator had to be replace and the bill with everything would have been over $2000.00 and all I had to
pay was my deductible and I was back on the road that afternoon. thank you Royal protection plan.

Watch what you say to these guys if you say the wrong thing they will send text messages to you that will "blow your *** head off". All because I said please stop calling me. When I called the company that they represent, "Liberty Auto" they said that it is not their problem, but it is because they pay the other companies that spam everyone.
Do not use these guys, they are bad news.
