I continue to receive calls from this company about a car I have not had in over two years. Each time I tell them this and to take me off their calling list. They either say ok or just hang up on me and I still get these calls! DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN

I receive a call from them once a month on a car that I haven't had for years...they also try to talk to me about "hey, well what car do you have now?". I've asked them many times to remove me from their call list but they have not. What can I do?

This company has called me consistently off and on over the past 18 months, sometimes every other day, sometimes months apart. They identify themselves as Toyota Dealer Services. I asked the person who called if they where from Toyota, or where a reseller. He told me he was calling from Toyota. I called my Toyota dealership and they assured me that this company did not represent Toyota, was not part of Toyota, and that they where aware of them using deceptive practices to sell warranty products. They also strong advised avoiding doing business with them based on experiences of their customers who had purchased these warranty, and then tried to use them. Reading the many similar complaints here, I am amazed they have good standing. I read the disclaimer about their number being "spoofed" , but the length and repetition of these complaints, and my own experience, tells me that is a continuation of the dishonest practices this company pursues.

I told them this and every time they call it makes me relive this terrible accident. You have no right to call me and now you might be facing some major consequences I get 20+ calls from you a day. Be watch your mail for a cease and desist order. If I get one more call after you have received this I will take you to court. I have been more then nice and civil. Calls every day sometimes several times a day shows that this company is of that group of scam artists we try to avoid.

We have been getting 10 to 20 calls a day for the last 5 days. When I ask to speak to supervisor I am told there are none. When I ask to be removed from call list I am either hung up on or told they will do this.
Called corporate office to be asked to be removed. Next will be compliant to State Attorney Generals office. Negative !! No Stars
