This company uses robot calling using numbers that appear to be local (in violation of FCC rules) and call just about every number in an exchange. I have received 17 calls on 3 phone lines. I tried to get the name of the company from the first few people I talked to but was just hung up on until finally had one guy tell me the company name. I don't think any car warranty is worth over $4,400 for another 65,000 miles over the factory warranty. Sorry that is not a good idea in my book. The sell it as just $231 a month over 18 months plus the activation fee (today).

There are better options in my opinion. And I really hate this robo calling marketing plan.

They are terrible, don't use them expensive and they cover nothing really. They will only pay up to 100 hr for labor I live in the North east those don't exist. 2 50 for a tow that's it. The biggest issue is that a rep has to be sent out to check the car prior to repairs which takes days....and the guy doesn't work on weekends

This company lies to sell their warranty. They will tell you they cover everything except tires oil changes and turn ups. But if you take your car in for anything other than the drive train they tell the chevy dealership that they only cover the drive train then they try to sell you a more expensive package but they won't cover anything already wrong when you buy the package so you still have to pay out of pocket for the repairs. Royal protection plan is a scam. They dont answer their phones and it takes a half dozen messages to get them to return your messages just to talk to someone and if you want to cancel or get your money back it is even harder to get a real person.

Dealer Services warranties are NOT a good value. Secondly, after refusing to purchase their services, they continue to harass me with phone calls to my # -which has been on the DoNotCall.gov list since 2005.

Four years ago the warranty on my car expired. I used the car for business purposes so by the time the warranty expired I was over 200,000 miles. Shortly after the expiration date I began getting calls. At first I was interested but was told that I had too many miles on my car. For the past four years I have received an average of 2 calls a day, Monday through Friday, from them (Do the math that is around 2,000 calls). I tell them to take me off their list but the calls keep coming. I have tried everything to get them to quit but they keep on calling but nothing works. They are horrible. I have since purchased a new car and my son drives my old car. I fear the day when the warranty expires on my new car and I start getting four calls a day rather than two.

I can not verify for certain that this is the same company because they will never give me the location information but they do always state that they are calling from "Dealers Services". Most of the calls come from California area codes but they also come from various other area codes across the country. If you call back to the numbers you get a recording that you will be taken off their list but that it will take 10 business days (Two weeks). I have tried this several times but the calls keep coming. I have blocked numbers on my cell phone but they find other numbers to call me by. They will never quit.

This company appears to be a scam. I get calls to my number (registered on the do not call list) and when I tell them they are a scam they argue with me that they are on the Revdex.com. Somehow they have an A+ rating with 34 negative reviews to 4 positive (now 35 negative). All of the positive reviews are from 2016 and 2 of the positive are identical to each other. The other two don't seem to be written by real people. The Revdex.com should really reevaluate their rating system if they wish to continue to be trusted in their own evaluation of companies.

I continue to receive calls from this company about a car I have not had in over two years. Each time I tell them this and to take me off their calling list. They either say ok or just hang up on me and I still get these calls! DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN
