Never received book I ordered and they don't even have real people for their customer service. Only a voicemail and wimpy emails. SCAM!

I ordered and paid for 2 Wagon Wheel Wooden Patio Chairs on May 27, 2020. My Credit card was immediately charged the $249. I have constantly contacted this company by e-mail and phone and received one response. I was promised in early June by e-mail that I would be refunded immediately. I have not received any refund, a status of my refund or an order status since early June. However, they continue their insults by sending me e-mails to purchase more of their products and lies. This company must be stopped. This company deserves no rating whatsoever and should be investigated and HEAVILY FINED!!! This company is a total fraud.

Do not make purchases from this company. I have had the same experience as others here. Placed my order April 11, finally made contact with someone via Facebook messenger on June 3 only to be told there were more delays. The last message I received was June 17 with more talk of delays. I have not received a reply to my request for refund.

Placed an order April 1st and never received any product. Over dozens of emails and phone call attempts. You are a fraud and you will reap your just rewards and heaps of burning coals will rain down on you. God help stupid people.

Placed an order months ago and have heard nothing - have emailed several times & called 3x and no response. They say there is no one available in Customer Service to help- Oh how true that is!
They keep sending me very professional ads to buy items but do not do business w/ them. They are not a Christian business as they claim to be! They are a SCAM and only take your money!

SCAMMERS!! I made the mistake of ordering a thermometer from Nest on 4/3/20 when every other store was sold out due to the pandemic. I quickly received a confirmation email, and the $22 was charged to my credit card. The item was never shipped. I checked the order status with the link provided in their email, which stated "The order is confirmed... and we're getting it ready." My email inquiries to Nest went unanswered. They do not give the option to cancel an order online. I finally disputed the charge with my credit card company who investigated and quickly reversed the charge. I wish I checked Nest's Facebook page first which shows comments from hundreds of others who they scammed. Lesson learned. Shut them down!

We ordered a DVD for $17.96 on April 20, 2020. We have not received the DVD nor have they responded to my innumerable emails and phone calls.
On April 10, 2020, I ordered "The Animated Passion Trilogy 3 Story Set" online from Nest Learning. We received a confirmation email with our order number XXXXX. We never received our order. I thought it may have just been delayed due to Covid, but I have called their customer services multiple times, leaving messages over and over. I have submitted emails to them through their Contact Us section on their website. I continue to receive their promotional emails, but I have never received a shipping update or our product or ANY response from customer service.

Desired Outcome

I either want to product to be sent to us or I want a full refund. I would also love to see this website discontinued as they clearly aren't operating correctly.

Placed order on 4/26, money taken out of account on 4/27. Never received order and no response from calls and emails.
On 4/26/20 I placed an order online for sidewalk chalk for $81.59. Order number XXXXX. The money was taken out of my Visa debit card on 4/27/20. I never recieved order. Sent multiple emails and left multiple phone messages with no response.

I would like to be refunded my $81.59 because I never received products and never received a return email or phone call. This business is a scam.

I would like a refund of $20.44 I would also like to see their store taken offline. There are numerous people on their facebook page complaining about not receiving their order.. The are also still sending me emails about their products. The place should be closed down..

Hello. Nest Learning responded to my last message I sent them about contacting Revdex.com and they said they would send me a refund.. The refund is pending in my bank account now.

Worst company EVER!!!! I ordered an item a month ago. My credit card has been charged, but I have yet to receive the item. I have sent 5 emails with no response, and when I call I get a message that says due to the high volume of calls, the customer service department is unavailable. What???!!!!! I will.never order from.this.company again and think I'm just out $27.00.

I placed an order on April 22. Funds were removed from my account and I have not seen the product or a shipping confirmation. I have emailed and left voicemails with no response to my inquiries regarding my order.

On April 22nd, I placed an order for a 64 pack of crayola sidewalk chalk for my daughters birthday. The item was "in stock" and the status said it shipped weeks ago. The total order was $18.80. I have emailed them but have received no response at all. There doesn't seem to be a way to get through their phone line either.

I bought a Conair haircutting kit, it was never shipped or delivered.ibe made several attempts through email & phone calls, no one ever responded.

Ordered Resurrection Eggs from Nest Learning on 4/3/2020. Received confirmation email 4/3/2020. Order number is XXXXX. Money ($22.25) deducted from account on 4/7/2020. Tracking indicates "Shipped." Contact information is email ***@NestFamily.com. Numerous emails sent to them requesting status update. No response. Called 800.634.4298 but received recording indicating high call volume & referred back to email. I have requested full refund via email.

Ordered books, they took my money and I've never received the books. They refuse to answer emails or calls back. Scammers! I just need my $ back.
On April 23, 2020, I ordered 2 educational books from Nest Learning that totaled $50.65. An email from them showed that my order was processed and SHIPPED. On May 4, I emailed them asking what the status was. On May 12, they responded via email saying the books should have arrived by now and that they would package new books and ship again. No books have yet showed from either order (if they were ever shipped). I have emailed again on May 19 and on May 22, with no responses either time. This company should be shut down. If I had a Facebook I would have seen all the negative reviews and complaints that matched my own before I ordered. I am far from alone. They have terrible reviews on their Facebook and I can't believe I 'got took'. I know it's only $50.65, but I don't have that kind of money to JUST LOSE it like this. It's infuriatin

The books arrived YESTERDAY. I wish this company would have better customer service or responded to my emails or calls, if they had I never would have filed a claim like this. But I am thankful my books finally arrived and therefore, I need to cancel this claim. Thank you. (But seriously, their customer service is not existent....
