Their something wrong with Dealer Services.
They call almost every day to get me to extend a warranty on a vehicle I no longer own.
I have asked at least a dozen times to put me on their Do Not Call List.
Further the number they call from is shown on Caller ID as "Out of Area".
I am being harassed by this firm and it's telemarketing operation.
WARNING to ALL .... have nothing to do with these folks.

I continue to receive calls 1-2 times a day EVERYDAY from Dealer Services and ALWAYS from a different number from the last call.. I have asked over and over to PLEASE REMOVE my number and they hang up. These calls now come in as late as 9pm What can be done to have my number removed this is harassment is the worst way.

Numerous phone calls trying to sell me a warranty that I don't want. I asked that I be removed from their call list. I advised them that the number I was calling was on the Do Not Call List - the calls continue. Not spoofing - the called knows I bought a BMW three plus years ago - I will never buy another BMW ever!!!

They called me and they were extremely rude! They wanted me to pay 179.00 today just so I could look at the details of what I was purchasing. I asked if there was a way to look at the contract details before paying. The man explained that I had to pay the 179.00, but I had 30 days to resend the agreement and I was just supposed to take his word on all of it! I couldn't see anything in print before paying 179.00!! Then he proceeds to yell at me and hang up on me. The thing is I really am interested in an eextended warrenty. I was trying to understand for myself what he was saying. I think a customer should feel comfortable with all the details of an agreement before any money is exchanged.

This is a Deceptive outfit. They do not cover the replacement of adequate parts as described and are outright and blatantly deceptive in their claims operation. I have been awaiting the receipt of a reimbursement payment for covered parts from the claims department for over 45 days. On multiple occasions I had called the claims department and was not only deceived, but consistently told outright lies. I have been appalled that no one in which I had spoken seemed to have the least bit of concern and claimed that there was no managers or supervisors that would even speak to me about the issue.

NO stars!
